Can take a minute to get food, or even drinks out. Sweat tea doesnt taste like sweet tea, never does. And one time they put limes in my tea instead of lemon. 🤣But overall pretty good!

I ordered a slushy online since it is half price to do so. I went to the Sonic in Martin to pick up. When I told whoever was inside via the speaker that I was there to pick up my order, they asked my name and said they had no record of it. When I asked why not, they said, I dont know. That was it. No one went out of their way to find out. I was concerned that I would be charged since the online order showed it had gone through.Im not sure what happened and they didnt care so I ended up ordering again on site and had to pay full price.Later, I saw that there was a charge on my card for the online order. I contested it with my card issuer and got it refunded.Im not confident their online/pickup order thing works at this Sonic. Too leery to try it again.The people are generally friendly at this Sonic. Traffic isnt bad getting in and out. Overall, I like it since they make yummy cherry slushies.

Normally I would have a good review, but recent visits have me confused what is going on! I know the time we are living in right now so I try to be patient. First, I use the app often on my way to work and always tip well on it, but it has not been working. No one can tell me why. So I go this morning and order on site. When the same girl recently brings my order, I begin trying to tell her Im sorry I have no cash on me, that the app is not working, so no tip. Before I could get half of that conversation out, she hastily gives me the food, and begins walking away. I asked her to wait and finishing telling her why no tip. Her reply is Im busy (there were 2 cars including mine) and she continued saying quickly, I dont deserve a tip. I said of course you do and she repeated I dont deserve a tip, and if another HUMAN wants to give me a tip thats fine, have a blessed day and walked off. Ifs not so much what she said as how she said it, it was very strange. Where is Megan?? I miss her!

We ordered tattor tots and got hash browns. They may have been tattor tots, hard to tell since they went into the bag upside down. For years I was told if you ordered a cheese burger with mayo they do not put ketchup on it. Seems if you remove the onions they add ketchup. Dont know if it was just an off day or what, but this service is not worth the prices for covering the $15 minimum wage. Sorry

Food is good. They just cant seem to get a hamburger right. They either put cheese on it, or something I asked not to be put on it. All the other food gets cold waiting on it burger to be fixed.

Ordered food today along with two 50 cent corn dogs from the app. Get home and the corn dogs weren’t in the bag. Also they always put so much mustard on the burgers. Update: This rating was from 8+ months ago, since then I came here a few more times recently and their service is much better. Super friendly and outgoing servers and everything is always perfect. Bumped my rating up to 5 stars!

I ordered 3 drinks and decided I wanted another one. I waited 15 minutes for that one drink from this place. The girl cut me off while I was wondering and told me the total before I was finished ordering. The servers name was Latissh. If you want to take 30 minutes out of your day for 4 drinks, by all means do so.

This Sonic is absolutely amazing! The food comes out quickly, fresh, delicious and they get your entire order correct!! The people who bring out the food are extremely nice and if you stay to eat in the car, they will ask you how the food is and see if you need anything! This Sonic is so far above the Union City one that I will gladly drive all the way over here just to go to this one! Id give them more stars if I could!!

Their food is always HOT & FRESH and its not a long wait no matter what you order! Theyre very quick with your order. The ice cream shakes are awesome, they will add anything from cookies to candy to your hand made shake. Very nice staff

Usually have good experiences with Sonic all things considered. The last milkshake I got (hot fudge) had an almost burnt taste to it which was off putting. Aside from that, almost always pleased.

Got the new extra long Philly cheese. Not the best. Way more bun than meat. Kinda tasteless. And the fries were old. Cold. Tough. The best part was the limeade slush.

We went for the half price milkshake. Never been before. They made a big mistake on my husbands order. They made him another the right one this time. They told him to keep the original one. The waitress We had was awesome. We also tipped her. My milkshake was fine. We will go back again. I like the menu boards!!!

The staff was working extra hard today because the speakers werent working. Greeting each customer with a pad and pen to take orders was an added responsibility that seemed to be handled expertly. I love my Martin,Tn Sonic.

My boyfriend and I love Sonic. The food is consistently good — except on Tuesdays when burger deals are live — but they’ve forgot ketchup packets the past three times we’ve visited.We asked for them each time. They even were entered on our receipt. Great food and good servers, but forgetting ketchup so often really gets old.

It’s a Sonic. Can’t really rave about the food but it’s not bad for what it is. I always get what I ask for and everyone is pleasant enough. I probably got 2-3 times a week for happy hour drinks and I’ve never had any problems. They loose one star because their “hot fudge” is chocolate syrup.... it’s NOT the same thing.

Service is excellent: always friendly and quick. The meals are kinda pricey, but thats nothing new. The food is delicious, and the drink choices are endless and soooo tasty. Excellent quick stop for a cold drink especially during happy hour when theyre half price. So worth it!

I actually prefer Sonic to McDonalds. Recent updates to the point of sale equipment at the Greenfield store his modernized this location. The service is usually prompt courteous and efficient. The food is as good as any Sonic location. A good place for a quick lunch.

Sucks!! After 30 minutes the kids decided to take our order!! Our foot looks no cheese coneys were cold with very little chili and the cheese wasnt melted & the tots were cold...the carry out girl was very nice but the girl on intercom was rude and cut us off for in mid order... I like union city and Paris much better they are more respectful to the customers!!
