I was over at the Acura dealership on Saturday, the 16th. I wasnt there to get my car service. I was having problems pairing my new cell phone. I purchased a car for my wife! 2021 RDX! First car I purchased in 10 years! CJ Banks was an awesome salesman! Great attitude, accommodating, straight shooter (I really liked this from a car salesman), cordial, professional, and respectful! He was just an all around good guy that wanted to make a deal with us that we were pleased with and we did! Also, I recall spending hours in the car dealership waiting and haggling the last time I purchased a car, but the process was very efficient! We made our deal, left with a loaner since we traded our car, returned that afternoon to sign the papers, to take pictures and be trained on the vehicle, then we drove it home….60-90 mins. On 10/11/21 my husband and I took my 85 yr old mother car shopping. We stopped by Jim Hudson Acura on Washington Rd. My mother spotted a beautiful car as we pulled onto the Lot. Our sales agent was CJ Banks. From the 1st moment of our encounter to the end the service was excellent. Mr Banks was professional, informative and very friendly. He never tried to push the sale. He answered all our questions.. He treated us to lunch at the Lexus Cafe as the car my mother purchased was being detailed. We returned from lunch and not long afterwards she took a picture beside her 2020 Acura RDX with a Big red bow on top of it. I give Mr. Banks and his team 5 stars. My Mom said no one gets a score of excellent because it leaves no room for improvement. After hearing great things about the Jim Hudson dealerships, I decided to stop by this newly owned Acura lot. Found a car I liked but unfortunately the keys for all vehicles weren’t available due to the staff being locked out of the system the entire morning. That was no issue, I asked them to please hold the keys for me until it became available and I was assured that would be the case since it was their fault for not having access to the keys for a test drive or look inside. I received a text from my saleswoman informing me she was holding the keys for me, I made a special trip and arrived back at the dealership within 30 minutes. When I arrived, I saw another couple test driving the car and was a little confused based on the text I received thirty minutes prior. Another salesman grabbed the key off of the desk that was being held for me when the Manager (Sean) told him it was OK to do so. Went inside with my questions & they assured me that since I was there first at 11 AM when their key system was shut down I should have first pick - I proceeded to test drive and inspect the car, it was the one! We sat down to talk numbers, get paperwork started, and got on the phone with my bank to get it all squared away. Unfortunately, the manager Sean came and informed me the car has been purchased. Sean is a liar. I understand car sales is first come first serve, but it is very unfair the way it unfolded considering the circumstances. Had the keys been available to me earlier in the day, it would’ve been a done deal and be in my driveway. There was a lack of communication in the business and a lack of honesty. If you are working in customer service & sales, you need to be a person of your words. I will never return to this dealership. However, Jim Hudson Lexus right down the street is owned by the same owners, but it seems they hire a higher caliber of people! Save yourself some time and go see them!

When I arrived, I immediately saw the vehicle that I was interested in buying. I went inside and met Ashley. She asked if I needed any help. From the moment I started talking to her, she was very attentive to my needs and concerns. She was gave me all the specs on the vehicle all while being very friendly and smiling the entire time. Service department representative was “busy with a customer” and would call me back. An hour later, no one seemed concerned that it had been an hour and the rep was still “busy with a customer.” Must be a very overworked department. Give these poor people a brake and take your car elsewhere.Two and a half hours later; I still had to call in to find out anything on my car. Still waiting on a part. A part that is not a specialized part. It’s in stock at the auto parts store down their street. And the other chain auto parts store nearby. And they need another day to get the part that they didn’t get the full day the car sat around their shop

I made an appointment to have an oil change done. An employee came over to me after an hour of me waiting and asked if I was ok and I replied No, Im not. All of a sudden someone came and grabbed my vehicle (which was sitting in the same spot the entire time untouched) and took it back.They were apologetic and offered a discount.... the staff is extremely nice and took the time to explain what happened. I would hope this is a one time situation. I actually increased my rating from a 1 to a 4..... who knows..... maybe itll go up to a 5 next visit because I will be coming back..... after all..... things happen right. They key is they were willing to make it right.

Left these guys messages thru their site....they call me at 823am to discuss.....we text back and forth all day..they ask me for a deposit to get in line for a test drive but i am not in that city...JIm kept asking for a deposit ..all i asked in the morning was if truck comes with 2 sets of keys..how easy is it to get me that answer....then i call back the next day speak to a different person ....all day no return call or text ....and he said he would get back to me.....oh well guess contactless deals are just not really what they want to do.....weird dealership

I wont take my car anywhere else! I moved into town a couple months ago and made an appointment for a servicing with Chris. Not only did they clean my car afterwards (wash and vacuum) Chris and his manager went above and beyond when there was some confusion on the quoted price of the repair. They may have lost $150 in the short term on the servicing, but they just gained a customer for life, so they are more than going to make that up.

CJ was awesome! Very professional & answered all of my questions. Originally dropped off my Acura MDX to find out why all my doors wouldnt lock - Service took a look & CJ called me back with the issue & quoted me a price. I told him Id go elsewhere. Well, when I got there to pick up my truck, it had been cleaned up for me! Entire staff was friendly & just plain AWESOME!
