I showed up at 3:40PM on a Monday and they were closed, the door was locked and there was someone sitting inside. Hours are supposed to be until 5:00PM. It was not a holiday.

Always a team member to answer your questions. Even if u call the store number, you always get an associate from the store and not a call center. If they dont have what u need, they will always work get it order asap.

If they dont have the hardware you are looking for then they can normally get it. I wish they had a larger selection though, and the place never seems busy

We needed very small specialty screws. They didnt have them in stock but were able to order them!
