I just want to say that Richie is the best, from the initial phone call to the time to pick up my vehicle. He made me feel like he cared about repairing my vehicle and wanted to get it back to me as soon as possible. He kept me up to date with the repair process, explained in detail what repairs were needed and how long it would take. He provided the best customer service by far I have ever received from a repair shop. I just cant say enough. I recommend that if you need a body shop definitely come here, Richie will make you feel at ease about getting your vehicle repaired. I know that I am glad I came here. I cant compliment Ritchie and his team enough. I had my first accident a few weeks ago and he helped me through the entire process and educated me on all the procedures I was unfamiliar with and made sure I got exactly what I wanted from my insurance company. After inspecting the body work I didnt find a single imperfection or bolt out of place, and the paint was blended perfectly. They even went above and beyond and fixed some imperfections in the paint that werent caused by the accident. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and will be using AVC in the future if I ever have the misfortune of getting in another accident.

I dont write reviews but I had to share my experience- it was that good. Communication was excellent, the techs are highly skilled and Richie deserves a medal! My van is old but has low mileage and is in great shape. Richie wasnt going to stand for cheap aftermarket parts that dont fit. He articulated the reasons to my insurance company and the result was great. The car looks and runs awesome! Apple Valley Collision is the place to go for uncompromised service!

From the initial call to completion Richie was so nice, professional, and honest.He explained the process and helped me throughout my Collision Claim. I was very impressed with this business and highly recommend!

This shop is fantastic. Richie (who runs/owns it) is the most professional mechanic I have ever been around. I am not a mechanic but I know cars enough to understand what is going on and Richie not at any point tried to upsell me or fabricate an expense. He is the first mechanic that actually tried to save me money and pushed things aside that I did not need to drive the car correctly. For that, he has my business moving forward (although I hope to never have to see a collision shop lol) highly highly highly recommend this man and his crew. Prices are more than fair and the work is quality. Just call and talk to him, you’ll notice quickly why he has so many high reviews.

Can’t say enough good things about Richie and this shop. When I was involved in an accident, after which my car was not drivable, I had to have my car towed somewhere. After a quick Google search I found this place had high reviews and so figured I’d give it a shot. Was not disappointed. While they didn’t end up performing any work as my car was totaled, Richie worked with the insurance company, assessor and an unsavvy car person like myself to make sure the right damage assessment was made, and I wouldn’t end up driving a partially repaired vehicle. If, God forbid, I’m ever involved in an accident again or have any body damage on one of my vehicles, I’ll take it here in a heartbeat.

My wife, son and I were involved in a hit and run accident in our 2017 Cadillac ATS. Having driven for 25 years without an accident, weaving my way through insurance companies to get work done was NOT something I was familiar with. I contacted a local dealership for guidance. We were told by the insurance company to look for certified by their company for a speedy process.I am so glad that the competitor I called first did not answer the calls (5X) when I called. Frustrated, I looked up other body shops in the area. I came across Apple Valley Collision on Google. Reading the reviews, this guy Ritchies name kept coming up. The reviews seemed good so why not I thought.Calling AVC, Ritchie picked up the phone immediately. Our first call lasted about ten minutes, but those ten minutes were an education on insurance companies and how to get the results I needed. Ritchie and ACV were professional, to the point, for the customer, they push back against insurance companies.After that first call, Ritchie called me 2 to 3 more times, every time telling me exactly what he and ACV were doing AND what the insurance company was trying to do. Ritchie and I discussed what outcome I wanted, and what my expectations would be. He informed me that he and ACV do NOT cut corners, or accept work that should be totaled just to keep work in the shop.In the end, through Ritchies knowledge and communication we reached the conclusion we needed. In todays world it is extremely comforting to do business with a company that is in it to do right. A company that can be trusted. In the future, if it be a small scratch or another accident, my choice for myself and ANYONE who asks will be take your car to Apple Valley Collision and see Ritchie and his crew.

Richie and his team were great to work with! Richie is very knowledgeable about car repairs and he was always easy to reach with a very pleasant demeanor. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they did have my car for an extended period of time, due to insurance issues etc, and I thought the price was a little high as well. But, they did make up for that fact with their service. I do highly recommend and actually would use Apple Valley Collision again!

I live in Winchester, which is about a 30 minute drive away but their name kept coming up as the best in the area. They were professional, helpful, quick, and extremely good at repairing my 4runner. Trust me, if you need body work done and live anywhere within an hour drive, its well worth it.

Car repair took longer than expected, due to insurance company. Richie is very knowledgeable about his job, and puts the customer 1st. Awesome job with the repair on our sons 2016 Dodge Dart, due to the deer that messed it up. Great customer service, I would highly recommend his shop.

To start I have a fleet vehicle which Apple Valley Collision is where I was to take my vehicle for repair. There building sits back off the road with no business sign out front. Luckily I saw a building 200 to 300 feet off the road that said AVC. I assumed that this was their business and indeed it was. Pictures were taken of the damage and they were to have the quote sent back to the fleet company for approval. Almost 2 weeks had gone by and nothing. My fleet company called me stating that they have tried calling Apple Valley Collision multiple times leaving voicemails and even sent multiple emails to recieve no response back from Apple Valley Collision. My fleet company has escalated this to have Apple Valley Collision removed as an authorized repair center. Very unprofessional and if I could give this a 0 rating then I would. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Now I have to start this process over again with another business.

My daughter took her car here for a repair from an accident. This place I feel robs insurance companies clearly! First he said 2200, then 3000, and by the time he was done he had charged her insurance company over 5000 dollars and on top of that had the car for a month almost!!! I told her she should have stayed with Big Ks!!!

Great work, great service.. Due to bad luck or just fate we have had 4 cars in for repair in just a few years time. They took care of them all and they look factory perfect. Great job repairing my chevy trax after a run in with a deer hitting it. Took the time to explain what they would and did to fix it. Also dealt with the insurance company. Even tho i hope i never need there service again i would recomend them.

Just got our van back from Richie/AVC after a minor accident. Vehicle is new to the U.S. so he had a tough time finding correct parts and then had to deal with manufacturers requirement to OK all systems as correctly operable before and after vans repair. But he kept at it and communications with him were timely and upbeat during the 2- month process. When Ultimate Autos people (where we take the van for service) recommended Richie/AVC and said theyd had their own vehicles worked on there, we knew it was the right choice over our insurance companys favored collision center. Go where the pros go!

GF hit a deer. Put out FB request for best body shop in Eastern Panhandle. Apple Valley Collision was highly recommended. GF dropped off her car and was waiting for local rental car company at AVC. Rental Co. was 1:20 mins late. GF took pic of the late rental agent employee who then drove away with the rental leaving her stranded. Before GF even got home Richie (owner) had called the corporate office to file a complaint about their customer service. Corporate ofc called the next day and made it their top priority to get her back in a rental with added perks. And I havent even mentioned their excellent body work. Her repaired car looks awesome! AVC was quick and professional. No after market parts, only OEM. Customers love AVC, insurance companies know they will not be able to save money at their customers expense. If you thought customer service was dead, Im here to tell you its alive and well at Apple Valley Collision. My fiance had the unfortunate luck of someone slamming their door into her brand new 2016 Ford escape,the experience at AVC was very professional and thorough,the results were flawless. Just recently I was involved in an accident with my new Ford Escape. It is currently being repaired at AVC,the staff there is awesome, the owner has gone over and above handling all of the costs and calls to locate my vehicle after the accident and dealing with the insurance company,which is very time consuming. I couldnt be happier with the service of Apple Valley Collision. They found additional damage from my accident and handled everything with the insurance company without me having to do a thing. My Jeep was returned to me like it was when it came off the dealers lot. I highly recommend this company!

Richie and his team did an amazing job with my 2013 Nissan Xterra. A deer hit caused significant damage to the front end. Apple Valley Collision were meticulous in repairing the damage -- following Nissan recommended repair procedures meticulously -- and replacing parts with OEM parts. Richie was also fabulous dealing with the insurance adjuster. He ordered the aftermarket and recycled parts the insurance company wanted to use, but also ordered the OEM parts and did side-by-side comparisons to demonstrate to the insurance adjuster how the aftermarket parts did not meet the like, kind, and quality standard stated in my insurance policy. As an example, the insurance adjuster quoted the estimate using a recycled automatic transmission radiator. One problem -- my car is a manual transmission and came with a manual transmission radiator. Not only was it the wrong radiator for my car, but Richie found significant damage on the recycled radiator. I dont know any other automotive repair shop that would take the extra time to ensure that the parts being used meet the insurance policy standard and be willing to prove it beyond doubt to the insurance adjuster. My husband and I will always use AVC for repairs, and we are recommending all of our friends and family to take their cars to AVC.

Had my first ever incident, and I wasnt really sure how the process works in handling insurance claims, repairs, etc., but from start to finish, Apple Valley Collision helped me understand the process and worked with me before the insurance companies to make sure I was taken care of.

They tried ripping my wife off on what should have been a very simple fix, they told her all sorts of problems were there that were not.
