My girlfriend and I needed help with our break lights, since one was burnt out. We had asked a store associate to help us named Jen Walker. It got really busy after we had bought the bulbs, and she still came out in the 100 degree weather, with all the tools needed to help us. We are very thankful and just wanted to let management know that she is a great worker.

Really great service. Purchased a set of wiperbaldes. I didnt catch the associates name, believe it was William. He showed me the best quality for what I was willing to spend and installed them for me with no hesitation. Thank you it was very appreciated.

Autozone has the best prices around.

Nice friendly staff. I had to use their services to get my check engine light looked into and they were extremely helpful, even though the equipment wasnt trying to be. 3 devices later they finally got one that worked and helped me get the correct coolant 50/50mix for my car. Even though it was a bigger issue that needed fixed they still went above and beyond to help me feel relaxed and in a moment in which I was pretty stressed.

I visited Auto Zone to find lug nuts for my truck. Although they didn’t the quantity that I needed, another store had some as well.I compared the price to Advance Auto and the lug nuts were $1 each less at Auto Zone. I feel that is a large difference on something as simple as a lug nut which was pretty much identical to the more expensive ones from third competitor!

I was impressed with the gentleman working the counter today. I came in with a battery to be tested in which they offer free testing. He informed me that the battery was low enough that another car could not jump it explaining why I had no success He suggested that he can put it on charge for a few hours for me and that’s what he recommends and there would be no sense in wasting money for a new battery as mine was apparently 2yrs old and he felt that if it charges and held then I’m good. Because of this I may never step foot into an advanced auto even if I were stranded. Great service this morning.

I have purchased 4 rotors brakes and e-brakes,4 struts and 1 new battery for my Ford Explorer then I purchased a wireless remote for my car and they had all parts and prices are very comparable if not lower if going elsewhere. Staffers at the Rt.9/ Edwin Miller Blvd stores were all very helpful and professional. For me to give a 5 star rating says a lot because I very rarely give anyone a 5 star rating. You definitely can not find a better working helpful staffers that will work with you in finding your needs. Thank you Auto Zone.

After several visits 4.5 of 5. Most times its in and out with whats needed and the staff has always been honest. Points off for two visits when staff was unavailable (stocking back, cigarette break out front or whatever) for upwards of 5 minutes when all I wanted was to check out.

Extremely nice gentleman, Austin Powers, helped me and my roommate looking for things that she needed for car. He was very helpful.I asked, no his name wasnt Austin Powers but he never gave us his name. Lol

Edit: I just gave 3* bcuz they didnt have the part I needed. They only had 1 AGM battery in stock and it was $200. The guy that waited on me was really helpful tho and pointed me battery mart that had it for $110. I always try autozone first tho. Thanks!

They are decent... not sure on the restroom situation... they did however let us borrow the reader to read our car when they wasnt allowed to due to covid... you can access it by wheelchair as well... the employees actually knew what they was doing...

More than just auto parts. Ive found parts for lawn mowers, and tools for trailers. The staff are knowledgeable and quick to lend a hand, even for a simple wiper blade replacement. My go-to spot if I need something right now.

Brought my wifes car here after it trouble with the battery. Couldnt remove it with the tools I had due to it being rusted and the bolt being in a hard to reach spot. Staff was super helpful and friendly, helping me with the tools they had to try and remove the stubborn bolt. When they couldnt with their tools on hand they found a cheap option in store to help remove it. They then installed the new battery as well. They quickly and expertly helped me with my problem and got me back on the road. Highly recommend!

Poor Customer Service on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at approximately 5:30p. The young kid who waited on me was rude, errogant, and argumentative. I reported him to the onsite Manager. I would not recommend this location to patron.

Not only did one of the employees let me know my headlight was out as I was driving by the autozone, but Troy spent a good 45 minutes trying to change the bulb for me. My car was hit by a deer so it made everything extremely difficult. This Autozone has been nothing but helpful to me every time I’ve gone in there; and I cannot begin to express how grateful I am of Troy. By far the best experience (probably the worst experience for him) I have had at any Autozone. So thank you so so SO much.

This place makes it easy to find the parts I need, even for Saturns, which arent made anymore. I ordered my parts online, received an email when they were ready, and was able to pick them up quickly.

Asked for a specific item...TJ showed us where they were. But couldnt help find the correct size for our vehicle. He walked away. Manager Manuel was just as bad. Instead of helping he walkes away also! Then called back about a specific tool to rent, we asked if it was for a certain job. He says i dont know! Uh.....can u find out? No help from this store at all. Employees are useless! Replacing simple brake lines. Went to advance auto..excellent service and he went beyond our expectations to get us the right parts. Screw Autozone. You lost a customer.

Stopped by to pick up a tool to compress the brake calipers on my car. They had a universal set for rent. They hold $62 in cash or card as insurance until you bring the tools back. Also there is a small rental fee it was around $3.50. Not a bad deal. It took a little bit to find someone to help me with finding the tool set, come to find out they keep em in the back. Once I located a shop clerk everything went fine. Friendly and helpful staff.

More less, prices are good but service is bad
