As a member of this community, as a African American, as a business man who invest his time and money to provide love and care for All the people and children in martinsburg wv no matter the shape of the body or color of their skin. I am deeply moved and offended that this Franchise not only lied for 1 month to my face and over the phone. Bernie today refused to do any work for me and my company because I directly said to him and asked him after a polight and proper greeting Bernie, it seems like you guys dont want to do business with me you guys have been promising me a quote for 1 month only to not follow through Bernie says Well I dont know it seems like poor communication on our part I then ask him because I personally have a great relationship with a non African American person who went to fast signs after me and requested work and recieved it immediately. So I ask calmly Bernie is it due to my race that you wont service me? He says Im accusing him of something when Clearly I asked a simple question based off of Facts. He never Once said it wasnt because of my race. He only said I have the right to refuse services to you and hung up the phone Im hurt that going into 2019 people of color are still refused services due to the color of Our skin. I love all. I forgive him but, his behavior and way he sees AFRICAN AMERICAN People MUST CHANGE FOR THE POSITIVE. Only then when we all live in harmony and piece, and see each other as ourself.
