I popped in about 15 minutes before close real fast to grab developer and a color, and the employee felt the need to announce alrighty __ more minutes left before close. every two minutes, literally, repeatedly. I work in retail, I get having customers taking their time after close is annoying, but this was a bit much and the store was still open.A short hey just an FYI that we close in 15 minutes! or whatever when a customer enters is MORE than sufficient. You dont need to countdown for me like Im four. :)

The staff are very helpful 🙂! I love this store they give great advice as to what hair products/hair dyes are better depending on hair type and texture. Very knowledgeable people.

The guy that works there is an absolute gem, even when the store was closing in 2 minutes he took the time to help me. You need 5 more of him for every store I visit, he puts a big smile on my face. Keep using that coconut oil baby!

The staff at Sallys has always been super helpful whenever I have gone in. They have helped me decide not only hair colors but which brand would work the best for the color I want. Also which products would work best to pull the current color out or which bleach to use. I recommend this location.

They really need to change the sign hours in the door or your web site. Door says open 11 on sundays but your web site says open at 10 on Sunday.

Best selection for ethnic hair care products, there is a lady here who knows everything about hair and is super nice.

The sweetheart with the piercings, tattoos, and colored hair is the absolute sweetest and most helpful employee.

The time that is listed says that this location opens at 10 on Sundays. I am currently sitting in front of the store and the door says 11. I went out of my way to visit this store and now I have to sit here for 50 minutes.

The customer service was so horrible. When I walked in tonight, one of th sales associates I guess asked me if I was looking for something and since I didn’t answered because I didn’t really realize he was talking to me so he told his coworker “ I guess not” talking about me . I didn’t appreciate them yelling across the store to check up on me when they aren’t near me .

Its a little store with a lot of stuff I just needed a new guide for the electric Clippers I use to groom my dogs and they had them in stock.
