I didnt make it very far into the store....probably only 2 the second aisle but I found so many things in those 2 aisles that I wanted lol! Not just books but tarot cards, crystals, candles, Oracle cards, zodiac notebooks, and so much more! Went again today 7/21/21 I got so many awesome books! Got a nightmare before Christmas notebook and Jack & zero pen! Several magical....charms & spell books in the bargain aisle. Also got 3 Nicholas Sparks books in the bargain aisle.... safe haven, the lucky one and the notebook!! I love those movies, cant wait 2 read them. N last but not least got a crystals book & card set! Love this store.... bargain section n clearance is the best tho!

Speechless. We stopped in here while on vacation in PA, and immediately fell in love. Besides the hundreds of books that filled each bookshelf, their novelty and pop culture stock was INCREDIBLE!! they had a great assortment of board games, table top games, stuffed animals, collectors items, mugs, posters, and so much more. Their D&D inventory was extensive. And the person at the counter was super knowledgeable about everything in the store and a lot of pop culture stuff in general.

As a fair-sized BAM store, this location still achieves in having a wide variety of products across all genres. In addition to reading material, many small gifts and other novelties are available. Prices are certainly fair although deals further deals sparse.The store layout is easy to understand so finding what you may be looking for should be easy. If needed, the staff are extremely helpful with looking up information or directing you to what you need.A small but accessible cafe is located near the front entrance as well.

Went in looking for some Berserk memorabilia as I am a collector, was helped right to the manga section, everything is orderly and a huge selection, also checked out the fiction section and a few others, highly recommend swinging by. Pretty much guaranteed to find a book for you.

As a person interested in witchcraft this place has all the perfect books! Plus some crystals definitely would recommend!

This location has a large variety of books and collectibles available to choose from. I was very surprised to see the number of choices was similar to Barnes and Noble. They even have an in store cafe. They offer a wide array of coffee beverages as well as non coffee products.BAM has a number of games available. I recently discovered that they sell booster packs of cards for various games in several genres. For instance, Cards against humanity booster packs themed in science fiction. They have a number of comics available for customers to choose from. They also sport a variety of brain tweezers like rubiks cube and other puzzles.They also have a great selection of novelty items available. They have (as of this date) vintage record players.They have a large selection of movies and movie memorabilia available as well.When visiting this location it is probably best to give yourself at least one hour to browse the selection as you may never know what might catch your eye.The staff seemed very friendly and eager to assist with finding items and equally friendly at check out. There was a lot more to the store than what I have written here. This store is definitely a good place to visit just to check it out. Who knows, maybe you will find something that you did not know you were looking for.

They had a Harry Potter Party. It was very interesting and entertaining. You had to search for items throughout the store. They had 4 main areas. The kids were able to create a wand, get sorted into houses, scavenger hunt, participate in a quiz for house points and there was a best costume contest. Both kids and employees had a blast. My children are teens and they enjoyed themselves. I really like it here.

The atmosphere is very calming and welcoming to everyone, a non judgmental place. I love going here and finding amazing books and other fun stuff like games and toys. Its an exceedingly accommodating place with staff that are extremely helpful and friendly.

There are so many reasons to love a good book store, especially for an avid reader. Among the many choices in books, they have a nice little shop with sweets and a warm cup of java. I rated this a 4 out of 5.

Great deal for educators!! I really appreciated it. I was Very sad to see that they no longer have beanbags or chairs for you to sit and browse books. It was my nieces first trip to a bookstore, and I was hoping to immerse her fully in the experience. Get a coffee for myself and read her some stories so she could pick her favorites to purchase. It just lacked the ambiance I was hoping for.

Wide selection of books, you can even find some cool action figures for popular games, that your children or yourself might enjoy. Staff have an outstanding understanding for the layout of the store. Coffee shop inside that sell a selection of beverages. Not many seats to sit at though, but there are never really too many people in the store at one time so you should always be able to find a place to sit and read, or work.

As an avid reader I love book stores. I do have an e-reader but I prefer the old fashioned book in hand. This location was very nice and the staff friendly.

Met a friend here for coffee. The coffee is tasty, if a bit over priced, and we were able to sit and chat for a couple hours without being bothered. The book selection is comprehensive. The place is clean, with clean bathrooms. Books are organized in a way that makes it easy to find what youre looking for, and the staff is helpful.

One of the last large chain bookstores. Always greeted when entering store. Could browse for hours. Always well organized and staff is always available and knowledgeable. Joe Muggs coffee is better tasting and cheaper than Starbucks.

I went here mainly for the atmosphere and the coffee - which was amazing. The service was wonderful at the cafe but I also really enjoyed the store itself. They had a lot of selections-- it reminded me of Barnes and Noble a lot but just a little smaller.

Melissa, our Joe Muggs cashier, was very friendly. It was slow during our visit, and instead of calling out to us when our drinks and muffin were ready she just walked them over to our table! B.A.M. is currently participating in a book-drive for local schools. I appreciated that when she asked me to donate, she had personally chosen a few bargain book options to keep at the register, so I was able to donate a $3 book.

When I walked in I only saw one employee at the register working the info counter as well. I was concerned that they were short staffed. However, the employee was so friendly and efficient. The store was also amazingly neat, clean and organized.

I do alot of reading, around 200 or so books a year. Though not a Walmart fan I get most of my books there as they take an average of two bucks off the cover price. Not everyone can afford books as I have been able to so when done with them I either donate them to the VA hospital or other shut ins. I needed one book to complete a series the Walmart didnt have. I have shopped BAM many times when needing a book. I made two trips to BAM for this book but it was not in stock. I talked to a salesperson each time who told me they would have it in next week, they didnt. Every time there they try to sell me a discount card for twenty dollars which I turn down. Any other place that offers one all you have to do is sign up for it free. Now they tell me I have to order the book. 7.99 plus 3.99 shipping. I needed the book so I ordered it. Almost a month later still no book. Repeated trips talking to different sales people and getting different excuses it finally showed up. They had the wrong address marked on box so the post office finally figured it out. By now Walmart has it in for 5.98. Half the price it cost me at BAM. For twice the price I expected better service from them. It was the last book I will ever buy from them. Sorry BAM but for the price your customers should expect better service.

Since Borders went away this is the only place I shop for books and magazines. I dont remember the name of the other booksellers but they have a much smaller a very small selection compared to Books-A-Million. Much prefer them.

We travel quite a ways to get there looking for a certain magazine and you see there its still in bins that have not been unpacked. UC employee standing around talking and not working. We have wasted so much of her time trying to go there and pick the magazine up we want and time and time again its been in the crate. Will not go back there again will not waste our time. Oh by the way their coffee drinks are Sky High in price an average in taste. Thats another rip-off

Aww, cmon, Books-A-Million! Whats up with not carrying traditional nursery rhymes and related books? Are you discriminating against people wanting to start the love of reading for infants? An additional benefit of reading to babies is the bonding between the baby and the reader. Not everyone enjoys reading from an electronic device. 👎 And executives wonder why shoppers are transitioning from retail stores to online markets like Amazon. We know what we want to buy, and youre not listening! 😢 Oh, well...Im only one shopper...my opinion + 50 cents wont buy you a cup of coffee or tea. 🤷

Books A Million has a wide variety of books both hardcover and paperback available on the shelves you could spend days in here just browsing. My wife likes to get a stack of magazines and bring them to the coffee shop in the front corner and sort through them and decide what she really wants while sipping a hot cup of coffee.

Great time for the grand kids they luv it could spend the whole day in this place.

Its a bookstore. They pressure you into being a member of their club but once you pay for it they dont send you the coupons and pretty much take your money. If you like books, I think Amazon or Walmart will be my next option. No more of this place.

I generally like this store, the prices are a little high, but okay if you have coupons. I have a BAM card as well. My major gripe is that this store does not honor BAM online prices. Its their own website! Its absurd. Their reasoning was that I will get the book sooner at the store and I would have to wait a week for online. It was $20 more at the store! No thank you, I will stick with Amazon.

Favorite bookstore and love the coffee and snacks to sit and read

While I love brick and mortar bookstores, it is difficult for them to compete with online prices. Books-a-million is lovely place to grab a coffee and browse, but if you are a heavy reader, they are going to punch you in the wallet.

They always have what Im looking for.
