Poor and bad service. I do not recommend this place! I brought my car for fixing my dashboard. The screen won’t turn on. They did their own investigation, and they broke my mirrors driver side and refuse to fix it. Their technician park my car inside of Ford parking and the next day I came to pick up my car and they make me pay $150 for the investigation of my dashboard screen without fixing anything but broke my mirror and told me to order the part for my dashboard. They said once the technician park your car in Ford garage, it is the customer responsibility if something happens to your car. I told them my car key was with you and your technician parked my car and I have to come to pick up my car the next day you call me.I took my car to Ford dealer Winchester Malloy and they turned on back my dashboard without any additional part and I paid only $130 for this good service.I order online a mirror driver side at $250 and replaced it.
Bought our used truck over 5 years ago. The service department still treats us as if it is a new vehicle. They are always upfront on what we do and do not need. Definitely a great place to do business with!
This is the 15th new Ford that I’ve owned since 1990 and the best Service Department I’ve dealt with. Easy, smooth experience with everything including scheduling, drop off, loaner vehicle, communication and pick up. This isn’t the first time dealing with Parsons Service Dept. and each time has been a great experience. Thanks especially to Howie and Dusty. Very professional people to deal with. The Parts Dept. has also been good to deal with.
Staff is efficient and competent. Service was preformed as planned, but another issue had developed prior to my appointment. The technicianlistened to my observations, addressed the issue, and had me on my way in less than 2 hrs. Thanks!!
Had a battery go completely out while towing our Lincoln MKX behind our motor home. Called this dealership up to see if they had battery and could install. They checked and said yes bring it in. Pulled in and everyone was so nice! They fit us in and we were on the road again in less than 2 hours. Great employees and very helpful and compassionate.
Service department is horrible. Made an appointment for my brand new 2021 car to have a simple oil change, rotate tires and do state inspection. I needed the WV inspection since the car was bought in Virginia. Even though I made an appointment almost 2 weeks earlier. It took over two hours to do these simple tasks.

The buying process was simple and the staff was extremely helpful with the buying/selling process.
First went for a a recall for the doors. They didnt hook a wire right and couldnt open my door from the driver side. Then went to get it fixed again and had to call 2 hours before they closed to get the status on the car, when we left the car at 9am. To be told they had to wait for a part to come in. And the next day they said they got the wrong part and had to wait another day again. And they didnt offer a rental we had to ask our self for one after 2 days. And got the car back to find outthat the window dont go all the way up so I got to make another appointment for a 30 min fix and going to have to wait another whole day again. they fix something and then mess something up every time so far. They dont know what they are doing or something? Oh yeah when you call them they never take your call just always leave us a message and will call you back ( from a real person) then you never get a call back

A good service center at the dealership. Very helpful personnel.But...not every employee was wearing a mask around customers. I found that somewhat unsettling.But the service department was quick and efficient.
I was only dropping my son off to pick up his car. Havent personally dealt with them. They do sale new and used cars and trucks with a nice selection.
Ordered a tonneau cover and needed it immediately for a trip. Unfortunately wrong one was ordered. They were able to get one next day and it fit perfectly. They were very apologetic and made it right. They have earned my business for sure.
Had a $20.00 ABS tone ring replaced and they charged me $560.00 ! to do it. After calling around to other repair shops... the maximum I should of paid was around $360.00. Outrageous! I will never use their services again.
Great service. Found me all the discounts for a very expensive service. Really appreciate these guys and all the effort they put into being customer oriented! I only take my truck here.
They had my car for 10 days. We had to call to get updates each day or every other day. It ended up just being a sensor that needed to be replaced but shouldnt have taken 10 days and lack of use of my car that long. We had to ask for a loaner after 3 days, they didnt offer.
No high sales pitch and aggressive tactics. Was able to go in get what we wanted without a lot of hassle and unnecessary sales pitch. Transaction was smooth and quick. It helped that we had been approved through our bank as far as time and processing. Gary was effective and professional. We felt comfortable with him and was pleased overall with the service.

The warranty is useless, unfortunately, the quality of Ford has decreased over the year. So much that the plastic on your truck can melt in the driveway! This dealership refuses to fix their junkie vehicle only bought 3 months ago. Told me to submit to insurance, what a joke.

Bought a new car and got enough points for about 4 free oil changes. Scheduled my first oil change for 11:30 am on a Thursday and didnt leave until almost 1:30 pm. Im not sure the free oil changes are worth it if you have to wait 2 hours. I think they call oil changes The Works so they can justify how long it takes. They didnt even rotate the tires like they say they do. It was marked off on the sheet as complete and then crossed out like they checked the box off by mistake.
Place is clean and employees are friendly and continue to provide excellent timely service.

This only reviews the service department. After using another dealership for many years, we became dissatisfied with the service we received and looked for another so we came to Kent Parsons Ford.We brought our car in for a recall and oil change. I must say that I was impressed by the timeliness of the correspondence with the department. I received regular updates throughout the process.The work was completed in good time. We were satisfied enough to bring another Ford for service. This needed more than the first and while there I asked about a windshield since mine had been damaged by a rock thrown from a trailer months before. What I appreciated was that I was told that they do not have a shop to sell the windshield but they had a relationship with a local glass service and that the glass service would fix my windshield on Parsons property.This may not seem like a big deal but it was nice to see a willingness on the part of a dealer service department to (in my opinion) go a little further to make sure I was happy with the end result.We finally feel like we have found a dealer we can trust with our car repairs.So, if you need Ford service, please look into the service department at Kent Parsons Ford.
Just an excellent no-pressure buying experience. The salesman and finance manager answered all my questions about the truck I was buying and the finance options, making this one of my smoothest vehicle purchases ever. I also feel that I got a very fair trade allowance for my previous vehicle, making it an even better deal. Highly recommended.

Drove up to the showroom all hot to trot to buy a new car. Pleased to see an Indoor Face Coverings Required sign on the door. Walked in, dismayed to see most of the staff not wearing masks. I needed to get the Works Package done on my wifes Edge. The service tech at Parsons did the job quickly, checked everything and got us back on the road in just about an hour. Then they were able to do the same thing to my Ranger truck with more than 220,000 miles later in the afternoon. This is really good service.

Bought a car over 46 days ago and Im still waiting for my tag and registration which is a joke. I was told it would take 2 weeks. Ive called 6 times and no one will help here. 3 people said they would call me back and they havent. Left a message with the manager and the salesmen who sold me the car and they havnt called me back. Worst customer service Ive ever had and I still dont know what to do when my temporary tags expire because this ford is awful!!

Had my vehicle worked on, said they were behind and get to it in a day or so, so a day later I heard from them and told me it needed a battery and would check it out after a day. Went to pick up my car and my car still had the snow on it from a few days ago, so apparently the battery was put in before the snow and hope this correct the problem, this is the second time for this problem.
I will only go to Parson’s to service my Lincoln. The service department team is extremely friendly, courteous and professional. They take your safety seriously. If they are concerned they let you know and always offer me a courtesy vehicle. I can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic dealership. My fiancee and I walked in to compare the Ranger and F-150. Even though Rodd knew we were not going to buy today, he answered all of our questions and showed us the vehicles we wanted to see. There was no pressure to buy today and the entire staff was friendly. We were told that when we were ready to buy to come back and see them. Overall, what a dealership experience should be!

Took my dads suv in for maintenance, they said 45 minutes and it was 45 minutes!!! They found something else wrong and didnt just fix it and expect him to pay it... they called said whats up and we went from there!!! The people seem really nice there as well

I was asked via Email to do a review, so here it goes.Had to wait a while to get in, which I get- fall is a busy time. Got in, they were convinced I was bringing my moms Wrangler, when I had made an appointment for my Renegade, so had to spend a while getting them to understand which car I was bringing and all that. They did my inspection and the works.When I went to pay, however, for the third time in a row - I was unable to use my Ford Rewards and/or Ford Credit. The guy ringing me up claimed he didnt know how to apply any rewards or scan me to review credit for the work I was paying for. I was then told he couldnt swipe my Ford credit card and that I would need to, use a real credit card (so I guess the staff dont think Fords card is a real credit card).On past occasions, when I have tried to use the credit card and/or rewards, I have had employees tell me, Youll need to get another credit card or I wont give you back your keys, I have been told, Our girl who knows how to do all this, isnt here today, and even, No one ever taught me to run the machine- can you do cash or a check, I know how to handle those. Im assuming this means only the girl gets trained how to ring people up and the guys are never trained.PS: Not this time, but the time before this that I brought a vehicle to get inspected, they did not replace the windshield wipers that were falling off even though I specifically asked for them to do the job, and a couple months later when I had to have that car worked on, the gentleman who was going to do the work, showed me where there were holes in my FRAME and where part of the floor was about to fall through. He asked how it had passed inspection, I said that it did and I had not been told about the wholes, so the gentleman suggested i trade that car in on something, instead of having him do a couple thousand dollars of work on a car that wasnt road worthy/safe.

Car has been back to dealership 6 times now and cannot find any problems, but when we have it the sync displays goes out, gets real bright and loosec control of volume. Also once in while at red light goes off and does not come on until put in park and restart. Also headlights have just went off once and had to restart car to get them back on.seems like some type of electrical issue but cannot find it

Recently bought a used vehicle from Parsons and had an issue that was not covered by the extended warranty. To my surprise the General Manager told the Service Dept that Parsons would still cover it! That is amazing service! I am extremely pleased and they have won a repeat customer here! This place is horrible and ford should be ashamed!!! Ill never buy another ford visit a ford dealer again. Nosey lady looking in my check book, damaged trim in my car, bolts and caps left laying around the truck and the car leaking antifreeze when i picked up and it didnt even go in for that!!!! Stay away from them!!!!
I received a recall notice on my Escape and called Parsons Ford to see if they could look at my car. They were very nice and made sure I could get in quickly for the repairs. They were even able able to accommodate me when I was running late.
I bought my 2007 Taurus from Parsons Ford in Martinsburg WV. and have hade the car serviced at Parsons dealership and 13 years 90,000 miles later the car still runs great .
They are great people to work with, cant find this much honesty in a dealership these days

Bought a F-150 there two years ago, Woody is a great, friendly sales man. Traded a Buick I never really liked for it and got exactly what I thought I was going to get for it (even though later I saw it at their used car lot for almost twice of what I got...bummer). Anyhow, service has been limited to essentially regular maintenance. Fast and friendly with this small town feeling that I really like.
The sales team at Parsons Ford have been second to none every time i buy a vehicle there. This is my third from them and every time they meet or exceed my expectations and are very efficient with the transfers. My six year old daughter was with me and the other sales team chatted with her and made it fun for her as well! everyone is smiling when you go in there showing that they like their job and stand behind the Ford team and that says a lot. I knew I needed to purchase a new vehicle that was more practical than my Mustang GT convertible, but it was very difficult to part with. The staff at Kent Parsons Ford made the experience very comfortable and easy for me to transition from my sports car to a brand new 2015 Ford Fusion. It was a very bittersweet experience, but I wouldnt have wanted it to take place anywhere else, or with anyone other than Dave Wilt at Kent Parsons Ford!! I will most certainly use them again in the future, and recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car!

Accepted vehicle prior to appointed time. All requested service was completed plus some warranty items noted during during evaluation. Car was ready for pick up prior to promised time. All was great.
In March, 2016, we purchased a used Ford pick up from these people and they NEVER disclosed about a prior wreck the truck had. The salesman just raved about how good the prior owner took care of his vehicles, and he bought all of his vehicles from them. He went on and on about how immaculate the truck was (and it was) but never once told us about the wreck. It wasnt til we recently tried to trade the truck in that we were told about the wreck and shown a Car Fax. This immediately devalued the truck by about $5,000. My husband went to Parsons to see if they would rectify this and they refused. Kelly Blue Book listed the truck WITHOUT the wreck at about $25,000. All Parsons would offer us was $19,000!!! I am furious with these crooks!!! Additionally, when we went to Beyer Mazda in Winchester today, another customer overheard me talking about what Parsons had done, and he told us HIS story! He hates them as well. He had purchased a brand new truck from them, and after a couple days noticed the paint on the tail gate was quite thin. He took it to Parsons to have them fix it and they refused, and accused him of buffing the paint out himself!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?! ON A BRAND NEW PICK UP?! Parsons refused to help him. So he had to take it to the Ford dealer in Hagerstown to have it fixed. So now hes buying from Beyer in Winchester, also! Buyer beware!!! These guys are very dishonest!!!
I used to have so much respect for Kent parsons ford but after today they have lost my respect! The guy who I had which his name was Gary was so disrespectful and rude! He wouldn’t answer my questions and kept telling me that I couldn’t afford this or that when he knows NOTHING about me and what my income is. Also at the end when we left he almost didn’t shake my hand. It is out of respect that you shake someone’s hand even if you didn’t like them especially from a business stand point. They have lost my respect and I will NEVER go back again which is sad because I bought my car from there and I had a lot of respect for them.
I recently purchased a used 2011 Lincoln Navigator from Kent Parsons. I was on the hunt for several months for just the right model and I was lucky enough to find it at Parsons although they are 80 miles from my home. I have been buying new and used cars for 45 years and this transaction was the most relaxing, no pressure, friendly experiences I have ever had. Charles Kiles and Ryan Byrd worked with me on the purchase and I just cant say enough good things about them. great experience and even though they are 80 miles away I would definitely return to buy another vehicle.

They cant do much above oil and tires it seems. Location is ok but service department lacks quite a bit. Prices are crazy for new trucks. Used side salesman was very nice. But selection is just ok, not great.
Not a real happy customer.My wife and I both purchased brand new vehicles from here. Sales process was great!!!My mustang has had issues since day one. I have now had it two years and only one issue had been fixed which was the ambient lighting. The program would not hold.I have numerous videos of the issue and dealerships response is bring it by when it acts up.Door mirrors over extend themselves and grind and click. The first time I showed service writer the video he said and I quote close the door. Its trying to find the rear wheel. Its supposed to do thatSo I took multiple videos of both drivers side and passenger side clicking at different times with the doors closed. They do this maybe every 25 times the door is opened. They kept the car over a week and ordered wrong parts.The car is now out of bumper to bumper warranty. So I dont know if Im going to be stuck with this until the mirrors completely break.The other issue is the sync system. It locks up constantly, and also says USB hub not supported. With nothing plugged in it still says the same thing. The hub is the Port itself not the device.The odd thing is... When sync acts up so do the mirrors.
Had a problem with my ignition switch. They check it saw there was a problem with it and fixed it right away. I was so happy!!! I didnt need to worry about my car letting me sit.
Friendly staff. They know there cars very well and were able to make great recommendations.We bought a car from them and they make the process very simple. Would definitely buy again, and recommend them to a friend.Only gripe (and its very small) is the post sale process is a little tiring as they have three different people trying to up-sell you on add-ons.
