Very unprofessional. I am a truck driver with my own authority. I arranged to haul a load of pipe for core and main thru a broker. He spoke to the employees at the State College PA branch informing them I’d arrive at approximately 3:15 pm. I got hung up in traffic and didn’t arrive til 3:30. However that should be no problem as their phone recording states they r open til 4:30. But of course when I arrived the gate was locked and not a soul around. So not only did I waste time but a lot of fuel getting here. Thanks for nothing

Very friendly and helpful. The mess I had to fix from my house to the water setter was improperly tied in by Jefferson Utilities, but Core and Main fixed me up with the proper parts to complete the job right.
