I had the pleasure of utilizing and experiencing 1st hand the courteous, professional and most friendly auto repair facility and staff. Everyone from the front door through the body shop and end stage of releasing my vehicle was very excellent. As an insurance professional I refer or recommend repair shops. When our business guarantees their work for a lifetime it’s hard to know how the customer will end up once the claim is settled. I now have 1st hand knowledge with the repairs to my own vehicle how great the process over delivered and exceeded my expectations for handling my luxury / high end vehicle. Many said “take your car to a dealer” and I said I could’ve refer customers to a place where I couldn’t take my own car. So glad I used Caliber Collision in Westport Plaza. I highly recommend them personally and professionally.

Some of the best customer service I ever had. Staff is very friendly but Dion Shaffer stood out to me. I came in because I had some scratches on the passenger side of my car. I was looking to get an estimate on how much it would cost to get them out. Dion came out, looked at my car, told me to hang tight. Came back out with some sort of product and a cloth and just wiped all the scratches out. Asked how much for this service and it told me it was no charge. Already having a rough week, this really made my day. It may seem small but this meant a lot and I’m really thankful for what Dion did.

Very speedy and professional service. I had rear door damage and they were able to fix it to perfection. It doesnt look like it was ever damaged. They even took the time to detail my car, made it look brand new! I would definitely recommend for any body work...I can vouch for that for sure!

So i came in a few days ago and i needed work on my door because there was a dent that came out of no where which I think was a hit and run. but the estimator dion helped out a lot and i would recommend these people and if i need work i would go here again

People stop, if your insurance company tells you you have to take it to this place do not believe them this is been a horrific experience for me by using them. They were very rude, I had phone calls from two different people telling me two different things all the time. I had a date to get my car and then was called and told they didnt like the paint job that someone did there for them on my car, and they said they put a new back bumper on it but its funny it was full of scratches and as I was about to leave, I noticed a hand size paint that was very rough and dripping. I asked the guy is that why they kept it another week for that that they didnt fix so once again I had to return the car I got a new bumper they said,but I really think they used my old bumper because they had to paint it because of the scratches on it. Then was told, while they were working on it they broke the front windshield and were having a hard time collaborating it, then they called and said it was collaborated...Very condescending when trying to talk to them. Please find another collision shop guys, I dont do this to hurt anyone, I do it for honesty and for justice and to help someone else when they get in the same predicament I was in.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. They are a professional business but treat you like family. Do excellent work. Truck looks like new. Great liaison for you with the insurance company.

They brought it to my shop for diagnosis. We informed them the part they installed was incorrect or bad. They replaced it and brought it back. Part was found to be incorrect. We spent a lot of time diagnosing for them, for a mistake another establishment made in selling them the wrong part. I only charged them for half of the labor spent on their problem vehicle and they have the nerve to give us a bad Google review.Very unprofessional.

I have used this service twice, now. Awesome experience with outstanding results, both times!!

I was called numerous times to pick up my vehicle, but each time they had forgotten to repair a MAJOR item. My tire was to be replaced since it was missing a huge chunk: As we were walking around to check the work, the service attendant said, Oh, I cant believe we missed that. Come back tomorrow. Next day, my entire wheel was chipped and scratched up from the tire replacement, Come back tomorrow. My car wasnt finished for another 4 days. If the service department is missing major repairs, I would not take my vehicle there.

When youve been in an accident and waited so long for the insurance company you need the right people to make you whole when you get the green light . Caliber collision did not disappoint. Fantastic place. did great work on my car and got it back to me earlier than what was orignally told to me. it was great they even set up my rental for me . it was great!

I will never us this company again. After having my car for 7 business days (9 days total since they do not work weekends) they have now noticed another crack in my grill that they did not notice when removing my damaged lower bumper. Also, I just found out the lower deflector is not “part” of the lower bumper repair. I cannot leave my car there any longer, but I think I can order the part online and fix it myself. I am paying out of pocket for this repair to have my car not be like new. I regret not going to the independent repair shop my Hyundai dealer recommended.

Two years ago we had to take a large local shop to court after they blew up our engine and tried to pass it off- it was finally fixed but I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone!Caliber completed dissolved my fears of shops- they did amazing work! Unprofessional.

I thought my car was being fixed. Took it to them for an hour estimate i accepted. Set a date to start and dropped my car off.For 2 weeks i received emails stating car was safe and work being done.Then suddenly they call said to come get my car. When i showed up i was shocked to see my car was never worked on and had more damage to it.They were short and rude to me never return calls and stated they were unable to fix it. I guess due to lack of skills.

Very helpful. Got me in the same day I called and got my estimate for insurance purposes. Everywhere else I called was backed up a couple weeks.

Working with Shelly at Abra was great. She took care of me and my car and everything was handled very professionally. Will be taking my car here for any repairs as long as I am in the STL area.

We dropped our vehicle off on a Tuesday with the expectation it would be ready by that Friday. On Friday, they said it would be the following Wednesday. On Wednesday, they said Thursday. On Thursday, they said Friday. And on Friday, they told us sometime the following week, but they didnt have a date yet. It was a commercial vehicle, and we needed it as soon as possible. We had to keep pushing customers back. I understand that they had issues with wrong parts coming in, but their inability to provide a reasonable time-frame for completion cost us customers, time and resources.

Wouldve have given 5 stars if it wasnt for Katrina.

Weve had them do work before. They did a good job.

The workers were very friendly and they seemed very knowledgeable and eere very efficient with their work.

Fast but sloppy service. Windshield was fixed in 2 days but they brought the wrong windshield the first day and had to come back. Suction cup marks and dirt on the dash left behind.

I would say this is a very very very good place to take your car but after I got my windshield replaced then to come out to my car after the replacer left and noticed stab marks ACROSS MY WHOLE ENTIRE DASHBOARD - I wasnt happy - the GM stated he would send the same guy out who cut my dashboard to look at what he did why I dont know when I already contacted a manager and sent him pictures and he stated UNBELEVIABLE! Then I told the gm I DONT FEEL COMFROTABLE WITH him coming out looking at what he messed up heck he know what he did he didnt care. Now the GM is taking a week to view my dashboard and he hasnt came to see it yet -----------------
