I’m not their customer but I know this company installed the flooring in the apartment I just moved in to because their invoice was left on the kitchen counter. Absolutely no care taken around baseboards, air bubbles under vinyl, random very visible seams in carpeted areas, loose carpet threads all over the place, sloppiest caulking I have ever seen - just seems like there was absolutely no pride taken in the work. See photos. It’s a cheap apartment so I get it but if this were my own property I’d be fuming hence leaving this info! Neighbours in the complex also said the team were incredibly loud while working.

EXCELLENT A+++ I recommend CS Flooring in St. Louis for the quality of their products and the great project management skills of everyone we worked with. We ordered about 2000 sq ft of a beautiful dark gray laminate, 2000 sq ft of carpet and tile. We’re very happy with the final results. Best decision was to also do our stairs with the same flooring and white risers. It looks fantastic! The stair noses are square for a modern look. A++

Great flooring company to work with.

I am extremely dissapointed and shocked with this company. In the warehouse theres a wall with carpet samples which include about 50 options with about 20 samples per option that get refilled. I was planning on changing the carpet at my properties so I decided to grab 1 sample of each of the 50 options in order to take them home and show them to my wife. But the old guy, Rick, in the warehouse went on a RAGE like an immature child because I grabbed the samples. I told him that if he was really so upset that I wouldnt mind paying for the samples but he refused and continued aggresively complaining and yelling at me just because i grabbed the samples. I am extremely confused and upset because I was really looking forward to working with this company on a long run. I am confused because why in the world do they have samples if they get mad because we grab them. That is why they are called SAMPLES. This guy Rick did not buy the samples so why does he get angry. I grab samples because I plan on BUYING large quantities of carpet. So its a GOOD thing for us to grab samples because we generate more income for this company. But it seems that this company might be losing income because Rick doesnt let people grab samples. It doesnt matter if I grab 1 sample out of each of the 50 options. I really hope that someone higher in charge talks to him or fires him.

Late was supposed to be showing up between 8 and 12 im still waiting its almost 1 now. My vinyl is coming up at the seams. I know 3 other people has the same issue. I called and I get, they thought it was in the pm for appointment. Now i wasted a whole day for nothing.
