Store is very clean. produce is exceptional. Every isle is marked appropriately. Very friendly if you need help in every department. I have enjoyed shopping here for years. Best grocery store in Mashpee price wise.

I find this store/ gas station an excellent variety. Very clean and staff are polite and friendly.

Always great customer service & our “go to” grocery store. Good selection of organic, natural & GF foods. Also a big “health food” section, abundant produce & good selection of nut milks/ creamers. Their pick up department during COVID has been excellent. Special call out to Betsy’s ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service!One confusing thing is that the corporate design has similar items in different places all over the store; e.g. salad dressing was in 5 different locations. We have yet to break the code to figure out the logic for putting similar items in hard to find places.

Great store, as in huge and well stocked. Only complaint is that they would not accept my GIANT card seeing as they are both owned by Ahold. The cashier did give us a discount (store card).

A decent stop and shop. Consistent staff present and friendly. There could be more variety and adjustment to ensure more culturally relevant foods here (as compared to the Hyannis location.) Prices can be a bit higher than other locations.

I really enjoy using the pick up service here. Each time they have been quick to answer and to bring out my order. The fruits and vegetables have been great and if there was a substitution, it was for the better.

Im sometimes surprised by what I cant find there week to week but that seems to be the norm these days. Otherwise its a good place to shop with wide, clean aisles and plenty of parking.

Always has great food and deals. The deli and the butcher section are great. Just dont get the stuffed chops,I can do them so much better. Im very disappointed in those stuffed chops,otherwise great store.

We came down for the week vacation we like Stop & Shop they have nice deals good food and stop today to get clams and shrimp for our last day here love the Cape Cod

I stood in line for 20 mins to figure out a simple western union transaction. Why the f offer a service when you don’t know how to handle it. I feel bad for the employees because the kid had to get help from 3 people who were useless as well. I have patience all day. But this is just terribly a waste of a costumers time.

Kevin in Seafoods in Mashpee was Great!!! Obviously Short Staffed, he went the extra mile to make up Lobsta Rolls that Is promised to bring to friends at the Beach! The next day when I went at Noon, (Kevin me wasn’t there) I was told they simply “…Didn’t Have Any…”! Hmmmm🤨Really???

Fantastic store, great employees that are very friendly and helpful.

Overpriced with sub-par quality. Market Basket is better in so many ways. The produce here is pretty awful. So many times I’ve brought home produce just to see it go bad in a couple days. The butchered meats are satisfactory, at best. Buy a pack of chicken? You’ll be cutting off a comical amount of skin and fat that was purposely left on to increase the price. Beef is usually pretty tough even the choice/angus. You can buy better quality fresh food for 2/3 the price at Market Basket. 2 stars instead of 1 for their natural/organic section.

Its the same as ever other one there was alotn of stuff I was looking for that I could not find and to try to find a worker to help me was like basically not happening theres a lot of workers that are there just to sock shelves like that are from other companies but the workers that actually work there or you can barely find them like around the store to help you find something its its kind of ridiculous and the lines they could have more registers open than what they do they only have a few and then theyre self checkout but if you have a lot of stuff self checkout isnt easy so you have to wait in the line for like you know a good 15-20 minutes to get what you need

My main go to grocery store, however some shelves were depleted. Brought memories of the beginning of Covid. Supply or help shortages ? It feels like a hurricane is coming.

Use the pharmacy. They are great. Good service and always available to answer questions

They have a pretty good selection of items. The pricing on all the items is usually a bit more.to the point... you notice it and it leaves you feeling taken advantage of.

I can hardly believe the variety of vegan food this store carries. Honestly, I have been able to try new things constantly during 107 days of distancing, thanks to these folks. Great safety protocols, friendly staff, and well-designed floor markings all help to minimize the potential unpleasantness of shopping during these challenging times. The spooky, robotic, spill-detecting robot, on the other hand...

Not following covid regulations at all. Not a safe place to shop. Many employees just standing and talking to each other. Carts never cleaned. Disgusting. You are putting food you are going to eat in carts that have never been cleaned. Other stores are very clean. Saw blood on the floor and no one cared. No one cleaned it up. So dangerous.Not putting my health at risk for a store that only cares about profit.

Generally great produce selection. I appreciate the discounted baked goods section. Large selection of most items, and a decent organic and healthy food section. I would love a salad bar with seating area a la whole foods in thr future. Lots of registers helps checkout times.

Has anyone noticed what the starting wage is $16 hr and its totally reflective in the price of most of the products. Everything is more expensive than market basket. 749 lb land o lakes cheese compare to 499 at market basket milk dollar more etc etc

A great local grocery store. Gas points and weekly discounted items make it a great value. I generally save 15 to 35 cents per gallon at the local Shell gas stations. Another Cape Codgers best bet.

A little quieter than Falmouth. Still some empty space on shelves and frozen foods

Decent store. Always has enough in stock of what Im wanting and its cleaner than the majority of stop n shops. Still not a fan of the majority of the employees as you have to pull teeth to get info from them but I just dont talk to many anymore. If I cant find something, I go down the road to Roche Bros.

Ive never been impressed with Stop & Shop ever. Delis overpriced and grimy looking. Staff is always polite however Im not sure if anybody ever actually cleans there. Management should seriously look at the top of shelves behind things under things for food store its a little gross. I took a picture inside their mens bathroom show the attention to detail and this is what image you should think of while shopping at Stop & Shop.

Convenient. Produce selection, especially organic, could be better. Prices are creeping up and are very high on some areas compared to quality. Seafood has improved. They still dont carry unsweetened chocolate almond milk despite many requests. Florist was helpful but prices are high compared to Try Joes. Cakes are pretty good. Croissants are delicious.

Considering its in Mashpee its a fairly large store. Its on the expensive side. But, when youre centrally located and in a well to do area, they dont have to really compete with to many places. My wife and I joined BJs in Hyannis, where the prices are much better. The neat is much better. We stock up the essentials and it saves us a pretty good chunk of change over the year. Weekends are extremely crowded. So, if your on vacation, its best to go a little later in the evening. There is also a Cape Cod Five, a large package store, A U.P.S, a couple of art galleries. Plus, a pet supple store in the same location. Right behind it, is Cooks seafood( which is know to have excellent seafood) and a 99 if you want a quick bite. Smittys Ice Cream is across tge street at the rotary. They make the best hot fudge Sundays on the Cape. Just a couple of side notes if youre visiting.

Absolutely no one monitoring headcount at the door, store was overcrowded and it was impossible for me to maintain distance from other customers because of how crowded it was. I wont go there again until this pandemic is under control.

The store is always clean. The redesigned self-checkout area is much improved. New self-scanners also are much more efficient and make shopping easier.

I like this Stop and Shop more than others in the area. I feel that this store is large and has great product quality. The employees are kind and helpful.

Dirty bathroom

I shop year round at Stop and Shop.The manager,Matt Guilmain is wonderful and the staff is always accommodating. I have always enjoyed shopping here.However, I did not like the Robot! It was annoying!! I gave five stars, because of my shopping experience, I would give 0 stars to the Robot, its just ridiculous!

It was pretty hard to get around sometimes with the new robot stopping for small objects, the self scan is awesome when it works but will sometimes be buggy and annoying, the store could use some better lighting as well. Not bad, but Ive been to better stop and shops.

Meh. Prices are better than Roche Bros but the customer service isnt nearly as good. Marty the robot sucks - it just gets in the way.

My shopping was very nice and quick because items were easily accessible and an associate called (KRISS) my cashier was above and beyond with customer service as i was checking out.Kriss the company must be proud having you on the team.

Easy to get to, ample parking and unquestionably the best prices. However the store is usually crowded, the aisles narrow, not always help available and the quality of deli, meat and produce is not always the best. (Excellent bakery though.)

Now great place people are great . They help you right out.

Push sales items by advertising buy 2, get one for free, all cucumbers I bought were rotten badly. The fragrance free sanitizer smelt very badly. The manager was really rude. Will never go back to any Stop and Shop.

Not enough checker lines open for a Saturday.It is always this way.Flimsy small paper bags, no handles, rip too easily. Had to be double bagged. Seems dingy, not clean on floors. Needs better management.

Still no paper products, but its out of there control. Staff was really nice and understanding.

Customer in front of me didnt seem to have enough money to pay. Neither cashier nor the 2 managers she called for help offered me even one word of apology or explanation. I moved my groceries to another checkout and was through that line while they were still dealing with that customer in the first line. None of them seemed concerned about the appearance of being unhelpful. And this is not the first time employees have been less helpful than they could be. Although its 3x as far away, Ill try to do all my shopping at Market Basket, where they treat their employees and their customers better.

Its a fine store for lots of things, I just wish they had more organic stuff but hey theres Rorys locally and Whole Foods so l, eh I just go there.

Too crowded

The paper bags are horrible. They break even when doubled. Why does Framingham have a more quality bag with handles no less. Im even willing to pay a few cents per bag. Just help me get my groceries home for once without an issue

Good and I found everything

The dairy section is disappointing. They are always out of stock of the milk I usually buy, almost every week. The prepared foods department is also disappointing too. The freshly made subs are not fresh at all. The cheese on the subs almost has a liquid type texture to it, which is disgusting. An employee told me that he wouldnt buy the subs from Stop and Shop too, which is pretty shocking to hear. Other than those two things, the store is clean and the staff is friendly. I may start going elsewhere if these two issues are not addressed.

Stop & Shop in Mashpee its better than most stop and shops that Ive been to its very clean and well-kept its had the same employees there for a very long time I enjoy coming here

Ive always liked stop and shop for their selection, cleanliness and the good prices compared to the high priced grocery stores in the area, like Roche Bros.

Store clean, shelves organized some good sales, check out person helpful. Easy shopping.

Dont buy fruit it goes bad in a day also now that they have reopend the changed their deli pizza recipe and its gross so dissapointed

I was at self check out and I needed help ringing in the yogurt I was purchasing so this employee named Jack came over to help me and instead of helping me he gave me attitude and told me that I wasnt doing it right and I needed to go back to school and figure my life out!

Great selection of food however the boy at the register was rude, especially to the lady in front of us!!! Is it that hard to just be nice? Treat others as you want to be treated!

I love this stop and shop. Its bigger than sandwich or Falmouth. I always have a positive experience and I see a lot of long term employees. The floors are always clean, plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and a better selection of health foods and alternative foods. Since I am allergic to dairy- I am always looking for dairy free alternatives like pizza, Halotop dairy free icecream ect. The seafood department doesnt stink and 2 weeks ago I got wonderful scallops.

Sale prices taken down way too early thursdays getting ready for Friday new prices. Makes thurs shopping a pain. Moldy moss growing on grapes for two days even after pointing it out to an employee...And What is that Stank.!!?? near the seafood.?? it sure aint the fish.!!..??
