Worst phone service ever!!! I’m pay $70 a month for unlimited data slow and phone calls drops out of nowhere for no reason and I’m use it at home. Just don’t waste your time and money at US cellular get better Service elsewhere.

Waste of my time they gave me a faulty product and won’t fix the problem unless they have an ID it was the same person who sold it

First time ever that we didnt have to wait in line. Great quick service.

If you are upset by the crowd and length of time u will have to wait, I suggest going to the other location across from the highschool. As for the chit- chatting, its their job to be polite, and helpful. Cut them some slack. They are at times under staffed, but take that up with management not the techs. I try to always speak with Nick who is by far the most helpful, knowledgeable member Ive worked with.

I was dreading getting a new phone tonight but Tanner was very helpful and knowledgeable!! He definitely deserves a raise.

I appreciate that they try to be friendly but when there are ten people waiting to be helped, chit chatting without doing anything with the current customer is frustrating. Keep it moving! Also, workers helping people also answer the phone, keeping people waiting even longer.
