I went to Hart Brothers South as a novice. They made me feel respected and were very patient with my questions. Jeff Richter was very knowledgeable and awesome with giving me a visual tutorial on gun specs and details of the SW M& P Shield EZ 9 mm. Jeff allowed me to handle the gun to see if it was a good fit and explained things on an amateur level so I could relate and comprehend what he said.I very highly recommend Hart Brothers to anybody for their service and friendliness as well as their supportive staff. I will be back and I will purchase my first handgun from them ! 10 out of 10 from this lady !

Drove all the way up from Des Moines to buy this Taurus tracker revolver. Was in and out and less than 10 minutes. Staff was extremely friendly and even set the revolver aside when I called two and a half hours earlier without me even asking them to. Completely worth the four-hour round-trip Drive. I will definitely look there again for my future firearm needs.

As a novice in the weaponry field, I told the salesman exactly what I was looking for in a handgun. He gave me two options both of which seemingly met my criteria and were similarly priced. I chose the one that felt best in my hand and the purchase was made. Was glad I was not bombarded with different options. For me, the experience was just what I was looking for.

I purchased a rifle out of state. I needed a local gun shop willing to do the transfer by providing an FFL. After calling around multiple places in southern Minnesota who simply refused to take my money (for one reason or another, one guy even blew up at me for not buying the rifle through him) I called hart brothers. It took 30 seconds for the entire call. And will be notified as soon as my rifle comes in. Thats the kind of service Im willing to pay for. And happy to get. They earned a customer for life. I set out looking to find a particularly rare rifle. The only place in the midwest I could find it was here at Hart Brothers. I enjoyed the staff and customer service. If have any others difficulties in finding any others products, Hart Brothers will remain first on my list despite the 150mi one way trip.
