The dining set we purchased at Woodcraft looks and works great, and the store provided a smooth purchasing experience. The staff diligently answered all our questions, and the delivery timeline was less than a month even during the pandemic. The delivery guys were careful, quick, and knowledgeable about the product. The table and chairs were pricey, but you get what you pay for--they have been worth it.

I had been looking for a solid wood bookshelf to match my desk that I got when I was living in Texas. Then I found Woodcraft in Mason. I was able to find a shelving unit I liked, I took a draw out of my desk for them to match the stain, and boy, was I blown away! They did a great job. Then when they delivered the unit they made sure I was happy where it was, helping to make sure it was even in the space I had chosen. I will definitely go back for anything else I need that I want in wood. Very friendly.

We bought a gorgeous reclaimed kitchen table that seats up to 10. The two leaves can be stored inside the table. We chose vinyl for the seats because we have kids, grandkids and dogs. They clean up easily. They look great and are super comfortable.We also bought a beautiful custom desk with file drawers on both sides. The marching bookcase was made to fit exactly between the wall and the window. I was able to choose all the dimensions as well as number and style of shelves, drawers, doors, etc. Beautiful quality furniture! You’ll be so happy you shopped at Woodcraft Furniture!

Needed a specific size pub table for a small kitchen space. Woodcraft Furniture not only had the size I was looking for, it also has a butterfly leaf and the shaker styling that matches my decor. My wife and I purchased a kitchen table and chairs about two years ago. Last month, I broke the back of one of the chairs. I took the broken chair back to Woodcraft Furniture in hopes they could fix it. To my surprise, they gave me an identical chair (without my break) from their show room. There was no charge and I did not have to wait for the broken chair to be fixed. I highly recommend both their products and their service.

I forgot to bring measurements for my space when I went in, so they wrote down everything for me so I could call in and order with all the right details. Covid caused a long delay in getting them to me, but the Woodcraft team kept me updated. Theyre beautiful and worth the wait!

This is the second major purchase we’ve made with Woodcraft; a master bedroom suite a couple years ago and a Dining room table and chairs with bar stools most recently. Everything has always turned out beautifully and of the highest quality. The staff is incredibly patient with our indecisiveness and helpful with their expertise and suggestions. What an incredible experience from ordering the furniture to delivery! I purchased a bedroom set, and it was the highest quality I was expecting and beautifully stained. The Woodcraft Furniture team is so helpful and friendly; I loved how I didnt feel pressured to buy anything when I first went to look. We have bought several pieces of furniture from Woodcraft Furniture. We have always been pleased with their service and the quality of the furniture. Recently we bought a dinning room set. In picking out the set, the staff worked with me to find the right size and recommended good stain chooses to coordinate with my dinning room decor. They were able to match the color of our cabinets perfectly. There was one chair seat cushions that had a small defect and they replaced the cushion at no charge. Their policy is customer satisfaction is a top priority. This has been evident in all my deals with Woodcraft Furniture. I highly recommend this store.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I went to the Mason store for multiple browsing sessions to find a new dining table. Staff was always availble for questions because theres so many options it can be overwhelming making a decision. I went with a prefab line and the staff helped me figure out what colors I could get in various items as I got a table from one line and chairs from another. I was able to get upholstery added to the chairs for a very reasonable upcharge. (way less than trying to upholster them myself!) Bonus, unlike most upholstered chairs if I change my mind later or they get damaged, theres a whole, intact, finished seat underneath! I was able to get it partially assembled to save some money as well and pickup myself in a flat pack. the wood the prefab line comes in is renewable too! (fast growing tropical parawood) The set is lovely and very high quality and Im so happy with it!

We worked with Woodcraft in Mason to design our custom dining set. We really wanted a round table that could seat 8. The table base we wanted didn’t come in the dimensions we needed, so Woodcraft worked with the manufacturer to get it made with a 66 inch top! They matched the table color beautifully to a sample we provided and were very helpful throughout the process. We will definitely be shopping with them again!

We had been looking for a new set of dining room chairs for awhile and happened upon Woodcraft Furniture through an internet search. My husband and I are both over 6 feet tall with back issues and needed to find a chair that was comfortable for both of us. At Woodcraft, we had a LOT of options; they carry many chairs in their showroom for us to try and we found the perfect chair. Furthermore, we were able to choose the paint finish and add a seat padding. Weve already told family and friends to check this place out! Extremely pleased!

My husband and I looked at 3-4 local furniture store and 1-2 online store for new end tables and an entertainment unit for our family room which we were updating. There were some nice looking pieces but most of it was not made of solid wood and was made overseas. We wanted quality American made real wood furniture that would last for years. We found that type of furniture at Woodcraft. There’s a showroom full of pieces to look at and then many catalogs of all styles of wood furniture for all areas of the house plus some for covered outdoor areas.We chose our style from a catalog after getting ideas from looking at their completed pieces and got advice from the employees. We selected the stain for the top and paint color for the bottom again with help from the employees. It took about 6 weeks to get the furniture but it was all built and finished in America.We are very happy with the product and service from Woodcraft and they made it easy to shop with the social distancing.We will definitely return when we need more furniture. Maybe some rocking chairs for the deck.

Had a great experience with Woodcraft. We originally wanted a console table from a catalog, but it had recently been discontinued by the manufacturer. Woodcraft was able to partner with another local furniture maker to re-create the catalog items design, and the result was perfect! A few bonus factors were that we got to choose hardware we liked even more than the catalog example, it was Ohio made, and the total was about 10% less than the catalog item would have been. I would recommend going to the store to see color samples before ordering, as we ended up going with a slightly different color than their original recommendation after seeing samples in person.

I was looking for a new TV console for my Media Room. I looked at a number of sites and figured I would pay around $500.00 for one. I also noticed that most of these units were not 100% solid wood but they looked nice.I noticed the Woodcraft Furniture sign in Mason one day and stopped in.To my very pleasant surprise I found out they have a fabulous showroom with handmade Amish furniture and great selection.. I found a style I really liked, picked the exact stain color and they made it for me. The piece arrived last week and it is gorgeous. 100% Solid Wood, handcrafted and close to the same price for a inferior product....If I ever need another kitchen table, book shelves, dining table or any other wood furniture, they will be the only choice.Oh yea, every employee is absolutely amazing....

We bought kitchen island, kitchen dining set, and a bed. Very happy with quality and the service. This is our place to go when we need new furniture. They were able to modify the kitchen island to match our needs and matched the color to our kitchen cabinets nicely.

If you are looking for good sales people, do not go to the Woodcraft Furniture store in Mason. Instead, go to the Woodcraft store in Harrison Ohio and ask for Katie. My husband and I purchased furniture from Katie four months ago. Our first visit, Katie was fabulous, not pushy but gave us a lot of information, let us wander around the store and think about what we wanted. We went back and purchased 2 pieces of furniture from her. We were driving by the Mason store a week ago on Saturday and stopped by just to look around. The sales lady there was pushy to the point of obnoxious. I dont want someone telling me what I want. I never make a large purchase like furniture the first visit. We think about what we want, look around at various stores, then make our decision based on all the information we gather. A pushy sales person will never get my money. Go to the Harrison Woodcraft store and get knowledgeable, courteous, friendly help. Stay away from the Mason store.

Wonderful experience with Woodcraft in Mason. Dave was so helpful in getting our entertainment center completed to our specs and in our time frame. This is a better cost alternative to completely custom built. It is semi custom with a lot of flexibility. Dave was knowledgeable and trustworthy and the workers did a great job finishing the wood and delivering the item. We needed an extra large entertainment center for which we searched for a year. Most were too short or small or custom too expensive until a friend suggested Woodcraft. It was built semi-custom exactly as we needed it. It took about 6weeks, the price very affordable and was beautiful!

The staff here is extremely nice and helpful. They answered all our questions and it never felt pushy. They have a lot of items in their store, but they can also order a bunch of things from catalogs. I found that their prices are comparable to purchasing online, but you dont have to deal with the hassle of having something shipped and possible getting damaged. I will check here first next time I need to purchase furniture.

We were extremely happy with the furniture we purchased from Woodcraft Furniture in Mason, OH. We purchased several accent pieces for our living room and they did a great job of matching them to an antique buffet we have. We also purchased a dining room table and chairs. They were able to perfectly match the color of the dining room chairs we have so we could use them with the four new chairs. The quality of the furniture is very good, their sales staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and their prices are reasonable.

We are long term customers - over 26 years - of your store. This afternoon, my mom and I came in and ended up purchasing 3 bar stools, a dining table and 6 chairs, and an additional stool. We have been in a couple times over the past few months and have always received great customer service from Dave. Both Dave and Kristin helped us today and went over and above to find table size options for us. We werent sure how the sizes would fit in the new home. We did have the floor plans though and Kristin offered to draw up the dining room space using her laptop program and showed us how each of the 3 tables would look in the room. It was so nice to be able to see the options and we realized we could to fit the size we really wanted. Their teamwork and patience made it such a positive experience for us. Kudos to them for representing your stores so well.

Excellent quality furniture at a great price with friendly and knowledgeable staff! We shopped around when buying our bedroom set and most furniture stores have veneers for the same price that Woodcraft has for real wood. They can stain or paint any piece to match what you already have at a fair price. Delivery was awsome as they placed all furniture and assembled the cal-king storage bed. We had such a good first experience that we have gone back for several more pieces. The in-store selection is decent but they can order far more and will even customize pieces. Most of the furniture is made in the USA.

Disheartened by the store manager/owner.We picked out a dining table and chairs at the Centerville store, they didn’t have it in stock, but said the Mason store did, so the next day we got our trailer and went down to Mason to pick up the table they held for us. It wasn’t the same color, even though they verified it was the same as Centerville store. We spent the entire day back and forth between 3 stores and the Beavercreek store was the most willing to help us out to find a close enough table around the same cost as the other table. The mason manager was completely rude and basically told us we’re SOL when we asked if he would work with us on price since the miscommunication was their fault. Won’t shop at the Mason location, will go to Beavercreek or Centerville if we decide to return to woodcraft
