I would give this place zero stars if I could. I had a horrible experience here yesterday and didn’t even get my wax. I’m a first time customer and live 30 minutes away. I booked my appointment online about a week ago for 7:30pm with Monica. The confirmation email gives a link for online check in. When I arrived, I did the online check in which sends them a text message letting them know you’ve arrived. I sent the first text at 7:12pm. I’m waiting and waiting and never receive a text. Send another one at 7:39 as I understand sometimes appointments run late. Still nothing. Finally, at 7:42 I pick up my phone to call and they’re calling me. A girl named Reagan calls to tell me that she had texted me back but because I opted out of text messages (no clue how or if I did this), it didn’t go through therefore thats why I never received a response. I ask her if they’re ready for me and she tells me that someone else is there for an appointment. I tell her I had a 7:30 appointment and she says it was her bad the text didn’t go through because I’ve opted out of texts and she offers me an 8:45 appointment (75 minutes later than my original appointment time). Like many people, I had other things to do that night and didn’t have time to waste another hour waiting around for a mistake on their part. She offers to reschedule my appointment at which point I tell her Im not interested. Having worked in this industry in the past, there is nothing I hate more than when someone wastes my time especially considering I don’t live very close. And for them to call me 12 minutes after my original appointment time and tell me that I cant come in because someone else is there for their appointment (when I was 18 minutes early for mine) and offers for me to be seen in an hour. Such a disappointing experience and I do not feel that the girl I spoke with did anything to rectify the situation. So unprofessional.

Deanna did a great job and she was very nice! I will definitely request her the next time I go!

I had my brows waxed here twice by 2 different people. Terrible experience twice. Not professional, no experience, very slow. I really wanted to like it but wont go back.

I had some time to kill so I decided to get my eyebrows waxed. It was my first time here and they are appointment only however I was able to get in immediately after calling and making an appointment. This might not always be the case but I was impressed on how timely they were and very appreciative of their accommodations. The salon was very clean and both of the ladies who I spoke to were very professional and super nice. No one can ever get my eyebrows right there is always a stray hair left here or there so thats what I was expecting but Marcie took care of me and absolutely nailed it. She was great company and answered all of my questions and has convinced me to try other services. Im extremely happy with my brows and will be on a regular schedule now. Great job all around!

My experience was GREAT. Soon as I entered the front desk receptionist got me back. My waxer was PIA and can I say she was amazing she was very fast and know her work. I’m a somewhat frequent waxer but its been a while since the last time I’ve been and I have thick follicle hair . She took GREAT care of me. I got three services and it only took her 30 minutes in and out. I’m definitely going to be back. To insert that European wax has some of the best wax thats very delicate for your skin which is a good thing !

Yeah definitely disappointed after leaving this location. she came out 5-10 minutes after my scheduled wax, and it just wasn’t a good experience. i typically go to the kenwood location & they make sure the wax isn’t overly painful and i feel like here they didn’t do that. she didn’t apply pressure after she pulled and she didn’t pull them correctly because i still have a good amount of hair that won’t come up now because it’s below the skin. she also didn’t put any serum on me afterwards and left a lot of red bumps, i’ve NEVER had a reaction like this at the kenwood location ALSO she didn’t ask me about the temperature for the wax which was ridiculous because it was overly hot & not to mention the wax room i went into i didn’t even want to take my shoes off because it was DIRTY. NEVER AGAIN. and don’t have a conversation with somebody if it’s gonna be fake and you’re gonna use a fake voice the entire time and only say “ya” over and over again.

I booked an appointment for fullface waxing for 65 plus tax, the service was so poor, they just waxed my sideburns, chin & half eyebrows & done. I mean not with 20 min I was done. I was expecting fullface. I mean this is day robbery, I m very disappointed with this location of Europe wax center

It was my first time getting waxed and I was so nervous. Veronica was so amazing!! She made me feel comfortable and was very professional. The receptionist was very informative and quick to check me in and out. I will definitely be going back!

Today I visited the West Chester location but I normally visit this Mason location. I went for a wax and they tell me my wax pass was cancelled due to only making two of the four payments. I call them and they are sticking to the fact that they cancelled my passes when I have proof of the electronic funds transfer. They sold me this wax pass and I feel like they took my money. When I ask for a number to corporate they said they don’t have one, it’s a franchise then I ask for the Franchise owners and they say it’s the Patels but didn’t provide any contact information. I’m highly disappointed with this service... I am still waiting for answers! I feel I was robbed!!!

The first two times I went there. I wasnt happy with them. But today I had MCKENNA she did a great job. She is professional.

I had an appointment at 11am to get a wax. I got there right on time, sent the text saying I’m there, and proceeded to wait outside for my waxer to get me. After 2 people who got to the wax center after me went inside, I decided to go in and ask why it was taking 15-20mins to get me inside. (I understand sometimes things happens and it takes longer so I was patient for as long as I could be). When I went inside they said they never got my message saying I’m there, as I was standing outside and the window is glass so they could see me out there. She said since I missed my appointment I would have to reschedule even though I was there on time and outside where they could see me. I already wasted part of my day waiting and decided not to have another appointment. They could have opened the door to see what I was waiting for. Would not recommend.

Go there twice a month and love the friendly workers and are very clean. They make you feel comfortable and are fast regardless of what kind of service you have done. I always purchase the passes as its cheaper and usually throw in an extra few services on your pass. Just wish they had more locations as they are great!

Ive been going to EWC for about a year now. I went yesterday for my appointment with Marcie and have never had an experience like this one! She got every hair, got my ingrown hairs, and left my bikini area flawless! Ive never had an appointment with Marcie before and normally just say I have no preference in waxer when requesting an appointment because none of my experiences have really stood out to me before, but Marcie did a great job and was very friendly! Definitely will be booking all of my appointments with her in the future.

Came in for a wax as soon as COVID Shut down was over. The worst ever, I was Bruised from top to bottom. I could not sit for two days. On top of that I had a ton of missed hairs. I know this can happen but I get to waxed all the time and never ever that bad. She was putting wax all over and just ripping off in very large patches. It has giving me anxiety of getting a wax all together.

This was my second time visit to this place for Brazilian wax. First time it was a very good experience. But this time it was awful. That lady who did Brazilian, didn’t clear all hair. There were so many big hair left out. Literally felt like lack of experience in their staff. She didn’t wax properly and that is the reason all tiny tiny hair left out. Which will grow just in one week. Because of poor waxing ability, she had to pluck all small hair after waxing, although the hair growth were big enough to wax it properly. And plucking of hair was very painful. Also noticed, she didn’t clear the area properly after waxing. Totally not worth paying.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place! I don’t understand some of the negative reviews because every wax I’ve had done here they ask you to check over the area to make sure you’re happy with the results before leaving. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend to anyone!

I had a great first time experience at the European Wax Center yesterday. I was scheduled with Ashley and she did an amazing job. It had been over a year since I had my browns waxed. She shaped them up so well, and showed me how to pencil them in when I want to fill them in a little more. Ill be back for sure.

I will NEVER get my eyebrows waxed at your facility ever again. Not even if someone paid me. Your associate did not listen to me at all. I specifically told her that I like fluffy brows and that I was in the process of letting the tail of my eyebrow fill in. I told her to just clean them up. She ripped off the tail of my eyebrow. I left there with uneven brows and completely unhappy. Going forward I will pay the extra money to go to a professional who actually takes the time to listen to their clients. I considered calling to complain, but the receptionist was just as unprofessional, and acted as though she didnt even want to be there.Thanks for nothing!

I had such a bad experience with their customer service and management. Im trying to get my money back because they charged me for $120 and never notify me about it. Every time Im calling or coming in they just promise to call me back and make my refund. But Im still waiting. The only reason why I will come back is because of Veronica. She is the best.

Whitney is my Brazilian gir! Never had one until I came to the wax center and she was amazing! Makes you feel comfortable during that specific wax and easy to talk to! In and out in 20 minutes with very little pain! Amazing!

I just had my brows and lip done for the second time here. The first time was such a great experience but today was awful. I tried a different woman this time due to schedule conflict and it took her literally 3 minuets to do everything. I felt like it was more about how fast she could do it rather than how good. She didn’t put any after lotion or protective skin stuff on before and my skin is so irritated and red. Not a good experience at all. I can’t believe I paid for that.

They have messed up my eyebrows every time I have gone to this location. Currently my eyebrows look like uneven straight lines, when I specifically asked of natural but arched brows.

Love this place!! I went in for an eyebrow wax, 1st time is free, and between the quality of the wax and skill of the staff I ended up buying a waxing pass.

Everytime I walked in they stated their system was down and couldnt do any walk ins Visited 2 locations .

Awful experience. never will be coming back. drove all the way to this location and the workers at the desk decided to tell me that i have to be 18 to get my underarms waxed. might of been something nice to know over the phone when i made the appointment before driving 30 minutes for nothing. never again.
