Went here for a few things for my daughters Nintendo switch, they had everything we needed. The manager was helpful in explaining their rewards program.

You know GameStop is not a great place to work. I managed one for four years. But at this GameStop the employees are professional and courteous and do not overwhelm you when you go in. But they still are accessible and knowledgeable. I enjoy going there. I wish there was some sort of continuity between stores because I have to end up going to several stores to find things I want, but that’s just a minor complaint.

Rude employees won’t do trade-ins because “there’s a rattling sound in the system’

The clerks at this GameStop are very knowledgeable and super helpful. If I walk in and tell them Im looking for a used copy of Pokemon Lets Go, but cant find it on the shelf, they look it up in their computer on the spot and grab a copy if they have it. If they dont, theyre happy to set me up with a copy on hold at another nearby store. They are great when my 10 year old comes in with me, and they treat him and his questions with the same respect and kindness they show to their adult shoppers. We love this place!

This is the cleanest and most organized Game Stop Ive ever been to. It is appropriately lit and the staff were great. They also had the best and most robust offering of game merchandise (action figures, plushies, clothing, etc) that Ive ever seen at a Game Stop. Great staff and an overall enjoyable experience.

Randi is the best! Shes the main reason I will make a long drive. Such a lovely store in general.

I will never return to this store again. I was standing in line for around ten minutes behind another customer. There was two employees behind the counter. A man walked in 10 minutes after me and the guy behind the counter Immediately asked to help the new customer that walked into the store and left me standing there. POOR SERVICE

Pretty annoyed at an experience we just had in store. We found a game system via the website that we were interested in buying, but when we got to the store we were told by the staff member that we could not see the unit before purchasing it. He did offer to stand in the storage room and let us look at the box from afar. I find it pretty ridiculous, and insulting, that I wasn’t able to look at a $300 item before purchasing it. I didn’t ask to have it removed from packaging and there were not units on the shelf or in a display case to view in person, before purchasing it. Not to mention that there were two staff members present and I’m sure there are cameras, if security was the concern.

Had an issue with a PS4 twice in a row and was expecting no help at all, Seth and another employee helped me out in every way they could and sent me home with a brand new Pro! Much appreciated!

One of the managers (female did not get her name) was super rude and disengaged. I get we all have bad days but out of the multiple visits I made to this gamestop she never changes. Bought a brand new controller and the sticks were messed up. Go in at your own risk

Never answers their phone. Called them multiple times on different days never picks up. Go to the store they’re not busy, no customers. I think they got new management, and people, they’re super slow, and help other people that was behind you in line. They dont value your business and your time.

Super patient and helpful staff in Deerfield. Everyone is very knowledgeable and makes you feel good about dropping some cash on games.

Friendly employees. Its GameStop. Kind of small, but thats not the employees faults. I rate customer service 5 stars, I dock one due to corporate piling them in like sardines, which makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience around the holidays or busy releases.

How Disappointing that the young lady behind the counter just glanced at me. I was highly disappointed After rushing across town once I got off of work to get my child’s much anticipated gift from the Easter bunny only to find they had closed four minutes early. (Yes I checked the time on multiple devices, while using Waze) to ensure I’d make it on time. I mean I get closing early after an Especially long day, but the night before a holiday?? Wow, Sorry to say that i had expected more than bare minimum. Before now I had been a faithful customer for several years, spent an embarrassing amount of money and games, but now. I will never be back. ✌🏽

Best gamestop in my opinion. Manager Randi is amazing. Great to talk to and very knowledgeable. Honeslty though all the staff is great. Shekinah, Miriam, Tyler and newly added brad are my favs. If your looking for a game or just to chat about an upcoming talk to any of them they will be happy to help. Just dont let the conversation get carried away cause its easy to covert these employees to your friends. Not that its a bad thing.

The meat was rubbery and way undercooked. Okay service but the atmosphere was drab.

At first I gave it 3 stars, but now that I have been there a few times, I must say Randy was helpful in selecting games with enjoyable storylines. Thanks.

Kinda cluttered and definitely one of the smallest GameStops I have seen. I can look past that though, because the staff are friendly and the store is well kept.

They should be more fair with there trades, I traded a game in and was given$4 went back a week later to purchase same game for my son and the price was marked up to $29

They sell used games as new. Ive been going to this location for almost 10 years and it is such a disappointment to findout that they are scamming people like this. IF YOUR NEW GAME HAS TAPE ON THE SIDE OF THE OPENING PART DO NOT PURCHASE IT, IT IS A USED GAME!
