Cute, comfortable, great coffee.I wanted a space I could work and this was a perfect fit. People in and out, friends catching up over a cup. I stayed long enough for a latte, and later an espresso. This was BETTER than the espresso I had in France people.

This is the place to go in the morning for a real rich cup of coffee. Definitely will come back. I am lucky to find a coffeehouse that serves speciality coffee like this one! Starbucks is just around the corner from where I live, but I’d rather spending 15min on road and spending my money on the right place :) Positive cozy atmosphere, great coffee beans and good coffee art🤎However, apart from the coffee, the waffle plate for breakfast was overpriced compared to the taste quality, which the egg ingredient is giving it that an undesirable flavor. I honestly dont recommend it at all :)

Not from around Mason and today was the first time visiting this place on a whim. Had cappuccino and an excellent egg dish called Keesh. Loved everything, and great value for money. They have outdoor seating. Plenty of parking plus Mason city public parking just across the street. I wish people patronized such places more than megacorp stores.

Probably the best cup of black coffee Ive ever had. Also, the tomato and goat cheese pastry was ON POINT. The parking lot is a little small, so be ready to do some maneuvering, but it was so incredibly worth it.

Stopped in for an iced coffee. Was perfect until I found a piece of plastic in my cup. Barista response was Oops, straw jam malfunction. How about taking responsibility for jamming the straw thru the lid? Lucky I didnt swallow it. Wont be back.

Good coffee with a cool, relaxing atmosphere. It’s one of those more “natural/organic” cafes with very cool, unique flavor options.I expected better though.It wasn’t “bad”, the spiced latte was definitely enjoyable, but it just fell a little flat, given other comparable cafes I’ve visited.And I’m not trying to nitpick or be overly demanding, but I also find it just adds to an already good coffee when the employees treat you with warmth like they’re happy to see you, and this place didn’t.

Soon as you walk in you feel comfortable, warm with the tones and wood but open too. Saw a nice little set up behind the building too with the lights for summer nights! And the Honey cinnamon was amazing!

If youre in Mason and want coffee, go here. Thinking it was open for business, I walked into Adesso a day or two before it was actually open to the public. The owner still made me a delicious drink (on the house!!) and we ended up chatting for 15 min. Great guy, great coffee. Support local coffee shops!

I absolutely love and adore this place! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, I normally get helped by either Daniel or Kip (sorry if spelled wrong). The lavender latte is delicious and to top it off, they have live music often. Definitely worth a stop in!

Fabulous coffee house. It turns into nice jazz bar at nite time. Back deck is gorgeous as its surrounded by lush forest. They plan on expanding the back deck this spring.

Really enjoy visiting, especially on a Saturday morning. The sausage gravy and biscuit is a must.

The coffee cafe is bright, cozy and cheery. Swiss chalet look from outside. Chuck has done a beautiful job. Per usual, coffee is wonderful. Also enjoyed a very tasty Bloody Mary with my quiche. Exceptionally socially distanced and very clean.

The place is clean and has a nice atmosphere.But I was very disappointed with my visit a couple of days ago. I love supporting small businesses and was hoping I found a new coffee shop to frequent.As I approached the counter, I had to wait for the barista to put her mask on before I placed my order. She said nothing to me. She wasn’t friendly at all. I asked her about mochas and she recommended a few. It felt like I was inconveniencing her. I ordered a peppermint mocha and a hot chocolate for my son. Both were absolutely tasteless. They tasted like steamed milk with a touch of honey. No mint taste or chocolate taste at all. We threw them away. That was $9 wasted. I can’t understand why people like this place. Poor customer service and a terrible product.

Adesso is more than just a place to drop in and grab a cup of coffee (or alternative beverage). They truly cultivate an experience from start to finish! Not only are they willing to discuss their ethically (and often locally) sourced ingredients, but the staff takes an interest in you, making sure you find something youll enjoy! The atmosphere is quaint and a beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle of big-box coffee shops. I would highly recommend Adesso to anyone without a second thought!!!

Beautiful atmosphere and incredible coffee. Everyone is incredibly friendly. You cant go wrong with anything you order. I love the lavender latte and ginger turmeric latte, and my husbands favorite is the black walnut maple latte. Would highly recommend stopping in.

Great atmosphere, bad attitude, why are they in the same room?Was really excited to try a new coffee shop that wasnt a starbucks. My friend and I walked in to a beautiful dining area and great atmosphere, great music was playing and even a fire place going, LOVE. But everything went south when we approached the coffee bar.My friend and I have never been here and we told the barista that, which is whoever that worked 01/30 1-230pm. We were recommended a few drinks and the tone of voice that the barista had with us was less than pleasant.Then when she made our drinks there was something sticking to the inside of the milk carton (which was plastic) and the milk tasted funny in the drink. The flavoring was almost nonexistent and it tastes like a plain cappuccino and if I wanted that, which we did not order, I couldve just gone to starbucks. The barista used its the end of my shift excuse to explain her lack of a better attitude and for my friends drink mistake and constantly spilling.Both of us being certified baristas, we enjoy trying new coffee shops. This was also our second one of the day and what a disappointment. We love coffee, we love new coffee and modern environments to enjoy coffee. But we do not enjoy bad attitudes and do not enjoy that bad attitude being incorporated into a delicious (in this case not) combination of milk and espresso and flavor.Highly recommend this place if you enjoy sour tones in behavior and less than par coffee tastings.

Adesso is a new shop in downtown Mason & wow is it cool! Very trendy chill vibe. Super beautiful inside. The coffee is natural & delicious. The owners are nice & have a conversation with you while they make your coffee.

Just finished a piece of Quiche the wife brought home to me and Im happily sipping on some chemex brewed coffee with Honey and Cinnamon. absolutely delicious! I cannot recommend this place enough. They are open for carry out right now and their website is prime for taking online orders.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I just couldnt see paying $4.50 for iced coffee with cream. All it was was regular coffee, cream, and ice. I went ahead and bought it because I was waiting for an appointment close by, but $4.50 for a cup of coffee with ice and cream in it? Thats a little too rich for my blood.

What a wunnerful cafe! After repeatedly popping in for a Turmeric Latte that packs nutrition AND at great, mild taste, I have to say that Adesso swunnerful just like that Italian song by Paolo Conte vieni via con me says. After visiting during walks in the nearby Pine Hills Lake Park with my friend, who recently lost her husband, I found this place to be the perfect low-key space where I can just listen to my friend and support her health. I feel like I myself have been healed. Adessos atmosphere, soothing beverages, kind baristas, and fabulous Euro-style pastries really make life sweet. Viva La Dolce Vita! Swunnerful!

The coffee is delicious! So much better than the big chain. Chuck took a moment to get to know us and took care when making our drinks. I am so excited to have a coffee shop right here in Mason and will continue to support local small businesses like this one! Cant wait to go back!

The maple walnut latte was incredible. The owner is unbelievably knowledgeable and creative. Dont forget their house brew whole bean coffee. Get a bag for home, you wont regret it!!

What a fantastic addition to downtown Mason! This place is the real deal. The locally sourced high quality coffees, pastries, cheeseboards, and cocktails are unbelievably delicious.

My first time to Adesso in Monroe and it was delightful. The space is a renovated older building with thoughtful touches that was warm and comfortable. I had an iced latte with oat milk, (Oatly oat milk) not the diy oat milk. The espresso was delicious and balanced. The owner and the barista were both helpful and kind. Oh, I also treated myself to the peach pastry and it was well worth the cheat treat. Deeeelish.
