Bought a tire changer, Chinese metal very weak leg stands and support arms on the bead breaker. Bent and warped.. used the vice to straighten out metal parts. Junk...good beadbar tho....

The store is always stocked really well. I was even able to purchase a toolbox from there recently despite all the shipping problems Ive been reading about. Staff is super friendly and helpful as well. This is probably one of my favorite locations to visit in the greater Cincinnati area for sure.

Like any harbor freight I have ever been too. Your in and out( if they have more than 1 register open) this is literally the same as the other in my opinion. The def keep it simple

This outfit always amazes me in their quality and pricing. Ive only been there once when I couldnt find what I needed. Any of their locations are must see for anyone who does even a little bit of self-maintenance on car, boat or house.

It took some perseverance on my part, but with help from the right manager and a bit of extra driving, I found the item I really wanted at a great price.

Very friendly staff and good prices. We had purchased some shelves and were going to make two trips to the car however one of the staff brought the rest of our purchase out to us without being asked. This was truly above and beyond!

Good tool selection but this place is seriously lacking in the customer service aspect. Employees/supervisor cant answer basic questions about these new promos they are having that give an instant discount with no coupon needed. Manager in a meeting and says cant be bothered to help. Please do a better job from the top down at this location.

What can I say, tools a plenty. If you have never been to a Harbor Freight, take an hour on a rainy day and check out their tool selections. I have never been disappointed in their tool quality.

Found just what I needed

Went in with my grandmother today and purchased a power washer. The lady (Stephanie) that cashed us out was totally rude. Once we had gotten home and open the boxed, it had already been used, was leaking water and it was just dirty and seemed like it had some sort of oil or grease on the bottom of it. Called the store and talked to the manager. He had said come back and you can get it replaced. Once we had gotten there, he didnt even bother coming up from to help us. Instead, the lovely Stephanie had came and helped and she was rude as hell. We will never come back to this establishment. HORRIBLE customer service!

I love harbor freight but this location seems to have stocking issues, the last 3 things I specifically came for (different times) they didnt have and didnt know when it would come in. (Compressor, aluminum Jack, and sand blaster)

This place is great

Love me some Freight. Their prices are going up slightly but the quality is going up too. Just bought a Daytona 3 ton low profile extended handle. The jack is a little heavy but is built like a tank. Highly recommend.

Walked in the store and the Karen of the store aka Stephenie (girl with glasses) told me and my girlfriend I needed a mask to come in, as she was helping customers without them.....with a seriously horrible attitude, super rude and inconsiderate, and im guessing shes prejudice against us, then lied to me about her name as well..as long as shes employed there I wont be back. Im sure as soon as you do something she dont like she will treat you the same..Still working there still rude af

Lots of tools, generators, welders, trailer parts, jacks, etc. mostly off name brands at some pretty decent prices. Usually have some good sales going on, sad thing is they dont support our fine outstanding military.

At this visit and most of my previous visits the customer service is poor at best. Often they just dont seem interested in your question about tools! Frequently all you can get out of them is its over in that aisle somewhere. Not looking for just a location, but experience and expertise. Also I was recently told if I wanted to get the best price that have to join their club, for I think it was $45! That is just insane, well unless theyre going to put that money towards customer service training! :-)

Freebies offered on a weekly basis, e.g. mini flashlights, batteries, cleaning cloths, and so on. Employees are helpful And knowledgeable. DH and I really enjoy shopping Harbor Freight.

Great service and staff. I left my phone at the house where my 25% off coupon in text or email (I get them both) format was located. When I got to checkout I was ready and willing to accept my error and pay the extra however when I asked, they gladly helped me. Thats the type of service that brings customers back. A person with common since doing the right thing is actually very hard to find these days. I was expecting something along the lines of its store policy, sorry we cant help you like you get with most big business now. Its funny they can never let you talk to the people that wrote the policy isnt it.

Harbor freight is a great place to get things like gloves bungee cords or other random small items. I dont buy many of their larger or more expensive merch but they seem to be lower than the big names. Not sure about the quality or how the more expensive stuff compares to the brand giants. They often have random sales and coupons in their flyers

I always find something I can use here. Get on the mailing list and youll get coupons for free stuff every couple of weeks. I have more free microfiber cloths than I know what to do with!

I visit this store as often as I can. I like the free flashlights The choices in tools and the people that are there. Even there part time people have a working knowledge of the products they sell.

Good location and easy access plenty of parking. They have a good selection of hand tools power tools and machinery. If you work with tools everyday I highly recommend you get professional tools like Snap-on Craftsman those kind. After years of experience I just feel like theyre tools are average theyre good for what you pay for them but I wouldnt use them if my job depended on it. So if he used tools around the house once or twice a month Id say its worth your while Im not really impressed with their hand Grinders & power tools. They just dont seem to last or have the power that the professional tools have. I gave him three stars cuz I think theyre better than the average just not the best.

Great place to find decent quality tools for low prices. They get in some of the most interesting items from time to time. Always a good place for a tool junky to get their fix.

They always have huge sales, great prices, not the best quality tools, but you cant beat them for how little they charge.Make sure to sign up for the email list if you want to save even more and know when the next sale on that one thing you needed but couldnt normally afford!

One of my goto hardware store. Not as big and variety as home depo and lowes. But you could unique products that other stores does not carry. Way cheaper than big stores. Quality....,you need to be aware of what you buy and the need

Harbor Freight has most tools, gadgets and accessories that a home do it yourself person needs or wants. I love to go in and browse. They send out coupons for free items and 20% off often. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This place is a joke. Inventory very low. The cashier said due to Covid-19. I drove to another store and they were stocked. So sounds like poor management to me.

Nice location but tricky to get in and out of during busy hours on the road. Great place to go for some startup tools and gear. I still go in their stores for small things here and there. Ive never had any luck with power tools lasting.

Always fun to see the new and old stuff.

What else can be said. You can get inexpensive tools and some decent ones too.
