New Wave is a great store with super apparel and special pieces that can be customized for any team. There is a large selection of Massapequa items ready to choose from. The staff is super friendly and I can always find something special for someone in my family or to give as a gift. I know that Gina works very hard to give back to the Massapequa community!!! Highly recommend this business.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with New Wave Sports Outfitters for the past few years with our school’s apparel and other PTA needs. Gina was able to create anything I requested, always met our deadline (even when I gave very short notice), is professional to work with and the quality of her products is always outstanding. She has created not just apparel for our school, but everything from “custom and personalized” pens, masks, lanyards, towels, hand sanitizer, charm bracelets, blankets, lawn signs, water bottles, Field Day gifts, step and repeat banner….the list is endless of her products and what she can create.She was so easy to work with for school stuff, that I started using her to make custom apparel for my two boys (and their friends). Whether it was a shirt for under the lights basketball, a dodgeball tournament, a holiday shirt or a shirt just for fun….she always came through. She even created a custom lawn sign for my sister (who is an ICU nurse) during the pandemic.We are lucky to have such a great store in our community with friendly employees and great customer service.

Seriously they should focus on communication between their orders arrivals and notifications to the customer about being ready to pick. If not emails maybe a phone call? You should do the effort for the money you charge. If you cant control customers notifications about their orders arrivals maybe stop taking the orders? Very disappointed after the conversation I had today and the way the person spoke with me, very unprofessional and rude, I couldnt even finish my sentence. It took them 7 weeks to make custom t shirts and more than 2 months for the hat. I was told Ill get an email when its ready to pick up and its there 3 weeks and I had to call by myself to check what is going on.

Serious lack of communication. Ordered 2 months ago and still have yet to receive my order. Never again!!

The woman behind the counter wasRude and nasty (clearly was in no mood to help anyone) don’t waste you’re money plenty of other local sports apparel stores around
