I had a flat tire on Saturday. I have always gone to this place many times before I moved to a different town and they were always great. I went to many other places and they all said that they only went by appointments, just for a flat tire. As I was explaining what was wrong with my car, there were a few young gentlemen who were just sitting around, one of them was on their lunch break. He was willing to take his break later and fix my flat tire immediately, and there was no charge, fees or appointments necessary and it took only 10 minutes of their time. I had no cash either to tip them, so I had asked if they could charge $20 on my card. They said it was alright. This made me so happy. Please go to this place, these people are good and this type of business deserves love and support from its customers.

Nick, Mike, And everyone at this location are the best. I moved to Northport and still drive down to Massapequa because of the care and service.For example, this week I called Nick in the early afternoon and brought my car in at 430. They were able to diagnose the problem, order an alternator, and put it in my car by 530. I was able to avoid any issues with my car on the road and my wife didn’t have to miss any work time for us to take the care in for service.Simply the best.

It was such a great experience coming to this place. The repair industry sometimes has a bad rep because of the bad apples. This place is amazing! Please understand that I put honesty and quality first when Im spending my time and money. My first interaction with Sunrise Tire was in 1999 when I bought my first set of rims. Literally 20 years later its still the first place I look to!I would not question their honesty or dispute their quality when standing on the fact my wife and kids are riding in the vehicle they serviced. Joe will ALWAYS do right by you even at the expense of profit. He REFUSED to change shocks on my truck that another shop said needed changing. He had an undisputed chance to make money for himself, but instead gave me the opportunity to save that money. That tells me an awful lot and it should say the same to you. Ive never once felt cheated, or over charged. I never felt like they werent being completely honest. Shops like this get a bad wrap. These guys do great work and earned my business.

This place is great. I had a lot going on and completely forgot to renew my inspection in time. They got it done for me within 30 minutes and did an oil change for me too. I will definitely be going back here and recommending others here as well.

They are located right across from the train which is very convenient since I work in the city. Just drop car off before I get on the train and pick up on way home. Went to the location on sunrise hwy because Seaford location was closed. Joe the service manager was polite, professional, and I was taken in right away. He explained everything that had to be done. They fixed my rear brakes and calipers, which I didnt even know were bad, did an oil change, fixed a brake light, and repaired my valve cover gasket. My car runs bette than ever. First of all it is local and has been in Massapequa Park for many years. I find the staff and mechanics to be friendly and honest. They will give a full description of the work that must be performed as well as the cost. The work is done by properly trained mechanics and almost always in a timely fashion. If there is a problem or if the project will take longer than expected I am notified. I have never been disappointed with the work done on either of my two cars.

Id give zero stars if I could. Went for an oil change. They changed the oil and supposedly checked all fluids. Turns out my engine coolant was bone dry and they didnt bother filling it, or even checking, so i blew my engine, left me on the side of the southern state. Now I change my oil myself. Its worth the work to be sure it done right.

This place is wonderful!!! they really go out of their way to help!!! i just brought the car in as my low tire pressure light kept coming on. they found a nail and said they could repair it.. No charge!!! The $20 tip was well worth it...Two weeks ago brought my daughters car in for a tire issue. They said they could fix it (rather than a new tire) but will probably need new tires soon. They didnt push for it but since she was going on a road trip, bought 4 new tires at a very reasonable price and all done while we waited... Will be going there from now on...........

Honest and friendly, I have been there 2x and both experiences were great. The windshield wiper motor broke and they fixed it for a nominal fee, I know when it comes to things like this you could charge anything because it is all in the gearbox and no way of knowing if it is a $200 job or a $50. They fixed it and charged me so little I had the oil changed and car checked out top to bottom. These guys are good people and honest, friendly and respectful. I recommend them. Greg
