I knew that was the car I wanted and got exactly that with no pressure to buy a different car. Ben is the best dealer ever! He was so helpful and nice which made the car buying experience great. I asked to see a car but this place seems to be a one man army because the guy thats putting licences plates on some other car, thats the same guy that is willing to show me the car. After half an hour, decided to leave. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I have known about Hertz Car sales for many years and they have a great reputation. My dad bought a car from them 20 yrs ago and had it for over 10 years. I highly recommend them if youre looking for fair and transparent car buying.

Zero stars. I purchased a 2019 GMC Yukon from them. I had to bring it back a week later because the rotors and breaks were so bad it shouldnt of even passed inspection. I made an appointment and when I got there the person I made the appointment with was not even there and no one new what was going on. Fast forward to a month now, every single warning light is coming on and flashing and it is sitting dead in my driveway, my husband cant even jump start it. I call there and get pushed from person to person.

Nice selection. Clean cars. No haggle or hidden fees which we found everywhere else. Great pricing too, I was surprised. Dealt with Ben with no pressure. Love the car.

I normally do not review any purchases but I will have to say if youre in the market for a car dont waste time going to other dealers...purchased a 2018 Avalon today nice pretty clean car and reasonably priced...only drove one trip so far and seems good, tires have not falling off yet..lol..As far as dealership in massapequa location all members that work in there are top notch, very comfortable environment no pressure no b/s...highly recommended...stop wasting time and just go there....

Absolutely horrible. I bought two cars in two years here, both had/have mechanical issues. Was lied to on my first purchase saying there way nothing wrong. My second car that I have now had a recall in it years ago and they never fixed it and now I am paying the price, literally. Both cars I put a thousand dollars into them for work collectively, and its been a major disappointment. I am in contact with corporate Hertz. The manager there is nice as well as the assistant manager and one of the sales rep. The female sales rep thinks she knows it all and truly does not. She needs a grip on reality. I do not suggest buying from here

I saved so much money $ at Hertz Car Sales. The car I bought was like new and was half the cost of a new on. Without the hassles of a used car dealership. Would recommend this place to anyone Ill be sending my friends there. I give it 5 Stars.

I brought my car here and from day 1 their customer service was excellent. Hardie didnt stop until he found the perfect car for me and my daughter . They were so patience when it came down to me seeking insurance and held the car I wanted until I obtained insurance. We were so pleased that my aunt purchased her car there as well. Even when the brakes were making a little noise, Hardy didnt hesitate to take my car in and have the brakes and rotors replaced. The cars at this Hertz location are FAR SUPERIOR to the other pre-owned dealers we looked at. The car we bought is in pristine condition! The people who work there are friendly, honest, and helpful. I will definitely return to their dealership the next time I buy a car.

The service was excellent, not like at their Rockville centre location. Also, our salesman Hardie was excellent! He took care of us even after the sale was made. Not common in my experience.

Knowledgeable folks. Some great deals to be had on used cars. Recommend. Process can take a while but thats normal when purchasing a vehicle anywhere.

This place sucks. They had good prices and we wanted to buy a vehicle. The lady keeps telling us how little she cares about the job and she only gets paid $10 hr and no commission. She isnt very helpful because everything you ask related to the purchase is not her job.I wish people that dont like their job, would just quit rather then making everyone including customers miserable.

They star like every business, good, providing good prices, but lately their been increasing prices, you could get a year ago a Nissan Altima for around 11k but but now they ask up at 19 K for the same car, same with the rogue in the low 13-14K now low 19K I guess greed take over and is time for people to look somewhere else.This are rental cars and we all know how people drive rentals, keep that in mind.

I bought a beautiful Kia Soul but the day I took it home I found it had a broken part. Called back to Hertz Massapequa the next day and was told to go to STS down the street. Had to go to STS twice before they would “order” the part for me. It has been over three weeks, and the part is still not in and my car is still not repaired. Called over to Hertz to see if they could help, and the man on the phone was very curt in saying “maybe the part is on back order...you should keep calling to see when they’ll have it in.”I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service and support that has come afterwards...the car shouldn’t have even had a broken part when I took it home in the first place. It shows a lack of care and just makes it feel like they’re trying to get the cars out of the lot ASAP.

I was in the location July 4th to purchase a Nissan rogue. However, the manage and her sales lady rep got game it is a shame. They delay and held back the sales, because they want to finance the car to me rather to sell cash check upfront. Any way I find myself much bigger deal 2018 yr rogue AWD 4,028 miles just under 20k.. Good luck to these two AO for waisting my time

DO NOT RENT from these CROOKS. Once they have your credit card they will abuse it and try to sneak charges past you when you arent looking for example 2 months after you returned a car! They will even try to double dip after receiving payment for rental coverage from your insurance company and STILL charge your credit card. They also did absolutely no work in settling bill with insurance company, they take the lazy way out and bill your card instead of do an ounce of legwork to do this properly and not charge your card. These ppl are scammers!! Beware!! Go with a more reputable company like Enterprise. Never ever had an issue with that company.
