Joe is a professional. He stands by his word, which is not something that occurs often nowadays. We gave him a tight time-frame and he delivered. Upon hearing his initial promises, I have to say I was skeptical as one can be expected. Nevertheless, he lived up to his word and delivered as promised, ON TIME.Granted I have not had much experience dealing with repairs (thank God); I can say that of my experiences, this is hands down the best.I certainly do recommend him and his team at Maaco.

Amazing paint job, amazing service. I was leaving on military service and they expedited my Jeep. It was a lot of work to. They did the entire car including the rust treatment for the undercarriage of the vehicle. The jeep before the job was in bad shape and lots of rust everywhere from many years of off-roading all over the world.

Recently had a 2002 Honda Accord painted by MAACO in Massapequa due to failing clear coat, typical of that year. Joe was so nice and helpful and did exactly what he said he would for the estimated price. He even finished ahead of schedule and the car looks like it just came out of the showroom! I wasnt sure about doing the paint job at first, but am now so glad I did. I highly recommend visiting Joe if you are considering having your car painted!

Maaco did such a fantastic job of restoring my 1991 Honda Civic Hatchback! The car looks brand new again! I wanted to bring it back to my favorite Honda stock color and they did an amazing job at getting the color just right! Right out of the place it was turning many heads on the road with a lot of thumbs ups from other Honda enthusiasts! Its such a fun car and Maaco made me love my little Civic even more! The guys there did a fantastic job and Joe was such a great guy guy to help me out! I would really recommend this Maaco to other people out there looking to restore their favorite cars at a fair price!

This was one of my best experiences with an auto body shop. Got a quick estimate, finished on time, work done faultless and even got a free lift to and from my home. Joe is the man.

I am SO glad I took my 2007 Tahoe here for a paint job. Joe was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the process in detail and even walked me around the shop so I could see other jobs they had in the works (which is waaay more than I can say about the other Maaco I received an estimate from). In addition to the paint job I was also able to get my rims powder-coated and they came out amazing ! My truck looks better than new and I couldnt be happier. I went to Maaco to have my car looked at because while it runs well and is in good shape, the paint had seen better days. It was starting to crack and fade all over. Well Joe and his team took it in and made it look like a brand new car. I havent seen my car look this good since I drove it off the lot. Absolutely thrilled with the results and cant speak more highly of the experience. :-)

Went to Joe at Maaco because my parking garage had a leak that rusted the paint on the roof. Joe took one look and started buffing it right out.... he did the whole roof for free, without making me wait around, which was beyond generous. He then gave me an estimate for my whole car to give to my management company. We decided to go ahead and detail the whole car as there was still some more rust on other spots. When I went back to pick up my car after, it was shining like the top of the Chrysler building. It’s an older car... a 2005... and he truly gave her a “facial” because she looked brand new!!! He even followed up with my management company for payment. Joe is kind, honest, and does fantastic work. He turned what should have been a stressful experience into a piece of cake. Two enthusiastic thumbs up from me.

Joe is a nice guy who will give you and your car the attention needed to get a quality job done correctly at a good price and on time. Front bumper that had some peeling, scrapes and discoloration came out looking like a new bumper.

If you need your car fixed due to an accident take it to Maaco. They also painted my bumper. Then they washed the car and cleaned the inside. My car looks like new. All of the staff was great

Maaco did an excellent job painting a ground effects kit for my car. The color match was perfect and the price was very fair. Surprisingly, they finished the job ahead of schedule. The shop is very clean and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend them.

I went in and met with Joe to get a price on repainting my motercycle. The price was the best around and I was very happy. I brought in all the parts that needed to be painted and picked out my color. They said it would take a week and they were dead on. I choose a completely different color and it came out amazing. I had a full paint job done by Ed and his crew and It came out great! Ed was very friendly and the turn around time was fast for a full paint job. They were able to fix some damage as well. I highly recommend them for anyone interested. They were also able to do it at a very fair price.

My 2001 PT Cruiser, named Rupeetwo, was in desperate need of a make-over. His clear coat was faded in blotchy patches all over the hood and roof. The back rear fender damaged by a self inflicted run in with a gas station horse-shoe stanchion that I never repaired. The estimate I got for body work and a full paint job, from a known auto body shop was beyond the pale.Ive seen the ads for years...Better get Maaco. I decided to give them a try and I am so very glad I did! Ed, the owner of Maaco of Massapequa, provided me and Rupeetwo with exceptional customer service, extremely fair pricing, professional expertise and a refreshing sense of humor, which I appreciated.Due to the work to be done, I did have to relinquish the car for 5 days. A bit inconvenient but totally worth it. Perfection takes time. I wish I had a video of my reaction seeing Rupeetwo after his make over at Maaco. I swear he looks better than the day he was born in 2001. I only have one complaint. The car is so shiny I cant get a good after picture. Everything reflects off the surface. I visited with my 1970 Oldsmobile Delta 88 that was in pretty rough condition, and before I knew it I had the car back looking like it came right out of the factory! I have 2002 HOnda Civic which was originally black having lots of dents and faded color. I had decided to sell it and buy a new one. Since it was running very well and had low millage I changed my mind and had a second thought that let me get it painted and keep it. I shopped around but no one advised me to get it painted due to the high price for the paint rather than the price of the car itself. All of a sudden I got the name and number of Joe of Maaco. He came to me and quoted me the best price and assured me for the best quality work. He picked up the car from home and brought back home in 4/5 days. This place is good business! Let me explain...... I read some reviews online and decided to check the place out “twice” on my own. First impressions mean a lot to me, the minute I walked in I was greeted professionally by “Joe”. I received a quote and waited a few days. I stopped by again to confirm and to see if he would remember me and sure enough he did. Sometimes the price is different the 2nd time around but no! Joe Followed me outside looked at my truck and told me he would take care of me. Car was left on Monday and he said next Monday it would be ready. Friday morning I got a call saying my truck was ready. That’s when I got nervous! My truck was done early! I was hoping my truck came out at least decent but as it turned out it came out fabulous!! Listen.... I pulled into the parking lot and the shine had me smiling and feeling like a little child receiving that brand new Bicycle :-).... Joe is one good guy, the lady at the front desk was very nice and polite also. I really like how real they were, now a days businesses deal with a lot of scrutiny and it starts to rub off on the business owners/workers. I took the time out to write this so someone else can experience what I experienced. Not every experience will be A+ “Only in Heaven” but odds are you will be as pleased as I was.

I had my car painted there in the beginning of the year and they did a fantastic job. The turnaround time was excellent t as well. Very satisfied and would highly recommend! I was initially hesitant due to some poor Maaco reviews but my local Maaco (Massapequa) had very good reviews. I spoke to Joe who asked me what I was looking for and what budget I had in mind. My car had 110,000 miles and just needed a good paint refresh around the sides to remove some significant scratches and dings. I was satisfied with the price quoted.I dropped the car on a saturday and had the car back on Wednesday. While the car was a little dirty/dusty (I assume from the grinding and finishing), the quality of work was outstanding! There was even a small fold in the metal near the bottom of the door that looks to have been bonded before painting. They went above and beyond!Call Joe and talk to him. He is very honest and his paint mechanic is excellent!

The manager I worked with was amazing - I live in Sagaponack Ny and their dealership is half way between NYC and me. I simple dropped my Range Rover off at their dealership and walked 1 block to the train station into the city.They had my SUV for two weeks and did a complete make over. Off course we found other things to fix and we just kept moving. When we got done I had some add on costs that were super fair. No surprises. Work was amazing. So pleased.They worked really hard and are nice people.Would recommend them to anyone.Eddie

I rarely write reviews online but wanted to say that Ed did a FANTASTIC job on my car. I really wish i took a before picture, because i couldnt believe the finished product. He also removed a stubborn spot on the other side of the car which he didnt mention he did. That right there is someone that takes pride in their work and I am happy to be going to local Massapequa businesses. Highly recommend.

I was recommended by numerous car show friends of mine to bring my 1988 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe to Maaco of massapequa . Upon arriving I was greeted by Joe the owner, who was very outgoing and friendly, which makes a customer like myself feel comfortable right away. Joe was very knowledgeable and professional, answering all my questions and concerns, which were many, about painting my car,, and made suggestions about color choices, that I am glad that I listened to his advice on that matter. Upon dropping my car off a couple of days later, I spoke to vinny the tech who would be painting my car, he also was friendly and professional and explained how he would prep,and paint the car and listened to all my concerns. The car was finished when I asked that it could be finished by a certain date, actually a little sooner, which was a pleasant surprise. Anytime I called throughout the whole process I was kept up to date by joe on the progress of the paint job . When I picked up the car, WOW ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! The car looked like it just rolled off the show room floor in 1988! I recently had my 25 year old Mazda Miata painted. I kept the color red. The paint job was amazing. The car looks brand new. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Eddie was a pleasure to deal with and was very patient helping me decide on the color. He sat with me and went thru several books showing me the various colors of bright red. The price was very reasonable. I’m sure the paint job will outlast the car!!! I will definitely recommend Maaco of Massapequa to anyone I know looking to get their car painted.

EXCELLENT paint job and customer service at a very clean and professional shop! I got the platinum package and after a wash and very light liquid waxing a couple of weeks later, the shine was almost blinding. The shop is also near the Massapequa LIRR stop for those coming from a distance. If you need a paint job, this is definitely a shop to consider.

I have never in my life received such unprofessional service. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The owner lied about the price, which turned out to be way over the price quoted. The work completed was less than average and I was extremely disappointed. Future customers should consider other options.

Bought my 2003 VW Beetle in to be repainted and clear coat . Macco did fantastic job car looks like the day i took it off the lot when new.

Brought my 87 300ZX over for a quote for the right fender. It needed a paint job and some bondo work for the dent. I didnt want a great paint job, hence why i went to Maaco. Just needed a five to three footer. They quoted me $600 and that i would need to buy a fender. Basically a $800+ job that i just got done for $250 in Queens and its just what i wanted. Maaco youre supposed to be cheap and decent, not expensive.

Great job, exellent price, and superior customer service. I went to several body shops for a quote for my wifes 2002 red nissan sentra. Most wanted $2000 or more, The clear coat was peeling badly and there were several dings and scratches . We thought about trading it for a new car but it had only 74k on it and mechanically it was excellent. I decided to try Maaco on Hicksville Rd and Sunrise hwy in Massapequa. Frank and John couldnt have been nicer. They explained the job in detail and gave us a quote of $ 1400 for all the work including a new front bumper, we picked it up today and couldnt be happier. Thanks guys, we would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I am sure they do a good job but the person who was giving me a quote was very rude and came out like he knew more then anyone did on this planet earth, put down my vehicle and made it sound like why did I bring this old piece of junk hear ?
