Ken didn’t need to but he did… took the time- explained I was traveling back to Pittsburgh- he checked my front end (making noises) and gave me his opinion. Clearly a solid/quality individual! I met him for 2 minutes and felt as if I could trust him… THANKS!

Horrible customer service. The Michelin Tire company sent me to him they are on their dealer list. He Jerked me around for a month says his guy is looking into the parts. Then the truth comes out and tells me he doesnt make enough money to change a tire. I worked in mechanic shops that is not how you treat customers. And you do not talk to customers that way. I dont care if is fixing a nail in a tire. Gave me a wise-crack told me to take the car back to BMW. Word of mouth reputation is everything! Save your self time and aggravation and steer clear of this shop.

Took my 2015 Challenger R/T in for some brand new tires. I found this shop after a brief search on Google. There was a small hiccup with the warehouse, but Ken was able to sort it out in time and his communication was excellent.On the day of the install, he took my car in early and was more than happy to answer any questions I had about the product and process. The shop was very clean, and the work done was excellent too. Would happily go here again for more tire work!

Been going here for YEARS. Ken is friendly and accommodating (even filled up tires for me when they were low). Prices seem reasonable, work is excellent and theyre very efficient.

As usual, treated with the utmost courtesy. Kenny and his staff are extremely helpful. Just had an issue with my sons transmission. Kenny took a look and knew it had to go to a transmission shop. The shop informed us that the issue should be covered under warranty through the automaker. It was covered under warranty. Neither Kenny nor his referral charged my son. Big thumbs up!

My dad started going here years and years ago, then I got on board. We now have my whole family going here when they need work. Ken is always fair and reliable, and his workers are very friendly. He also has a great memory and remembers you and your car. I dropped my truck off the other day, he didnt ask my name or phone number, and 3 hours later I get a text that my car is ready. I also had a minor follow up issue after work was done recently, we brought car back in and he made an adjustment to correct for no charge at all. What more can you ask for?

Well I cant say enough about D & D Auto Clinic being the best auto repair shop as the Greatest of Care Family. I was referred to D & D about 22 years ago and havent left since. I have had clogged fuel lines and cant get past the start it up without it stalling out.. HELP KEN! ..done deal. My Highlander blew a oil line went online on a Saturday.. HELP KEN! He responded quickly take the tow to shop and BOOM.done deal saved the engine from seizing up! Daughter coming home from college and her car was without a battery HELP KEN! I am surprised by any negative reviews. I used to live close by the shop and always went to them after another shop tried to have me spend hundreds on repairs I didnt need. D&D has always been honest and quick with their work. After I moved I still choose to bring my car there even though I have to travel because I know I can trust them and the work they do.

Took my Corvette Grand Sport to D&D to have a Borla exhaust installed. The guys did a great job at a great price. When I wanted to swap out the rims, I took the car to one of the big name tire shops. What a mistake!!! They mounted but could not balance due to the size of the wheel. Called D&D, they took me in right away and balanced my rims without any issues. This is the only shop I will let work on my Corvette. Will now be taking the wifes SUV in for service as well!!!

They completed my insurance photo inspection in just 10 minutes.

This is NOT a fake post I was there on August 17th for an oil change and it came out with a blown radiator hose. I brought it back in on August 22nd due to my schedule. With problems to the same hose. As stated in the first comment I was told that the mechanic put the wrong hoses on. My question is why were these hoses even touched from the start of the original oil change. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I am not mechanically inclined.
