Thank you... the staff is really nice and very helpful... when i went to do my 7 months old babys ear Pearcing she cried a lot... but the staff managed to do a supurb job while my baby was crying.... thank you for being a part of her special day 💖.

Very unhappy with the experience today August 18th, 2021. I got my ears pierced there a while ago and was very happy with my first experience which lead me to get another piercing. The second experience was very rushed and unprofessional. I tried explaining to the person qualified to pierce my ear that I wanted the exact same earing size and piercing as my first experience and I showed her as well. When she did the new piercing the earings look way too big and did not match the distance as the other piercing on my other ear. Very very unsatisfied. Different worker too. Very rushed and very unprofessional.

I came today to buy some new earrings because mine broke. I was immediately greeted with a warm hello and a smile from Brittney. She helped my find my old earrings and she actually told me about the store card and I just signed up! Aside from that I am very indecisive and I wanted to buy new earrings or do something new. SHE sat with me for 45 min helping me and going through so many earrings to help me decide. I swear Brittney has the patience of a saint. I am so grateful that she was so patient and so sweet. We talked the whole time and she was actually interested in keeping up a conversation with me and wasn’t to try rush me or shoo me away. She is AMAZING at what she does and she got me to buy some stuff so from a sales POV go her ;) I decided to get 2 new piercings and a bunch of new earrings starters and ones when my holes heal. She helped me with it all and my new piercings look absolutely amazing. I am extremely grateful to have crossed paths with such an awesome person and it’s nice to meet down to earth people who actually like their job. She was absolutely wonderful. My experience was so great and I cannot to come back and buy more earrings when my ears heal :)

I usually go to Pagoda alot and I had to make a quick pit stop to buy my mom a necklace this weekend. Met one of the employees who introduced himself as Paul (I think) and he was real nice and helpfull. He led me right tor the chain necklace section and helped me pick a perfect birthday present. Even told me about the different lengths bt I didnt know what size to get :(, so I got a regular one. Thanks Paul cu again soon!!!! :) :)
