Lovely young lady, set me up with exactly what I needed, showed me a clean container, how to use the lock, (I did have to ask her again the following day, she was so sweet and pleasant!) made sure I understood EVERYTHING! I am very comfortable with Safeguard Self Storage. When you have people of that caliber helping new and present clients, it says quite a bit about the company and the management.

I’ve been using Safeguard self storage for a little over three years now, they’ve always been transparent with details concerning bill updates and rates. I also find there prices to be reasonably competitive with local storage companies. The woman at the front desk, I believe her name is Quannesha, is the absolute best, and offers excellent customer service. A few times I had minor mishaps and she always saw to It that everything was situated. Great place.

Safeguard was the cleanest best lit storage facility we were able to find. A big bonus is that they have four vehicle bays for loading or unloading sheltered from weather. Admin staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Price increased unexpectedly on my unit which basically forced me to have no choice but to pay the extra amount. I already feel that I am over paying for my unit with Safeguard Storage and when I called to inquire about moving to a smaller unit I was treated very rudely and my issue was treated as if it was irrelevant. I was not given the information I was asking for and was told I dont know and I couldnt tell you when I asked prices.All of the bathroom are always locked with no way to access them on my own, attendants are not always available (and are never on the unit floor).There are NO garbage cans at all. I believe it is because they dont want to pay for the dumpster services because it doesnt make any other sense and it is just another huge inconvenience as well.I would not use them again.

Just like all Storage Units. Climate controlled.. BUT, alot more expensive for some reason..

This place has a predatory rent policy. I self- enrolled in auto-pay for my convenience with a monthly debit from my debit card. When my debit card was renewed by my bank on November 30th, the charge failed to post on the 1st. I received a text message after business hours on the 5th stating the rent was due. I called them in the morning on the 6th to ask what the problem was and I was told there would be a $73.00 late charge! I explained I just received notice about the debit charge not posting and I could give them the new card number to bring my account current. They refused to remove the late charge. This was not a willful non-payment or an inability to pay but simply a banking glitch and this company charges a full 20% late fee for being 1 day late.
