What an exceptional experience I had!! John was professional and courteous and the place is spotless.I had an oil change that was fast and inexpensive. Great mechanics...quality products and service with a smile. I highly recommend fast lube.

An honest mechanic? Yup. I’ve taken my and my wife’s vehicles here several times and they never try to upsell me any nonsense air filters or engine flushes like Jiffy Lube. Even for inspections they will let you know any minor issues they notice but are never pushy about having you do something “right now”. If they are busy when you get there they will let you know what kind of wait it will be. I highly recommend this place.

They were all really nice, friendly, and super professional. It was my first time there. There were quite a number of covid safety measures being practiced and I was very glad to see that, it can be a real headache when a business owner doesnt care about public health and safety.The guy who worked on my car was very quick, they take walk in oil changes and the guy told me I also needed fresh transmission oil and it only took an extra five minutes on top. It took less than 30 min total. The patrons were also polite and the people who didnt have masks were respectful enough to stay outside which I appreciated.The bill was reasonably priced, comparable to leading chains so I would go here for their customer service and the fact its a small business.

Horrible, i had to bring my truck back to check a leak after a recent oil change. one of their employees began cursing at me to get the fuck out of the shop, I was standing by the door. When I asked who did they think they were talking to he ran up to me in my face and said YOU BITCH, Then he said for me to go fuck myself, then fuck my mother. The manager stood there and said nothing. I called the manager of the Medford location who apologized but it meant nothing. I told him I wanted to talk to the owner or have the employee explain to me his unprofessional behavior. They cant be bothered. Ive been a customer of theres since 2000, Ill never go again. They need to do psychology evaluations on perspective hires. Stay away!!!

Doors opened promptly at 8am. Taken in first for an NYS inspection and out the door at 8:26. Any questions????

When I cant get to the dealer to change my oil this place is a good substitute. The employees are helpful although they tend to upsell but hey its a business. I have taken my car/s here a few times and no complaints.

Great place to get your oil changed. Their fast and conveniently located in a corner thats hard to miss. If they would update their bathroom & lobby a little they would definitely get more women customers. Just a word of advise.

I have been using this place for years, UNTILL last Saturday, employee stole an item out of my cup holder, Manager at location apologized and said owner would call me, 4 days later nothing... Gave them the chance to correct it and return my item no questions asked... Place employs DIRTBAGS! Take your business elsewhere!

There customer service is horrible. Not only did they pretty refused to change my breaks I was stranded ther for an hour with my disabled child. i would never refer anyone to go to this place even if they are driving on three tires. The Medford one had really good customer service but because of the Mastic employees being so rude and made it into a big issue they refuse my service to but referred me to someone else who had no issue with fixing my car. They lost out

My wife brought our 2010 honda odyssey for a simple oil change. Today i had to do an oil change on my vehicle and hers was due as well so i did both. Needless to say when i went to put the oil pan plug back i realized the idiots must have used an air gun to re install the plug and stripprd the threads on the pan out!!! Most hondas have aluminum oil pans so they strip easily...but this was absolutely avoidable! There is %100 no reason why air tools should be used doing an oil change and they knew it was stripped they simply figured, leave it for the next guy down the road! I managed to fix the threads but it was a huge headache and took up a majority of my sunday. Bottom line if you want a quick wam bam thank you mam job done with cheap barrel oil and filter this is the place but beware it might cost you a lot more in the long run!

Be Aware. Worst oil change experience ever. They failed to drain the old oil and added new oil. Oil change is the most basic thing and they dont even know how to do it. They left a tool under the hood which screwed the transmission. I talked to bunch of people about that people even their neighboors say that they always screw simple things so im not the only one who gives bad review.

I have yet to have any issues...Have been coming here for years for my oil changes & inspections. My boyfriend uses them too.
