The people here are very knowledgeable and helpful and they cater to the DIYs. They carry name brand parts and everything so far is in stock. They always have an answer to my problem.

Richard Supply had exactly what I needed and the gentleman who greeted me knew just what I came in for when he saw a part for my pool I was holding in my hand. Very knowledgeable and so nice. This is our new place to go to for our pool plumbing needs.

The staff was very helpful and I got what I needed. Marc has a very good sense of humor, but Robert still owes me $10. Thieft. 5 stars would come back.

I stopped by this useless supply house and of course they didnt have what I needed . I try to always shop local independent shops but after visiting Richard Supply in Mastic, NY I really understand why places like Home Depot or Liews is putting them out of business . The counter help has a no care attitude, guess Im going to Home Depot!! They deserve 0 stars...

Google asked me to rate my visit, but I work there....wasnt much of a visit. Gotta say, whoever cleans the bathrooms there needs a raise, they are spotless.

I have always enjoyed my visits and felt true value existed when purchasing products.

Well i reviewed this companys sister location out in bay shore, NY, so I might as well do Richard supply mastic corp. This location is much better than Bayshore. It is worth noting that bayshore is and forever more shall remain a vacant lot filled with broken dreams, a testament to the trials and ultimate failings of mans eternal struggle. But i digress. Mastics staff is great. For a Knowledgeable and help associate ask for Charlie. For a real treat ask for Rob, by name. This location has just about anything you may or may not need to complete whatever whacky work-order youre trying to accomplish within the plumbing genre. Odd ball irrigation fittings? SURE! Hopelessly stuck with your cast iron run and need a 2x1½ tapped double TY? Why the hell not! Do you need some off color fixtures to please that impossibly dated and confused home owner with atrocious taste? My friend, mount up and haul-ass to Richard Mastic Corp. Inc., theyve got Black, Silver, Etruscan Blue, Persian pink and at least a couple more!Basically what Im saying is that these guys are ok. They have what you need for run of the mill plumbing supplies as well.
