Furniture the luxe is a great place to go and get all of your furniture needs. They have wide variety of stylish furniture for every room. I was going to have to take a delivery the day after the scheduled arrival but Alfredo the owner came out and made the delivery personally. Great customer service, great delivery service and an overall great experience. Thank you. Your hard work and service are appreciated.

Whew! What a journey. I found this company on offerup. I had been looking every where for the final piece to my bed set. Alas it was found, and I didnt have to drive to far to get it. In fact, they offered delivery and assembly even better. I was so excited to get my piece. There were some delivery issues, which were frustrating due to an outsourced company. But Alfredo addressed my issues, and hand delivered them himself. He even returned the delivery fee. Very nice guy.
2 stars only because SOME people have had good experiences. But after reading an article Channel 9news has had to get involved in order for people to get their money back! Glad I didnt waste my time. And dont recommend you wasting your time. I researched furniture before buying my new couch. Lazy boy is good quality and affordable. I ordered and scheduled to receive in May or June 2021. Currently making payments on new couch, so its paid off when ready!

Bought a sectional set in October and the said it would 3-5 weeks delivery time. After the 5th week I called a few times and always told I would either get a call back or the furniture is on its way. Neither of those things happened so it’s January and I am looking else for a couch, still waiting on a refund!
I initially went to Furniture the Luxe on 8/29/20 and put $100 down for a LR2200 Sofa-Love seat Set Stanley Brown Motion Collection couch set to be put on layaway because I wanted to make sure they had it in a few when I came back to pay in full. I paid via Zelle to the store manager Alfredo. I called back on 11/17/20 the pay the balance in full of $1323, I paid that via Venmo. I paid Zelle and Venmo because as the manager he said that I wouldnt have to pay the credit card processing fees. When I paid the final balance I asked if it would be on hold or back order because of Covid, Alfredo told me no it should be delivered in 1-2 weeks because they should already have it in the warehouse since I had it on layaway. I get the final payment email and it says expect delivery in 1-3 weeks, that was fine, understandable. 3 weeks pass and I get no communication about my delivery or status of my delivery. I begin to call the store daily to get an update and a woman answers the phone and says she is going to take my information and give to Alfredo since he is not there and every time I give her my information I never get a call back. I am finally able to reach him one day and he says hes going to call the warehouse because he doesnt know why I havent gotten an answer and that he will call me back with update, guess what...no callback. Then I start back again calling and now I am getting no answer or the lady and she wants to take a message. I finally got Alfredo on the phone again and he calls the warehouse while I am on the phone and gets an update that the container is there and I should get it in the next week. This is late December now. Next week comes...no delivery. Then I call again and he calls them and finally about two days later I get a text update that my furniture will be delivered on 1/6 that the ETA for my delivery is the second week of January. The second week comes and goes still no delivery. I call the store again once again no answer on the phone every time that I call. Now on 1/19/21 I leave a voicemail and send an email asking for a refund and letting them know about my dissatisfaction for the lack of communication and a few days later I get another text message on 1/21/21 that my ETA is the End of the month Jan. I respond to that message that I want a refund. No response as usual. Here we are 1/30/21, guess what...NO DELIVERY OR COMMUNICATION OF DELIVERY.
Do not patronize this so called business ! They are scammers !! I placed my order 9/30/2020 and was guaranteed that I would receive my order within 3-5 weeks. I never received my order and every time I call to get a status update a lady name Mariam answers the phone and can NEVER answer any of my questions and always says she will have the manager Alfredo call back . The manager NEVER calls back ! After calling for several weeks I finally spoke to the manager who apologized and advised that my order will be ready next week . After not hearing from him I called again and spoke to mariam who gave me the same run around ! On December 16 2020 I was able to get Alfredo on the phone and I demanded a full refund he advised that I would receive a cancellation request and will receive my refund within 48-72 hours. It is now December 24th and I still have not received my refund and when I call up there once again he’s not available to speak to !Do not buy anything from them! They will scam you
They were very quick to take my order and to take my money when the day came for them to deliver the furniture they did not deliver to three days later when I kept calling then they didn’t have the two dressers they only had the bunkbed so now it has almost been a week and a half and I still have no dressers but I have my bunkbeds and I have several text messages no return text messages no return calls so it’s like they just have my money
I wish I could give this place 0 stars they are scam artist and will take your money and never give you the items!!! Run!!

Horrible customer service complete scammers! They’ve played with me for about 7 weeks straight I don’t understand what’s so hard about giving people there money back! One star is for giving me a portion of my money back. But where’s the rest???????

Do not shop here. Alfredo stole almost $1,500 from me. He couldnt fulfill my couch order from Nov 2020 and I still have not received a refund. Next stop will be court.
The worst experience we have ever had. We bought a board game, and they promised us 1-2 weeks for delivery. It is the third week and after calling infinite times they have made fun of us saying they are going to call.The supposed manager Alfredo is never available on the phone. They answer some women who have no idea of absolutely anything And the 2 times that he has deigned to return the call, he says they are going to call them or else calmly come for their money.You dont buy to receive the product when you feel like it or have to deal with money back.If you want to have problems buy here. Learn to respect the customer, thePeoples time and offer things they dont have. Terrible experience !!!

There are people who do not know anything about business and criticize, I see people who say I am late for my product, you are such ignorant people, who think that their furniture is assembled in the back of the business, without instead they do not know what furniture they are They do at the same time that you do your shopping, I bought a set of sofas and they took a long time, because the fabric color was not available at the factory and the business is not to blame there, they are problems that have a solution and can be fixed, nowadays people only complain about trying to hurt people and they dont realize everything that happens before their furniture comes homeAnd I personally with the work and the treatment of my furniture when uploading them to a third floor I am very happy thank you for everything
