Very helpful customer service. The delivered product was beautifully packaged and the recipient was thrilled and sent pictures to show now nice it looked. Much better than creating my own gift basket and mailing it like I had originally thought. I wish I didnt have the occasion to use this service for a friend, but the experience was really great and brought us both comfort and was like sending my hug. Thank you/

You pay crazy high prices for a get well gift and they send via USPS, so a week later and its still not delivered, and the same update has been on tracking for days. Dont bother if you actually want the very expensive gift to make it there. By the way, zero response from this company, Ill have to submit a chargeback request with my CC company to get my money back. You are much better off just sending flowers!

Owner is awesome! Great online alternative to ordering flowers with a wide variety of items to choose from. Best website for ordering useful gifts while someone is in the hospital or going through chemo.

This is the worst customer service ever! I do not recommend using this company at all. I ordered a package that was not delivered to the intended recipient on time so I asked them to reroute it to another address. They would not assist me and then they not only hit me up for the $40 expedited shipping charge but then they also hit me with a 20% restocking fee when the package was returned to them as undeliverable. Complete BS. Do not order from this company. Horrible service- a complete scam!
