We had the passenger rear window on our crossover shatter on a Thursday afternoon. After looking for places to replace the window, we chose Glass Cutters. They were outstanding in so many ways. The window came in Friday morning. I wish I could have taken the car right over, but both my husband and I had morning commitments that could not be changed. We brought the car over just after lunch. This was also in the middle of the 100 degree + heat advisories in June. The office manager had told me when she called in the morning that due to the heat, she was not pushing my guys. This was completely understandable. I was told they would call when the car was done. When I had not heard by 5:00 PM, resigned to the fact that we would get the car Monday morning, I called and was told our car was still being worked on. Since we have about a twenty minute drive to them, we started over about 5:15 PM. Summary - he worked on our car until almost 6:45 PM. The price was very competitive, the staff was outstanding, and if we ever need this service again, they will be my only call.

My parents had a chip in their windshield filled in and the finished product looks like there is still a chip in it. Awful job! Will not use them or recommend them in the future.
