That guy behind the counter that sets there and answers phones I think his name rhymes with gosh something like that anyway whenever his mom wakes him up down in her basement in the mornings trust me he will tell on you Got to be very careful He will tell Mama hell talk a big game and go home and tell Youve been in warned.🧑‍💻

I have worked with this place for almost a year. It was not too bad working with them initially. I have always kept in great communication with them. Over the last several months my autopay has been messed up multiple times. I have called to fix it more times than I can count, I have even went in, in person to try to fix it and assured it should be fixed every single time. I get calls about my agreement being cancelled because they need payment because the autopay was coming from account I no longer have, even though I had fixed it many times over due to their error. I will get calls over my payments within minutes of each other from different employees. I also at one point requested a certain fridge, waited months and finally asked about it, all to be told I was not even on a wait list for the fridge I was supposed to be. Rent a center started out decent to work with but has since left a lot to be desired. Terrible organization and no communication as different employess will call different times of day for things you have already resolved or discussed with another rent a center employee.

Came in no masks or gloves when told them I been exposed to COVID to keep up washer and dryer on way out broke my grill. They said they fixed washer and didn’t.

Just got off the phone at the Mattoon store with Travis, all I can say is he is AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond customer service for me!!!

Very unorganized! I was in the beginning of the week and picked out a sofa made a deal with the sales person that was there and filled out my application online. I called them back to confirm they had received the application. They told me they would call back and set it up. I never received a call from anyone. I called them back this morning and I was told I had to now pay cash for the sofa and they could not deliver for over a week. Aarons how you doing?!

Biggest rip off place on your payments do not trust this place!

NOT ONLY WAS HE MISTREATED AND DID OTHER PEOPLES JOBS HES ALSO BEING FOLLOWED BY AN EX-EMPLOYEE AND HER IGNORANT HUSBAND WHILE SHOPPING AT OTHER STORES- HER NAME IS LESLEY ITS FUNNY BECAUSE THEY THINK ITS AFFECTING HIM BY TAUNTING HIM BUT ITS NOT WE HAD A GOOD LAUGH BECAUSE THEY ARE MAKING THEMSELVES LOOK BAD:) WE GOT A AUTISTIC SON AND THEM TAUNTING US WITH A SON THAT HAS A DISABILITY IS LOW LIFE BUT THATS HOW THEY ROLL SMH . They are very rude they harass us even though were on time with payments, poor quality product, we stop paying because they are Unprofessional And uneducated. Do not go Through Rent A Center go to Aarons better customer care and product.

Ive been doing business with you guys for over 5 years and Ill just buy straight out from Best Buy..Worker was rude and out of line and very unprofessional.Ive bought a computer,couch,TV,a couple phones and was buying a stereo system.But you all can just keep it.My money and Business will definitely be going somewhere else.
