Bought my 2006 Volvo S40 from these folks a few years ago. Car was a little dirty, but it was in overall great shape and at a much lower price than these cars normally go for. Overall a painless dealer experience.

I had a appointment for 10 am to buy a car. At 9:52 am I get a text “sorry not going to make it.” This was after I was 5 minutes away and had driven 40 minutes so far. When I explain how close I was he said ok I’ll meet you there. I get there at 10 am. The car has 2 flat tires and no license plate. I was told to come back at 11 when the license plate would be there so I can test drive. I was also told I could go pay to have the tires filled up before I could drive it. I leave and come back while I am gone I check the vin number on car fax. The car tax record informed me they had it listed as a new car by one year. Also the mileage was 40,000 miles higher a year prior to date than what the odometer said. The claimed 139,000 over a year ago on car fax it said it was 193,000 meaning it was even more because it was driven during that year. When I got back at 11 there were employees walking around, as soon as I park and walk over their doer was locked and no one was to be found. I left and will never come back.

Good place for used car shopping, their price is unbeatable, consider the price, you get most for what you pay, of course there is some fault on some car, but no used car are perfect. Few months ago I bought a car from there, driving great and I don’t need to put any money for repair except oil change, I save a lot of money to buy car from there, highly recommend 😎

So I just stopped by on a Friday afternoon cash in hand to purchase a car. Open light brightly lit, door says close at seven, employee walking home said, owner left for the day they were closed. I know for a fact in order to carry your dealer license you cant close any time you want.Dateline UPDATESo I did end up buying a car from here once I caught up to the owner, he was very pleasant! I left the above because It did happen.

#1- the bright neon OPEN sign was lit, but noone was there.#2- the vehicle that I went to check out was listed at $3700 on FB Marketplace, but on the windshield.....$6794.00.What the heck?!!?? I guess thats why that 09 Jeep Ltd is still available after 2+ months.This is a small business in aHigh Volume area.I dont think theyre really interested in selling vehicles.Too bad! 🤔👎⭕⚠️

Both google and their website say they are open on sunday, after driving an hour to get there i found out they are not open. Came back today to try and buy the car Im interested in, and they are still not there. Called the number on the door and was told they would be there in 3 hours. After all this running around, i think Ill pass and find a car somewhere else.

If it were at all possible to rate zero stars, I would. I went onto this lot and was blatantly lied to about the quality of a vehicle. When I inquired about the vehicle in question I was informed that everything was operating properly and that there wasnt anything wrong with the car. When we test drove it, we were instructed to do so on a back road where we could exceed a speed limit of 25 MPH. When we were close to the point of sale, we wanted to take it to a mechanic to look at the vehicle to make sure everything was operating properly. Once I got up to speed to put the car into fifth gear, the transmission immediately shot the car out of gear each time I attempted to put it into the correct gear. The people who operate this lot are manipulative liars who will do anything they can to sell a car.

I purchased a vehicle back in March of this year. I was sold a 2011 chevy Impala. When purchasing the vehicle I was told that this was a company that took care of its customers and that if there were any issues they would look into it for me. I bought the car based off of that promise. I was nervous because of the As Is on the care with the statement Regardless of any oral agreement but he assured me that was just standard wording and practice. One week into having the car it stopped working. I was able to get it working and bring it in. They said they would fix it and had it for a day and returned it and said nothing was wrong. That weekend while driving to Columbia I went to brake on 385 and this car would no longer accelerate and me and my 4 kids were almost rear ended by another vehicle. I called them to report the issue and never received a call back. Fast forward to Tuesday 5/2/17. I went to leave the hospital after an emergency visit and the car again would not start. I called them and they told me to get a jump as the battery may have died. I had security jump the vehicle and nothing happened. I called back and they told me to give them a minute and they would call me. NO CALL. I sent some to the shop to let them know I was stuck and he was met with anger and told that the car was sold AS IS REGARDLESS OF ANY ORAL PROMISE. I ended up paying 220 to have someone come out and tow and look out the vehicle. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THE WELL TELL YOU SALT IS SUGAR TO MAKE A SALE. These people or CON ARTIST.

NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE! This car dealership sold me a car with a bad engine. Driven 45 miles after purchase and the engine started knocking worse than an old off balanced washing machine. I called them immediately and told them the problem. I kept getting from Greg, let me talk to the owner and de what we can do. My mechanic has finally said the motor is no good. 45 miles and they wont do the right thing!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Paid $4,700 cash for a Volvo S40 and after 2 weeks the timing belt broke. Engine destroyed. Would cost more to repair than car is worth. Was assured multiple times that this was a *good car and had been thru Carmax inspection by salesman. Owner was no help at all. I basically bought a boat anchor. Car was junked for $300.******BUYER BEWARE*****

Do not purchase a vechile from here unless you do a search on the ven# youself. Purchased a truck and paperwork was never sent in to transfer title...come to find out the title has a lien from the previous owner. So have truck cant drive or obtain title. Be very careful dealing with this company! This will end up costing us 3 times what the truck is worth not including our time and aggreviaton . The owner is not returning any of our calls or text. Previous owner up and relocated to florida out of the blue???? My thought drive on down the road to another used used car lot.

Applied for financing and only received an email back once I sent an inquiry saying my application was still being processed to this day (2 weeks later) Ive never heard a word from these people and the vehicle is no longer in the site which means it was obviously already sold when I applied. Instead of just saying that it was no longer available they decided to not say anything at all. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
