I had gone into the store on 2 different occasions to get options for upgrading my sons phone. Tiffany was GREAT! She answered all my questions and offered an even better idea that got my son a new phone, upgraded our plan, and saved us money! Thank you Tiffany, my son will be so excited to open his new phone!

Ask for Sales Person, Tiffany. I walked in to upgrade about 2 hrs before they closed. It would have been a simple and quick easy in/out transfer BUT I didn’t realize my ‘I Cloud Back Up’ had been off for months.......... yea so the backup was going to take the full 2 hrs.Tiffany was incredibly patient and even put the clear phone shield and phone case items I purchased on the phone for me.I think this place gets overlooked due to its size and location but twice in a row they have provided excellent customer service.

We drove 20 minutes and the store has been gutted and vacated. It is like a ghost town. Update your profiles online AT&T

The associate there was beyond helpful when my friend had an issue porting her number. We were there for over an hour trying to get it through and he was as patient as a Saint. Left a good impression on me for sure.

Brandon was patient and helpful when I had to get a new phone. Lots of problems on the AT&T end, but he made the best of it. He persisted for over an hour and never lost his cool. I went back a week later to have him put a screen protector on. He did that quickly and without a bubble. I am not happy with AT&T right now, but Brandon is a gem.

They are ok but theyre a rip off when it comes to prices

They tried to help me keep my number from Straight Talk but I myself believe Straight Talk blocked the number from being switched they worked for about 2 hrs. but it was blocked from being activated on AT&T circuit
