My family has been shopping here for years. We haven’t had a time where we couldn’t find something we were looking for when we go into Factory Furniture. From living room end tables to my college apartment, we have loved every piece. It’s way more affordable than Ashley or any other furniture store. We received our bedroom furniture in May. We couldn’t be more happy with the customer service we received from the whole staff at Furniture Warehouse. We had been looking for 5 months and had even ordered a set from another store which never came and had kept being told it would come in…next week… We canceled that order after 3 months, and on the recommendation of a neighbor, went to FW. Big Mike was honest from the start and delivered as stated! Quality of furniture fabulous! Delivery and setup was great! Every employee we spoke with at FW was helpful!!! Just received our love seat and we are very happy. We shopped around but ended up doing business with Siera at Factory furniture. Siera was very helpful without being high pressure.

Do no go here if you want furniture now or anytime in the near future. My wife and I were able to get a tv console but we ordered a couch from them back in August 2020.The couch was supposed to be here in September, and then we call to check on it and set up a delivery time and then get told September/October. Again, they do not contact us to update us so I call and get told November/December. And again they do not call to update us then and I call and get told it will be January.I now just got off the phone with a guy who said it is now going to be March. We need living room furniture and they have been of no help in helping us find something else, they have been no help in updating, and instead of getting an accurate date they just keep pushing it out.Either they are selling our furniture and re-ordering or they just can’t get anything that needs to be ordered. Either way, they failed us in providing us living room furniture and failed in their customer service in helping us find something else.The fact that we were able to get our TV console is the only reason I was willing to give two stars.

My home is approximately 3,000 sq. ft. and 80% of the furniture was purchased from Factory Furniture. I am slowly replacing piece by piece; my goal is have it furnished via Furniture by 100%. My experience at this business was phenomenal. I remember my first time in the store as if it was yesterday, which was actually 17 years ago. The gentleman who helped us was not pushy at all. He listened to my exact description of what I was wanting and he came through. The second time I went in the same thing happened, the young lady who helped me was attentive to my description of what I was searching for. She found some items that she thought may fit the descriptions and showed them to me and one of them was exactly what I was looking for.one of the item got damaged a few months later, and when I called the store they were very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond to make it right. Businesses like this is very hard to find in this day and time. They are the perfect model of how to deal with difficult customers and how to run an honest, ethical business. I want to say THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DO!!!

Factory Furniture does have good deals on furniture and the service started out great. My wife and I picked out a style of leather recliner that we liked and then we chose the color of leather that we wanted. We placed an order for 2 of the recliners and they came in about 3 weeks later. However, one of the chairs had the wrong peg legs so we went back and they had to order the correct legs. Now, I know this is really the manufactures fault and not Factory Furniture but the story doesnt end there. After a week and a half we got a call that the legs were in and my wife went to pick them up only to find out they were the wrong legs again. Now Im upset! I call to find out when we will get the correct legs only to be told they are calling the manufactures sales manager and will call us when the legs are in. There is no sense of concern on their part. Person on the phone tells me I guess third times a charm, sorry you had to go through this.. I guess now I have to wait another week and a half.

My family has been buying furniture from Factory Furniture for about 25 years. It is a family owned business. They are very friendly, helpful, and they have the best prices you can find. I always go there first. If they don’t have what you need, they will order it for you.

Sure wish they posted prices on their website. Kinda hard to shop online when there are NO prices listed. Makes me feel like Im shopping for a car when the site doesnt even list the prices and makes you call or join an email list before giving you a price. Makes me not trust them already. For this reason alone Im going elsewhere.

Normally have great deals and sales. Convenient hours of operation and location. If they dont have it they will do what they can to get it for you. Prices are really great also.

This is a family owned business thats been in operation at this location since the 1980s. Weve been going there for the last 15 years and their prices simply cannot be beat. Among other makers, they sell Ashley furniture at better prices than their own showroom over on Woodruff, and without all of the tacky sales tactics.

Stopped in today at the recommendation of a coworker . Glad I did it ! They had great prices and the staff was very friendly . “Big Mike” was really helpful and not overly pushy like most sales people . Family run store that gives excellent customer service . We ended up purchasing a sectional, buffet table and two end tables. Plan on completing the rest of the furnishing purchases we need here as well !

This is one of the best kept secrets in the upstate of SC! They have a great selection of name brands at largely discounted prices. We have bought many pieces of furniture from Factory Furniture over the years. They are especially competitive on Sofas, chairs and sectionals. Its a family owned and operated store and their service is exceptional.

I am not kidding when I say this company is amazing!!! I dealt with them once 8 years ago and multiple times this past year. They hands down have the best prices and amazing staff. No fault on their part, I ordered a table from a certain manufacturer. I was dissatisfied with the table and wanted to return it. Mikey one of the owners was absolutely amazing!!! I cant stress how amazing Mikey was!!! He came and assessed the situation gave many plenty of options to choose from and when I decided the table still needed to go back, he got them to give me a full refund. I kept the chairs because I was unsure what table I would order to replace the one I had. I ordered another table and when it arrived it was great but the chairs didnt work with it. Mikey again made sure I was satisfied and got me a refund so I could order the chairs I wanted. Please dont look any further, this is the place to shop!!! I never write reviews but since I was treated so incredibly well, I had to. Awesome place, Awesome prices and Awesome people!!!

I LOVE Factory Furniture! I have done business with them for over fourteen years and all but two pieces of my furniture have been purchased here. The money I have saved verses purchasing at another furniture store makes them hands down the place to buy. Anytime there has been an issue with an item, they have always made it good.

Hands down this is the best experience Ive had buying furniture. They were very helpful when I explained what I needed. The owner also knew I had a budget I had to work within yet she took as much time with me as she did with higher income customers. She helped me order just the right material that wouldnt get scratched or full of hair because of my dogs. I just love these people. Also, when my furniture arrived it was even nicer than I expected

First time shopper for a big sectional and it was quick and painless. We searched Unclaimed Furniture, Furniture Marketplace, and Ashley Homestore but Factory Furniture had the same delivery window, $200 cheaper for the sectional and $50 cheaper on the delivery fee. It was an easy choice. Just wished we would have shopped there first. I know they will be the only store I go to for furniture needs here forward. Dont be fooled by their small store, they will order just about anything for you!

Recently purchased what was supposed to be a platform bed from them - not their fault the manufacturer has a loose definition of the term. But the staff of Mauldin Factory Furniture went above and beyond to try and sort things out, even calling the manufacturer, and offering to swap out our new bed. In the end, they actually brought by some platform rails (how does an actual platform bed come without those??) and a low profile box spring - at no charge - and offered to continue working with us after THAT if we decided that wasnt good enough.Yall, we meant to call back, but we got busy. Thank you. Were happy, the solution works, and weve raved about you to anyone who will listen. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.This family-owned shop is the real deal, yall. The pricing is ridiculous - in a GOOD way - and theyre super friendly and helpful all day long. And they genuinely care that youre satisfied with your purchase. Great experience - I got a price quote online that was much better than another furniture place in Spartanburg that was suppose to have a good prices (I also checked online/nationally). I went it to purchase the sofa and so they called the manufacturer to confirm the options/pricing and then it turned out the price was even lower!!! I would think most places would have kept the difference for themselves but not this place :) #honesty. We will be coming back for our next furniture needs. Thanks!

Incredible Prices & Service! I bought over 10 items from this store. They are helpful without being pushy. I saw pieces at other stores and called them to price match (they can order almost anything) and they consistently beat others prices, even their sale prices. An item came with stain from the factory...the store sent a guy out who steam cleaned it for us, looks new. We shopped over 12 different stores in upstate...these guys are the best. Showroom isnt fancy but dont let that deceive you, the quality brands and service these guys have cant be beat!

We shopped around for furniture to fill our new house when Factory Furniture was recommended to us by a friend. They didnt have what we wanted in stock but were able order the same stuff at substantial discounts. By the time we were done I think we saved as least $1500 over the big box stores.

Got an absolutely marvelous deal on a Firm Kingsdown mattress and box spring set. Beat the mattress company Id done business with for years by 550 bucks. I WILL be back !!!

This is the first review I have ever written and am writing it because these guys stood out THAT much! We had a crazy move to Greenville from Alaska and had to fill an entire house with furniture and not only did they have a great selection, they were SO helpful and had a great price! Not pushy, but there when we needed questions answered. They helped us load everything up in our uhaul and we left with an amazing experience.Then when we got home, we arranged our sectional in a way that one of the middle pieces was on the end, so it wasnt covered with the outside fabric (just the black sheers fabric since it was supposed to be a middle piece) and when we called to ask them if we could get more fabric, they not only ordered us an entire seat of fabric (we only needed a small piece) but they gave it to us for free. We will always buy our furniture from them and will recommend to everyone we know!

Hands down the BEST service of ANY furniture store within an hours drive!!! Over the last several weeks, I have been to 17 furniture stores (Seneca, Anderson, Easley, Greenville, Greer & Mauldin), some more than once. All with a VERY specific goal (and picture in hand). I had been told repeatedly that I could not get what I wanted (or to do so, it would have to be custom made - and even that had limitations and exorbitant charges). My search had not gone well and I felt very defeated...I was prepared to settle for something somewhat close to what I wanted. I called a few furniture stores inquiring about pieces being in stock (for me to view) and of the last 3 stores that I called, Factory Furniture was the ONLY store to return my call. Suzanne left a very detailed message that left me with the impression that although they may not have exactly what I wanted, they would do whatever they could to help me. I set out on a Saturday to visit/revisit the 3 stores. Hoping that one of the first two stores would be able to service me so that I would NOT have to give-in and purchase from the third (the third store gave EXTREMELY BAD customer service during my first visit, so although they could custom make/order what I wanted - I would be doing business with a company[Pottery Barn, Haywood Mall] that had previously treated me poorly - I did not want to do that!) FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED THROUGH THE DOORS OF FACTORY FURNITURE - I KNEW THINGS WERE DIFFERENT IN A VERY GOOD WAY!!! First, I was able to walk through the store unencumbered, taking my time without a sales person breathing down my neck (a HUGE relief!). Next, when I was ready, I approached the staff and was instantly greeted with a smiling face.I asked for Suzanne and waited for her to finish with the folks she was working with. Suzanne, apologized for my wait (literally 4-6 minutes - not much of a wait) then smiled welcomingly and asked how she could help me. I refreshed her memory regarding my call & her message - she remembered and excitedly grabbed catalogs to show me what she had referenced in her message. It was close to what I wanted and would be a suitable option (VERY INEXPENSIVE) but I decided to press my luck to try to get EXACTLY what I wanted. I showed Suzanne my picture and told her my quirky and very precise specifications (straight arms/3 cushion sofa/material/color/no skirt/size). She LISTENED INTENTLY to what I was saying (the same story I had told so many other sales people recently - all of whom suggested pieces that demonstrated clearly that they did NOT listen - or told me they couldnt help at all). Not Suzanne, she put together 3 options for me (3 sets that were the style I wanted with 3 differing colors/materials at 3 very different price points). All I had to do was pick!!! Hallelujah!!!! I had narrowed it down when Suzanne approached me with another ring of material swatches which included the EXACT material & color that I had been searching for!!! (A perfect replica of the Pottery Barn swatch! Possibly the exact SAME swatch!?!?) SHE DID IT!!!! Suzanne had done what the 16 furniture stores previous had failed - SHE MADE THE SALE!!!! :) Heres what ELSE she did: she did NOT push additional products on me (stain remover/warranties/etc.)...she did NOT push HER opinions on me or STEER me towards more expensive brands....she did NOT JUDGE me. The end result??? I purchased the more expensive selection (it was the most comfortable & had the exact color & material that I had been searching for) and she created a loyal customer for life. Thank you Suzanne and everyone else there! You have restored my faith in customer service!!! WELL DONE!
