I worked with Carrie in the kitchen design studio. Her ideas were great. She was very helpful and knowledgeable helping me renovate my home. Cant thank her enough.

My husband wanted to complete our deck last summer using 84 Lumber because it’s local. We ordered the boards. First batch was 2-3 weeks late and still came with two boards that were damaged. And worse is that if my father in law hadn’t opened the boards AT 84 lumber, we would have went home with the damaged boards. Then we ask that they order two more, they come in (2 weeks later and I had to call because they were in and we were never contacted), and one of the two is damaged. Then we wait another 3 weeks to finally get the last board for the deck. Over all, it took nearly 3 months to get the supplies and we never once received an apology for the wait and lack of service. Very disappointed, we could have went with Lowe’s and had a better experience

We came in on July 16th and ordered a storm door. I brought pics and dimensions, the salesman said he needed to check whether it was a custom door or not. He never got back to us, so we assumed the door was ordered. 4 weeks later, I call to check on the status and it was never ordered or in the system. Apparently, no one follows up or keeps records. They never tried to contact the salesman to find out what the issue was or where the paperwork was. Ridiculous.This was not the first issue with 84 Lumber. Never again!!!!!!
