According to UPS tracking, my very precious package, worth over $500, never even made it out of this store. Therefore, they will not allow me to make a claim, as it was never scanned into the system. Ive called multiple times and left tons of messages to speak with the owner Peter, in order to recoup the insurance money. I have been ignored for over a month. I will now be forced to file in small claims court.

Very dissapointed with this business. I drove 1hr away as this was the closest UPS store. I dropped off a package to be wrapped up and shipped so paid a premium (If I had a box and bubble wrap I would of shipped it myself) but that is what this company is supposed to do. I dropped the package off on September 29th and the girl behind counter said they were busy and it would not go out until the next day, I said that is fine. Today October 7th 1 week and 1 day later customer calls and said package shows that it hasnt shipped yet. I drove an hour to stop at store again and spoke with girl behind counter, once I told her what package was she said its in back that they been so busy and under staff that they havent gotten to it yet.I asked her to speak to manager and she said manager wont be in until after 4pm, I left my number and asked for manager to call me today. I did not receive a phone call.I dont know how the owner operates and runs this store but I am going to guess not to well with what has happened with my package, if I was the owner I would be there until all packages are packaged and ready to ship that night if no workers do it, also I would have called customer and told them that there is going to be a delay.

I paid almost $100.00 to have a new set of uniforms delivered by a specific date. Instead of UPS leaving my order on the front porch (like they do with everything else) they left a note on my door and forwarded the package, most unfortunately, to this UPS Store Location.1. When I followed the instructions and called the number specified on the note, the female who answered the phone was both rude and utterly clueless. The only thing she did suggest was for me to call back the following day.2. When I called back as instructed, a male answered the phone and said in a most disrespectful tone, you should just look up the status your own stuff online. When I explained that I was following the instructions given by the previous employee, and that the note clearly stated the package would be delivered to his location, he became irritated and said he had no idea where the package was. There was no pause in his speech that would have been indicative of him even making an attempt to look up the information. He responded instantaneously, and offered no solution.Both employees spoke on the phone as if they were being bothered.The day that I needed my uniform came and went, with no delivery in sight. As a result, I was forced to interview in front of a board of senior leadership entirely out of uniform. I was mortified.I did attempt, within the next week, to have the package delivered again and while patiently waiting I received an e-mail from the vendor. According to their records, this UPS Store location indicated that the package was REFUSED by the customer. I fail to understand how a customer could refuse a package which couldnt be located by the distribution facility in the first place, but I digress.I am now the proud owner of a $500.00 uniform which is not in my possession, and in order to obtain it the vendor has asked for me to pay for shipping, again.Thank you Maumee UPS Store... for absolutely nothing.Thank you for failing to comprehend how your actions (or lack thereof) impact your customers.Thank you for hiring, training and managing incompetent and disrespectful employees who couldnt care less about their jobs, or the people they are paid to assist.Thank you for failing to communicate so completely, that one of your customers was made to look like a fool during one of the most important interviews of their twenty-plus year career. One can only shudder at the thought of how many others have had to endure similar experiences.Your severe lack of attention to detail coupled with the complete carelessness of your employees will be a permanent fixture in my mind.I suggest anyone looking for a functional and trustworthy shipping location take their business elsewhere.Cheers... to the consequences of your actions, and unfortunate business practices, taking your store down in flames.

Very disappointing. Would not help me find envelopes or boxes to get my Amazon stuff back. Last week when I was at another UPS location the gentleman waiting on me took my stuff found boxes and took care of it for me. Meredith here was not willing to even try and help. Will definitely visit the Perrysburg store from now on and avoid Maumee.

Usually don’t have an issue with this location. However, today I came to ship an item and they were closed. Two other people showed up thinking they were open as well. The sign in the window says 10-3 and so does the website. I wasted time today and have to return tomorrow before work to make this happen. If this location isn’t going to be open on Sunday’s they need to change the store hours in both places to avoid confusion.

Who works there....santa? Because I never hear a knock, no footsteps or nothing. Just their door as they leave.IF YOU HONESTLY HAVE TO DELIVER TO A APARTMENT COMPLEX and the door to the building is locked. Why dont you just leave it at the office????? THIS HAPPENS TOO OFTEN. I bet they be having those slips ready before it even gets to the door.

Showed up today at 2:30 to drop a package off and they were closed. Sign on the door says open til 3 on Sundays. Google and UPS both indicate open til 3 on Sunday.

They stole 500 dollars from me and they will not give me my money because they said it’s the sender’s fault. But it’s their fault because they didn’t ask whether he had money or not. They cannot just assume everyone knows about that. It also seems that they lost my documents. It’s the worst store I have ever received service from. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anybody. They are thief BE CAREFUL!!!!!

The UPS delivery driver never gave notice of final delivery, the item I was supposed to receive was being sent back to shipper. It was an important item. I was frustrated, how was I supposed to know it was getting sent back if the driver never left anything for me to see?I contacted Linda, and she was very helpful. There was an issue with releasing the package within their system. She went above and beyond by helping me out, and getting the package released to me. I am very grateful, and she is the only reason I will ever consider UPS again. Thank you Linda, you made a huge difference.

I used UPS MyChoice to change the delivery address for one of my orders. They still delivered it to the original address. Which I had to drive an hour to pickup my package from my friend. And I had even paid to get my address changed. Same situation happened, when I requested a delivery hold since I was going on vacation. But instead, they just delivered my package and left it there. That could’ve easily got STOLEN. But, I came back 3 days later, and thank the lord, the package was still there. Guys, don’t choose UPS. They ignore every request the customer demands. It feels almost like, the website and the physical store are two separate businesses. Nothing you do on the web applies to your packages. The only thing you can do is track your packages. Disappointing.

I have used several services at this particular UPS location in Maumee, Ohio. You can leave USPS mail to be picked up, of course UPS services, and other smaller things like laminating, office and packaging supplies. It is convenient, accessible and the customer service is exceptional. I especially like the owner and staff and Linda, the owner/manager, has helped me mail and get a file off the computer to return an item, when my home printer quit working.

I LOV UPS, detest FEDEX. UPS leaves pkgs right at my door and at least rings the bell. Ive instructed FEDEX several times where to leave pkgs and they totally ignore.I leave packages for UPS to pick up and they are so nice about everything

I was waiting on 7 live lobsters that were due at 10:30 this morning. Then, bad weather in Kentucky - I was freaking out. I called the 800 number to see if I could just get them from the warehouse. Millie called me about 8 minutes and assured me they were on the truck and would be here today!
