I was put on oxygen and a CPAP a couple of months ago. Lincare North Little Rock, Arkansas has been absolutely wonderful. The staff is very kind and helpful. I received my oxygen ASAP as soon as the doctor processed the order. The CPAP’s were on recall at the time, but I received a new one once they were delivered to the office. My husband ordered a new CPAP from another company that he’s been working with for years and he is still waiting for his and its been several weeks. I would absolutely recommend this North Little Rock location. Just a note, CPAP’s are in short supply right now due to the recent recall.

My client is traveling to Arkansas for her granddaughters graduation. We were getting no response from the local Lincare. We call these folks and they got it taken care of right away. They were also very friendly.

I shouldn’t have been surprised at the lack of customer service but yet again, Lincare has failed me. Due to my insurance Lincare supplied my cpap. It was a hassle when I bought my machine. They kept saying they were waiting on information from my insurance and only after multiple calls did they admit the delay was on their side. It took almost 90 days to get my machine.When traveling this week, I had forgotten my power cord. I tried both an urgent number to my local store as well as the Lincare in my destination city (Batesville AR) to see if I could buy or borrow a cord during my stay. I was told no because they were for “their customers”. I guess they don’t consider me as a customer even though they advertise as a nationwide service so I will pay out of pocket before ever going through Lincare again.I would highly recommend Aerocare or CPAP.Com from prior experiences before Lincare.

I have called them several times and they always say they will call me back and never do. I am on a breathing machine and i need medicine for the machine and I am running out. By the time they open up I will have no medicine because they refused to call me back and help get my medicine to me. There very unprofessional. They are willing to take my money and my insurance money as well but does not deliver.

My mother was put on oxygen for treatment of COPD. Family cannot get response from company for equipment checks or refills. Doctors office has to mediate all requests, but equipment still does not function as promised. A portable tank that should last for hours typically lasts for about 35-40 minutes. Cannot get anyone to follow up to make sure equipment is functioning properly. Very poor service. Low quality equipment.

Misrepresented quality of equipment provided. States there oxygen concentrator best on market. Factually not true least rated of available equipment. sent me two malfunctioning equipment before bring one that works. States best warranty but only have 90 warranty on product . Product mobility worse in class. Would never recommend as a RN

Terrible about sending replacement pieces and treats costomers like they dont belong there when they come into the office.
