Mayfield automotive center is very hard to contact via phone calls. They should gave a website for scheduling services as they are so hard to reach by phone. Otherwise, they did good service for my needs. I would have given 4 stars but lack of phone service and the process to get someone on the phone was irritating being hung up on and transferred all around first. Took me 2 days to get thru! 👎

Got my oil change done fast

Went there 8 months ago to get an oil change and told me they could not get the bolt off and was afraid they would damage my oil pan. Had oil changed there before and had no problem. Took my vehicle to West Boys in Fulton that same day and they told me nothing was wrong with my bolt but was loose and about to come off. Said I was lucky to make it there and could have done major damage to my vehicle because of Wal-Marts neglect.

Its a great place to work.

Always get an oil change here and I like how fast it is.. But sitting outside for 10 minutes while workers passed me by and didnt even acknowledge me.. Was annoying. Then after turning off my vehicle and walking inside, they asked me to go back outside to my car so they could help me... Yeah. No. First time this has happened. But I lowered my rating because of it. Customer service is seriously lacking..

They were very good & got my new tires on in about an hour.

Giving a rating of 1 ☆ simply because I wanted to Google the Automotive Business Hours & there IS NOT a listing for this detrimental information that ALL businesses should provide, especially a chain such as Wal-Mart.

Really friendly people, stopped what they are doing to come and ask me if I needed help. Really good crew!

Good service the price are a bit more than Glover but would have our new tires done here again. plaza tire messed our alignment up we went threw 3 sets of tires in a few months.

They where very friendly and efficient. They did a wonderful job and where very quick about it.

They do pretty good work for a Walmart in and out oil change service. Most everything is in stock. The waiting room is clean.

Great staff and get what you need done pretty quick and done right.

Takes a while to get something done and they dont really do much.... Oil change tire change tire rotation but when asked for a tire aliment was told they couldnt do it
