They called me and told me the vehicle I was interested in was available. I immediately came and test drove it, only for the sales man to tell me “sorry, someone else wants to buy it and put a deposit down”. Then had me test drive other vehicles. The vehicle I ended up buying, had a slow leaking tire, the license plate back light was out, they didn’t even change the oil and the gas tank was practically empty. They seem great but I personally will never buy anything from this place ever again. You live and learn.

I went out on a limb to buy online from these guys. The truck looked great with a few noted damages. But when I received it I quickly found some problems. The minute I got on the interstate it felt like it was going to fall apart. Ultimately the next two days I had to work on it to replace the U-joints. Once I got under it I saw where tons of extreme rust damage had been simply covered up with black spray paint. The dealer clearly said there was no sign of smoking in the car… there clearly was once I sat in the truck. I even found a pack of smokes under the seat. Lol It was not as described. I won’t be buying another car online in the future. I would advise not to buy from them unless you can see the in and out of the vehicle in person.

Ok. To start this out... I was driving a 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD sport. I owed $38,000 on this truck. After purchasing a Yukon with extended warranty I discovered that the DVD/CD unit was not functioning. As I live out of state, I took it to the local GMC dealership to service it where I was told that the extended warranty would not cover it. BUYER BEWARE!! June 29th I purchased a Truck. When I did my Test drive, I found the steering wheel and truck shaking, the center console was loose, the alignment was off, and the front driver Rim had a 6 inch chunk missing. I informed them I would not purchase the truck with out first fixing those issues. This was all after the Salesman told me the truck has been through service and is mechanically sound. It took some fighting but I was able to get all those issues fixed.It took a week to fix those issues and upon getting the truck back, i found it now was making a grinding/squealing noise and still vibrating the truck and steering wheel. They sent someone to pick it up and found that when replacing the rims, someone in their shop had bent a clip on my brake pad and it was constantly rubbing the rotor making that noise. They fixed it, checked the alignment and checked for the shaking again and said it was fixed. I picked it up on Tuesday and found it was still making a squeaking noise and the vibration was still there. I called them back and took it back to them. They said the Driver Brake caliper was bad and replaced it. I picked it back up and found the squeaking still there and the vibration still there. On July 11th, I text them to have it fixed and informed them I found the Upper Driver ball joint leaking, and both front lower ball joints appeared to have cracked boots and were bad. I received no answer. I then went up there that morning to show them. I showed the salesman the issue as service was not there, and told him that the squeak could also be coming from a loose strut. I was leaving on vacation the next day and tried to get it fixed. When we couldnt come to an agreement, I told them I would bring it back in after vacation.After Vacation I brought it back in. They looked at the ball joints, replaced only the upper driver one, and filled the bottom two with Grease saying they were fine. I picked it up and noticed the squeak and shake still there. I took it back and they finally sent it to a wheel and tire specialist. They found the struts were bad and replaced them. The squeak was fixed but the vibration wasnt. At this point, because I had enough of not getting my Truck fixed, I took it to a dealer close to home. They found the Struts werent tight enough, and that both lower ball joints needed to be replaced. Luckily I had an extended warranty or I would have paid Thousands to fix all these issues. And the sad part is, the Vibration still isnt fixed, theres a knocking noise now like something that was going bad when i bought it has finally gone all the way bad, and now that the front suspension is fixed, I have found the back suspension will more then likely need to be replaced. And Remember, all of this has had to be fixed with in a month of purchasing it, after they said, it was mechanically sound.My recommendation to anyone buying from Perkins is have your car checked by a reputable mechanic prior to purchasing and dont trust their mechanics, purchase an Extended Warranty for as long as possible, and if at all possible, get them to extend the 30 day Dealer warranty to help you out. I can promise you, I will never purchase another vehicle from them. When you pay over $20,000 for a new vehicle, you shouldnt have to have over a 1/4 of that price in parts replaced in the first 2 months. Luckily for me, I have the extended warranty or I would be out thousands for their failure of inspecting a vehicle properly.

First off, the people here are laid back and arent out to pressure you into a purchase. Yes they will make suggestions and ask you about extra offerings they have, but once you say no they dont bring them up again unless you bring it up first.Second, Jay is the man I delt with and he a good sales man. He didnt add any extra pressure, worked with me to get me the best deal, and best financing (Better then I should have got), and allowed me time to decide if the car I got was what I really wanted. If you do go to Perkins, everyone is friendly and helpful, but if you feel you need to ask for someone ask for jay, he want let you down.Third, the car was what I paid for, a 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. As a used car, yes it had a few paint chips and of my charging ports isnt working. The car had over a 120,000 miles but still runs like it has less then 40,000. Jay told me what I could do about both the paint and the charger and how best to go about seeing to those issues, and I knew going in the miles on the car which isnt bad for a 6 year old sports car.Overall my experience was terrific and Id rate Perkins at a 4.5 star (I say that only because I dont think anyone is perfect, not everyone will have my experience with them, though my experience was a 4.99 star experience.) They are friendly, laid back, willing to help, and wont pressure you on a purchase. But dont take my word for, go on down and see them and find out for yourself.

My husband and I bought a 2016 Silverado LTZ during this Covid19 outbreak. The salesman Keith Eaton was wonderful to work with and sent us plenty of pics and videos of the truck. I never buy a vehicle without test driving it but once we agreed on all the financial dealings they delivered it to my house and I had the opportunity to test drive then. If I liked it all I had to do is sign the papers and it was mine but if I didn’t like it after test drive I could send it back and they’ll void my deal. No strings attached. He also said I had a 30 day warranty too if something happened to just give them a call. I did notice a small issue that I wanted checked out and the salesman stated that I could take it to my Chevy dealer in my hometown and if they agreed too then they would pay for it. Long story short I had about $1200.00 worth of issues that had to be fixed and I’d figure they would not pay that much and I would have to pay something outta pocket. Perkins paid the full cost, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend checking them out and I will return back in future if I ever need anything else!!

There was no BS, no haggling, and he was very patient and responsive over a couple of days. They told me a month ago I got approved and they would do a trade on my car. And when I went there they said they would call me on Monday and never did. And Ive called many of times trying to get ahold of someone and nobody wants to answer phones. That right there lost mine and friends business from yall. Dont tell someone they are approved one day and then never get back with them.
