I have only done business twice with Christmas Motors, but both times were great experiences. I bought a vehicle there several years ago it was a painless, easy, and friendly transaction. After having brought this same vehicle to Acton Ford for service for several years, I decided to try Christmas Motors. They quoted me less than half of what the dealership wanted to charge me for the same exact work. They have a new service customer for life, and if Im ever in the market again for a used vehicle, they will be the first place Ill look. I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service!! Not accommodating,abrupt and rude! Will not go back!!! Went over to Maynard motors for the inspection sticker and received complete opposite customer service!! Accommodating kind and quick and helpful.

Suddenly the staff has become rude and inconsiderate at Christmas Motors. I pulled in and asked about an inspection. I was told to wait 1 hr and then that I had to disable or cover my fog lights because they were too bright!?! Same vehicle was previously inspected there without any issues. Same fog lights. The mechanics are unpredictable and make up arbitrary rules. I will avoid this shop in the future.

Went to look at an apartment rental in the area, truck broke down there on a Sunday, walked over to Christmas motors, had them bring into thier shop to fix. Gave us a cheap but clean rental to take home, went back to pick up truck next day, fixed the problem fast and for a reasonable price.Lee was friendly and helpful

We just bought our 3rd car from Christmas Motors, the whole experience was excellent.Theres no high-pressure sales tactics. We test drove 3 cars and once wed decided on one David Christmas suggested we take it for a longer test drive to make sure it was comfortable and we didnt notice any minor issues.They took care of getting it registered and ready to drive. I cant recommend them highly enough.

I have been going to Christmas Motors for years to get my inspection sticker. Today I went a was treated with such disrespect and hostility. Come to find out the person who was rude and yelling at me was the service manager! In the end, he told me to go get my sticker somewhere else and never come back! Not the way to get referrals (I have been sending people there for years), I will now tell all the people I know to stay away. Too bad, the Christmas family were always kind and were a pleasure to do business with.

I brought my truck to get a sticker, after they spent 2 days looking it over and speaking with me. We decided the car was not worth fixing. They charged me nothing and gave me the time I needed to arrange to have the car removed. Trust is earned and they got it!!!!
