Go every once in a while. Bought another pair of motorcycle boots. Great price and my size. Hard to find 13-15 sizes.

Professional,knowledgeable staff. If you are looking for a good boot that everybody and there brother wears youll find it here...If youre looking for something special youll have to look elsewhere.Western boot selection is OK but still cookie cutter.Womens selection was quite small and also consisted of only the most popular/current styles but not in the most common sizes.Again,if youre looking for something special youll need to look somewhere else.The service however is top shelf.!!

Aesthetically, it is very nice place, with a wide variety of inventory. But you have to kind of find your way through. There was no staff to help guide you through or to areas where you may want to go to find something. Reasonable prices boots though. Not a bad experience.

This place is amazing. Any kind of a boot you could need is here. The have so much more than just boots,to many to mention. I just purchased work boots and socks but I probably spent an hour and a half just walk the store and looking at the products. Im an hour drive away but would love to go any chance I get.

My wife made me go and get new boots. The Boot Box was perfect, just not for me. I would rather buy boots from a trunk of a car. But....I do what my wife tells me.It is a nice place, but all the clothing and boots make my credit card tremble. Women love this place.In all honesty, it was a good trip and I was in and out in 15 minutes. People are pretty nice, clothing is top notch, and the layout is spot on.

Friendly staff. Large inventory of outdoor/western/work wear. Best selection of pocket/hunting knives in the area without question...and not just run of the mill knives...quality knives like Benchmade, Buck, Kerhaw and spyderco...definitely worth checking out

Ga boy, fresh off the turnip truck in the dead of winter and this store and people could not have been any more nice, helpful, or awesome. Took time to educate me on how to not freeze to death without having to put on 11teen layers. Only downside is that they will be getting too much of my money LoL

Nice store, huge selection of work wear / outdoor clothing and boots. Worth the trip for me and its almost an hour drive.

Let me just say I grew up coming to this store with my parents and loved it but now not so much. I tried on over 20 pairs of workboots and none of them fit good at all, they felt very cheap and multiple boots was already showing signs of wear and where they were ripping. Not a very good selection of composite toe boots and there was nothing made in the USA. That used to be the main reason I came here because they had quality products now I can’t find a single one. I finally settled with a pair of boots and they are the most uncomfortable boots I’ve ever owned and I can’t even return them. I will not be back here, I’m all about supporting local businesses but not when they can’t even sell a half decent boot for a reasonable price.

This staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Natalie went above and beyond to look through every single box of the new boots they got in today to find the style and size I was looking for!! The boss went one step further to assist my husband with a warranty on a pair of work boots he just got 2 weeks ago that were defective. HIGHLY recommend this store!

Great place to get a quality American made work boots. Good selection on Thorogood and Redwing boots. They also have a great selection in barn and hiking boots, you wont be disappointed.

I went in this place for the first time the other day and it was really awesome employees were really nice and a lot of nice shirts and Boots and I was really surprised to find motorcycle jackets and chaps and saddlebags in here

My son and I went in today to return his boots that he wore 1 time. They hurt his feet so I asked to exchange. Theresa was very rude and said that Rocky doesnt warranty their boots. I wasnt asking for that, the boots were fine they just hurt his feet. So now I have $150 boots that he cant wear. Poor Customer Service!

Huge selection and good prices

I went here for a pair of working boots. And while not every pair I tried were good, they had a large variety and I eventually found a good pair.

Good selection, fair prices but I was very surprised by the number of customers in the store not wearing a mask and staff not saying anything. There were a lot of people in the store, elderly included. Im not a covid nut, but I do wear a mask for the benefit of others, even if its more appearance of safety.

They have a nice variety of shoes and clothing .

Great place for boots although due to shipping delays and whatnot that are not as stocked as they normally are. The womens western boots is slim picking. Masks are advised

We have been here many times in the past, but it seemed different this time. Things were organized better. There was more space between the racks. Things werent crammed in so bad. Very good selection of styles and sizes.

Iv shopped here many times,bought work boots motorcycle boots.i was in there to buy chaps 0n 10/21/21 the chaps are packed so tight its very difficult to see sizes and pick what u want I got so frustrated I left I did mention it to an employee.

Excellent place to buy work boots. They have a huge selection of many different brands at great prices. The friendly employees do not hover over you but are more than glad to help if you need it.

Don’t offer a 1 year warranty on work boots if you won’t even honor it.

Worst service Ive ever experienced. I worked in retail for 30 years and would have never treated a customer the way they treated me. I was returning a pair of boots that did not fit well I asked the young lady if she knew of any different styles that would be larger around the ankle She said she had no idea I had to try them on. The 2 associate were inspection the boots, and were taking about me. If youre going to talk about a customer, make sure there not still standing by the counter. When I originally bought the boots, I didnt have a good experience. I felt like I was bothering the staff behind the counter. The store dose have a nice selection of boots, But I dont ever plan on shopping there again. I will be ordering my boots online or I will also check at tractor supply.I never usually write any kind of reviews but I felt that the service was not acceptable

Amazing selection, the place is huge! Prices are reasonable for such great quality items like Timberland Pro and Carhartt.

The store seems to be more interested in storing items in sealed boxes in the walkways instead of allowing customers to look at the displayed merchandise. This seems to be recurring problem and it is very hard for customers to find anything because theyre climbing over, leaning over, or walking around boxes just to look at items.

It was my first time there, I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price!! I will definitely be back!!
