The youth organization Im involved with has 21 teams and CIS produced and had the majority of the uniforms ready in just over a week and a half! Lisa was incredible throughout the process and always made herself available to answer any questions I may have had. I was very appreciative of the communication throughout production and had a very positive experience overall.

Poor communication throughout multiple orders with them. It felt as though I was the only one making an effort to connect with them. I would at most hear from someone once a week.

Was hoping to purchase sublimated jerseys for a baseball team of 40 years in crawford county. Called left a detailed message w a idea of what I was wanting. Color and quantity left name and number and never returned my call still to this date. Sad to not hear back even if there busy. Business is Business regardless but the lady I spoke to about a year ago about this assured me a no hassel transaction and for this to happen is just weird.

One thing I can say is Tammy is very nice and the customer service in person was great 👍😊 I do know a lot has changed because of covid-19 so I was prepared to be patient. Im very disappointed in the follow up tho. It took over a week and a half to get the proof. Once I got the proof and approved it, I assumed that my order would automatically be put in. But about 4 days later I got a message asking if I wanted my order put in🤔 I had to confirm the size but was so confused because I confirmed the size 3 times. So I decided to get the price first because that was never finalized. A week later I still was not able to get a price. I know things are busy and they are working less hours but I found this irritating that the easy stuff couldnt get done in a timely fashion. I felt maybe because my order was only a simple T-shirt it wasnt that important. So I let them know I decided to go with something else. Very nice and good customer service in person. Also their office is very nice, clean and inviting. 😁

Items were missing from order....did not credit or refund...refused to mail item or even respond when I asked about. Poor customer service and ridiculously overpriced for non screenprint shirts. Designed peeled after a few washes.

Very helpful staff! Many colors and numbers in stock. I was surprised at all the different items such as pens, mugs, etc. that can also be printed.

Jamie is a great salesperson and will work with you to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for.They are new to Meadville and they have made a great impression.I would recommend them to anyone!
