They have a better choice of fruits and vegetables then other stores in our area

A hell of a lot better than Walmart or Aldis any day

Nice clean store. Not a big selection for Giant Eagle. Only two cashiers. One for less than 12 items, the other for serious shoppers. Follows the recent multi-year decline of the Giant Eagle chain.

They have quite a variety of products & services. Curbside side pickup, delivery (if close enough), pharmacy and Get go gas station. All very convenient!

I wanted some lunch meat. I waited at counter for some one to wait on me.4 staff people. None made eye contact and ignored me. No other customers at counter. Do they not wait on customers any more. I saw the precut lunch meats,but none were what I was after. I was going to buy other stuff at store but was so angry that I was ignored I left it all there and walked out. Poor customer service

Just stopped to buy creamer. Was fast and convenient. Had no wait in line.

Nice, large selection of fruits and vegetables. Self-checkout or actual cashiers at front of store. My last visit here, I noticed some of the aisles have been moved to make common items that you may need to run in and grab real quick more easily accessible. Clean, friendly environment!

Gluten free choices are great here and easy to find with their little colored tags

Unfortunately they do not carry a lot of things I used to buy. But do carry some things other markets do not have so do shop here on occassion. Find the meat to be expensive most of time unless have good sale. Pharmacy is good. Deli has changed

They have the freshest fruit and vegetables around!! Prices are a little high but I will pay a little more for better fruits and vegetables. They have a great variety of organic items, including meats!!

Giant eagle has decent prices at times. Yet you have to watch for dates on their items.

I like the store very much. Without a doubt Giant Eagle has the best deli in the entire city of Meadville. 👍🏼😎 Their pharmacy its also excellent...fast, friendly, and very efficient. (Also, excellent prices)

I liked the different varieties they have compared to the same old boring stuff at Wal-Mart. They have my bank inside and my favorite Palakos chocolates in the store. They are a bit pricey though which is my only beef

My wife needed a prescription and we were not at our regular Girard PA Giant eagle. We were at the Meadville Giant eagle. They were professional, quick, easy and I was able to use my Giant eagle card.

I have been using the Giant Eagle pharmacy for years and have always been pleased until today. The young lady at the counter was courteous and polite but the blonde counting pills and phoning the doctors was a total b word. Not only did she dismiss my issue with my sons medication, she made it worse. Two wasted trips to the pharmacy and my son still has no medication. I work with the public, and have done her job and I never treated anyone this way. She should be ashamed of herself for her behavior and I will never use this pharmacy again. Shame I couldnt see her name tag, would report her to corporate.P.s. Went to Walgreens and the meds were cheaper by $40 DOLLARS! Thanks for nothing Giant Eagle. Found my new pharmacy!

The checkout person was very pushy. Have had her before. She needs to relax.

Always good deals going on. Probably the biggest selection and verity of food around. Staff is very nice to their customers.

I stood at the hot foods for 10 minutes on my 30 minute lunch break and was completely ignored by the 3 people working back there. Two of them looked over and just continued to do what they were, made no attempt to say anything or get someone to assist me. I walked over to make sure I was seen, stood back walked to the counter and made it clear I was there for food. That is terrible customer service.

Appropriately well stocked. Fresh produce and premade meals section is outstanding. This is also our go to pharmacy. Nice to grab some essentials while getting our scripts.

It was very busy with it being Easter weekend. I was able to find what I needed except they never have the diet wild cherry Pepsi in the 24pack cases.

Had shelving stacked with food. Even had folks going around putting up food that had became low. Store was nice and clean. Very nice cashiers.

I am very picky about fish. I have been so impressed by the fresh fish that is available at the Meadville store! I go there once a week to purchase fresh fish. It tastes great! Keep it up Giant Eagle!

I treat 1 star as a zero. This store has changed a lot. And not in anything resembling a good direction. The hot food station is decent. The rest is an awful experience.

Had a ride experience with an employee here. I would never suggest anyone shopping here even for free during an apocalypse.... Submitted a ticket to customer service and still investigating but as usual no one ever responds to you about it even months later. Nice to see no one takes their work or job serious anymore what a shame 😒

Pricey, but quality

We were visiting for the week and went to this store to get food for the week. my wife went in with our daughter while I went to DR. She has a history of panic attacks. She happened to have one while in this store. she ended up in the fetal position on the floor. no one tried to help her. in fact her mask came off and of your employees immediately told her she needs to put her mask back on.This is unacceptable not only for your employees but for the people of Meadville also.

Clean store nice people no problems at all getting what I wanted houser clear even though theyre restocking today.

The place is going through a transition. Customer service is truly becoming what it should be. Employees are busy, yet personable with customers. New management is taking steps to take suggestions to bring customers back. Ill start by making more trips to the store. Wonderful to experience.

Overall clean store with variety of selection. This visit I stood at customer service counter while one woman read the newspaper the other walked way from me. Just another reason to shop small.

Went in looking for lamb, they had quite a bit in stock. Overall very satisfied. Also the marinated mushrooms are awesome. Price wise a bit expensive but as with everything, you get what you pay for.

Good selection of fresh fruit & vegetables. This location usually has quick checkout and friendly service. Decent prices, especially if you have the Giant Eagle card. Prepared foods and deli selection are also good for a store of this size.

The stars are for the pharmacy only. The staff are so nice and caring towards their customers.

Aisles are clean and organized. Staff you where products were or if they did not, they knew someone to ask that would know.

I love this store. They have the best specials. They always have real good deals on Pepsi and Coke products. The employees are always pleasant and helpful.

Stopped in to purchase character cookies for my daughter and they no longer make that style. Grabbed a couple of sale items and left. I dont ship there often as a rule BUT they do have the best bakery around. Their cakes are Excellent....... always fresh baked and they do a wonderful job of decorating.

They kept telling me to put my mask on. An I cant breathe with it on. So very dissatisfied, if I could put negative 1000 I would have I wont be back. They lost me as a customer. Employees at Walmart dollar tree, an home depo never once did they ask even for me to wear one. An I had to ask for customer help. At Walmart an home depo I ask for help. But giant eagle was the only place enforcing it.

Convenient and good selection. Always well stocked produce. Clean and well lit, facility and parking lot are well maintained. Poor queueing at registers - they need to learn to open the express lane more often. Meat is overpriced.

I’ll never go in that store again. Since they changed everything around you stand in line so long people lined up way behind you Cashiers trying to do their best bagging your groceries cause they have no baggers now . I’ll go to TOPS from now on.
