My headliner drooped and needed to be repaired. They answered the phone right away and was able to repair my headliner the following week.When they removed the old headliner they left all of the old debris on the seats. It took me about an hour to shopvac it all up and clean the seats.On further inspection they damaged the interior plastics that needed to be removed: a cracked sunscreen trim and spaces where they inserted a screwdriver and twisted.The new headliner looks fine but the damage to the plastics is really awful. I would not recommend.If they cleaned up after the job, disclosed the damage to me and adjusted the price accordingly, I would have given them four stars.

Great service and honest pricing! Been here twice for heated seats and a leather upgrade and both times were a pleasure and the owner and staff went above and beyond!

I showed up 5 minutes after posted closing time on a Friday, they looked at my center console which was in poor condition, ripped, peeling. By the following Thursday they had it completely replaced. Matching original color, thicker cushioning material and replaced the interior hard layer to withstand my elbow weight when I enter vehicle or rest my arm on it. I was very impressed with the work and customer service experience.

Brought in my 2000 BMW Z3 for some seat repairs. The work was excellent and just what I wanted to freshen up the look and feel of my car. Will definitely use ACE again.

I was totally and utterly disappointed with the work done on my 1997 Jaguar seat. I was told my seat was finally done and I went down to check it out. It was bad beyond words. The material used was about half as thick as the original material and it was poorly put together with very bad wrinkles. I told the owner I was very dissatisfied but I would take it if it was something that he himself would pay for. He decided to redue the seat.I waited another 6 weeks and was told my seat was ready. The owner wasnt there so I dealt with his wife. She said the new price was $150 more. I received no prior call informing me of increase. The seat looked better but I told her how disappointed i was and that I couldnt wait to get home and put it out there how horrible the work was. The new material was poorly spray painted for some reason. Overspray was all over the piping. I dont know for sure the real color of my seat. Also, the electric seat doesnt work now- it did when I dropped it off.When I thought things couldnt get any worse, I noticed a large US flag in the shop was displayed incorrectly. What a disservice to all armed force Veterans. I will never go back and encourage others to stay away !!!

Terrible...drove over an hr away to pick up my car. Was told the key would be left to pick up vehicle and they forgot!! Had to take off work to return the next day huge inconvenience:(

Wow what an awesome job done on my upholstery, and fast too!! Service was friendly and above and beyond what was expected!

Not a shop Id take business to again. Promise after promise broken, timeline stretched well past their stated completion date, no reason given or calls made.

Whats the fabric came in and knocked it out in less than a day.
