The store is always clean I just wish they had one closer to me and carried more than 2 product lines specific to textured hair.

Every time I go there they dont have what I want and its usually an item that they keep in stock but they dont have it

If I could give less than one star I would! The customer service here is flat out terrible! Something that most of y’all are probably not aware of is that if you go 12 miles to their other store a lot of their color is cheaper to buy at that one then the Mechanicsville location. They do this because of their competitor over there less than a mile away so because there is no competitor in Mechanicsville people are automatically charge higher prices at the Cosmo Prof location. They typically are out of quite a bit of stuff and in general just have very poor attitudes pretty consistently. If you want to save money I would suggest that you go to their competitor on broad or go to their parent location where are their prices are cheaper! In their same company!
