The facility is older but its very well-constructed and very well maintained. Michael and the staff are extremely professional and friendly. I also like the hairless cat hes friendly too LOL. Thank you for a great experience.

Weve had our overflow here since around 2016 or 17 and have rented 3 or 4 different sizes over the years. Weve even booked units on short notice to accommodate showing items for sale on Craigslist and Ebay. The onsite managers have always been extremely attentive and courteous. I fact, recently the office called to say they found a pair of glasses laying near my unit and after looking through the digital entry gate log, they saw that I was there the day before. The glasses werent mine, but that they went the extra mile to seek out the owner was pretty cool.We have a credit card on file there and pay our monthly bill with a simple 20 second phone call. The place is spotless, monitored 24/7, constantly maintained, and many units are climate controlled. I couldnt be happier.

I have had my stuffed stored there 8 years, rates are very reasonable and they have been working very well with their customers during this time of covid and layoffs! They do not have 24 hr access but their hours work very well for our needs.

My mom and I went to the storage place today and the girl at the front desk was extremely rude to us and was extremely unfriendly towards us (I am general manager of a business and if one of my employees acted the way she did I would fire that person on the spot.) And I will tell my friends to leave that place right way. And I hope the manager fires her immediately.

All of our stuff was covered in mold and ruined. Woman said “Sorry it’s been wet recently”. People are so rude and place is not clean. Don’t put yours stuff here and risk it all being ruined
