Southern Spa under Kevin’s leadership is just a fantastic service. My old spa had stopped working and Kevin was able to diagnose the problem and order me a new heater and a new sensor. He brought my spa back to life. Kevin is very knowledgeable, very professional and very accommodating. He keeps his promise, is easy to work with and offers great recommendations. His prices are fair and his services are excellent. I am so glad I used his expertise and highly recommend him and Southern Spa. He is hands down one of the nicest people I have dealt with. Kevin made a repair on our whirlpool bath. I feel that he was honest and upfront about the repair and the fee. Id recommend him.

Great service and replaced pump and motor in an hour and a half. Easy to work with and parts on the truck. Dr. Wellness who sold the spa was worthless with a number to call in Nashville. Warranty has to have parts purchased through them only which means a service call to find the problem, order parts from them, and another call to have it installed. Beware of Dr. Wellness warranty.

This is the best service I have ever had from a spa business. He is very knowledgeable and you cant beat the price. Most importantly he is honest and wont take advantage of you. Kevin was very responsive by telephone and email about when he could come by the house and repair my hot tub. Because the weather was going to be below freezing for an extended period before my new pump would arrive and be installed, he made a special call to advise on how to keep the remaining water in the pipes from freezing and causing extensive damage.
