This shop fixed my car after an auto accident. The car truly looks “like it never happened.” They also dealt with the insurance company and acquiring and returning the rental car. They kept me informed throughout the whole time and the car was finished before the original projected date and time. This is the second time I’ve used them and both experiences were flawless.

I went in after hitting a deer and my front of the car was completely busted. They took my car for about two weeks and spent the time repairing it and upon receiving it today it looks great. They were even able to get out a majority of bumps and scratches on my car from prior incidents.

Great experience, I was rear ended earlier this year and had damage on my bumper, Jim was incredibly helpful. I wasn’t sure where to go, I called and he directed me to the right parking lot. He came out right away and got my information and took pictures of my car. I had never had an accident before and he guided me through the whole process. He passed on the images to my insurance and provided the quote for repairing it. Super nice guy!

This recent deer hit was actually the second time this year (appropriate for 2020 right?) that we had the Yukon into South of the Square. Last winter we got t-boned in an intersection. In both instances we were not disappointed in the quality of the repair work, the professionalism and knowledge of staff and the level of communication throughout. They even make the rental car thing super easy. Dealing with my insurance company was not a problem because among other things my company knew all about South of the Square as they had dealt with them many times.

Ive been to this body shop twice, first time was a total loss, which they got to fairly quickly, moving my claim along fast and smoothly, the second was deer related, causing dmg to my front passenger headlight and bumper, they were a bit busy at the time of my incident, so it took a week to get it into the shop, but, they quoted me three days for the repair, I dropped it off a day early on Monday afternoon, they started on it Tuesday morning, and were done with my truck by Thursday afternoon, I picked it up right after they were done detailing it, looks just like factory new.

They promised I would receive my vehicle on Friday afternoon but it was ready on Thursday Woot!! I was very pleased with their work & would definitely use them again if need & happily recommend others to South Of the Square!!

Minus the insurance wait, which wasn’t their fault, they handled everything professionally and in a timely manner. Even went an extra step by letting me know why my check engine light was on even tho that wasn’t part of the insurance scope of work approved. I’ll definitely use them again if the situation occurs.

I take our company vehicles to South Of The Square for body repairs when they occur and hands down they are the most customer focused repair shop Ive ever dealt with. They treat every customer with equal respect and courtesy. Youll see everything from custom vehicles, to Ford Lightning pick ups, high end imports, everyday joe daily drivers, work trucks, you name it sitting in their lot being worked on.The staff is friendly and polite. The manager even drove me back to work in his personal truck once because I dropped a truck off and didnt have a ride back. And on top of all of that they detail each vehicle before they send it back to the owner so it leaves in better condition than how it came in.Overall this is a great place to take your vehicle when it needs fixed up.

South of the Square did a phenomenal job on my car! After being side swiped I ended up needing a good amount of work done. The parts needed ended up being back ordered for about a month (not their fault, but GM’s) and SOTS always kept me in the loop with how things were progressing. The paint job makes my car look like it did the day I bought it! They also went above and beyond and detailed the interior, did an alignment, and gave it a car wash. Can’t say enough good things about the services done!

I have had my Honda CRV in the shop twice, Honda CRX 2 times, the Honda Fit once, and my Buick Escape twice was in for repairs . Only once was due to an accident that was my fault. I obviously had some bad luck but the work done by this company and the customer service was excellent.My last visit has planted a doubt about any further recommendations or my returning for work on my vehicles. When my Buick was in 6 months ago a trunk cover was not put back on my car. I did not discover the problem until 6 months later and thought it was put in the garbage by South of the Square, and purchased a new one from the dealer.I hit a sign and damaged a mirror. South of the Square was my first and only choice for the work, While talking to their estimator I joked about not loosing my trunk cover. I was told a person remembered my missing part. My estimator told me management agreed to pay me for the missing part. Two months later I am getting sorry from the estimator and no check in the mail.It is a shame this company that I thought was excellent an recommended has become a company that I doubt I will use in the future

They were outstanding to deal with. Brandon called to tell me that he didnt like the way the paint came out, and so he wanted to quickly fix it so it was perfect. It was nice to hear that their quality was of the utmost importance. In addition, the car was detailed so it looked great coming out. First time experience for me, and Id 100% go back if needed. All around great and efficient service. Estimate was free and the individual I worked with was upfront and honest about potential issue that are common with my repair so there would be no sticker shock later on. My husband dented my car and made an appointment with South of the Square to have the damage fixed. S of S had previously repaired my car beautifully after a hit and run in a parking lot. They, and we, are quite busy this time of year and the repair was scheduled for 3 weeks from the latest incident. In the meantime, Ohio weather hit. My black SUV was covered in road slime. Husband wanted me to go through my usual automated car wash, but I was afraid that the brushes would cause further damage. To settle the issue, we stopped in to S of S to ask their opinion. Not only did they agree with ME that an automated car wash was not a good idea (!) BUT THEY ALSO OFFERED TO HAND WASH MY CAR ON THE SPOT - FOR FREE !!!!! They took time out of their busy day to remove the grime and left me with a clean car. What wonderful customer service! The staff at South of the square was very friendly, very knowledgeable, very courteous. They looked at my car and they gave me an estimate within 15 minutes the insurance coverage went easily I just had to pay the deductible. The one part they couldnt get they texted me immediately to tell me there was a slight delay. They cleaned the inside of my car so beautifully. It has not been that clean since I bought it. I had to return to that other nearby COLLISION CENTER in MEDINA at least 5 times(maybe 7??...lost count) to have issues looked at/corrected. Dont make the same mistake I did the first time- research before you drop off! South of the Square had my car ONE TIME, and fixed it right that first time, saving me quite the headaches. I STILL recommend staying away from the other MEDINA area shop, but have NO CLUE how well Gerber is doing... South of the Square Collision Center did a fantastic job of fixing the hood of our 2011 Sonata after it was damaged by a tree falling on our garage during an ice storm. The quality of the workmanship is so good, you cant tell where the damage was. They also went the extra mile and wiped down the inside of the car, so inside and out it was clean as a whistle when we picked it up. And as a sign of the times, the staff there is practicing social distancing, for which we are grateful. They all should be commended for their work and the great customer service! We highly recommend South of the Square Collision to anyone who needs bodywork on their vehicles!

I was involved in a minor front end collision and spoke with friends about South of the Square Collision. All of them had great comments to say. Some have even used the business more than two or three times. I had a bit of a wait for my appointment, but that made me feel the company and staff want to make sure that the product given to the owner/customer is that of a perfect match to what it looked like prior to the accident/collision. As for my circumstance, I noticed that the returned vehicle was not 100%. I contacted them right away and was notified my vehicle needs to be brought back for re-evaluation. After the repair man came out to look over the concerns I had, he asked that I leave the vehicle or arrange for a drop off appointment so i can have the satisfaction deserved. I was fortunate of having a family member pick me up that day and drop me off at work then pick me up to get my vehicle at the end of my work shift. All in all, I feel i was treated very well and having an issue addressed so promptly was very professional on behalf of the individuals involved. The cars were always done on time and looked greatThe rental cars are through Enterprise, which is maybe a mile away. That process was very smooth. The best part. When you pick up your perfectly fixed car, you just leave the rental at south of the square.Hopefully I will never have to get an body work done on my cars.
